Took awhile to get order but love them... prescription couldnt be any better. Customer service was very pleasant
I did not have the best experience with getting my merchandise however, the agent compensated with his great customer service. He was attentive and tried everything to make my experience better.
Angel helped correct I typo in my e-mail which was preventing me from reciving e-mails or logging in.
The frames I ordered originally said the availability for the item was 1-2 business days, but then the following business day, after I placed the order, I received an email saying that the availability for the item changed to up to 10 days. So consequently, I ended up waiting between 3-4 weeks to replace my glasses. Just something to note, it could take sometime using EZContacts compared to other competitors (ex. FramesDirect). Good deals and prices on my EZContacts though, that's noteworthy.
I ordered one pair of glasses on December 12 and did not receive them until January 24th. I received no emails letting me know there would be a delay. I called twice to find out what was going on and a customer service rep told me the same info - it should be ready in 3-5 business days and that they didnt start working on the order until January 3. When the glasses finally came, there were as I had ordered and were of good quality, at least. But, If I had to do it again, I would find the frame I want elsewhere. It should not take 6 weeks to make a pair of glasses!
I ordered the contact lens several days before going on a trip. The wonderful staff at EZContacts helped me rush the order, and the order was already out for delivery the very next day! I truly appreciate the kind help and high efficiency!
Am I going to get the glasses this year or a Refund Who the hell knows! My 6 year old son Sure would like to be able to see its kind a hard when youre in kindergarten and you cant read numbers or letters
I loved the glasses I ended up with. They were name brand and high quality and exactly what I wanted. The price was unbeatable and I was pleasantly surprised with the extra goodies that came in my box.
HORRIBLE customer service. Had issues with my order and they were extremely rude. Also site doesnt stay updated, I order glasses that said in stock and two days later was told they were out of stock and there was nothing they could do for me

EzContacts is my go to for best value brand contacts. Search and purchase process is straightforward and simple. Shipping is always prompt. Had to use support only during the most recent order, however Rex was very helpful, responded immediately and resolved the issue within few emails back and forth. Happy customer. Highly recommend!

Tried on the frames elsewhere first to be sure i was satisfied with the frame. Put in the type of lenses i wanted and my rx and it is perfect! Just had to go get them adjusted. Quality is great. I also love the little spray bottle cleanser it came with.
The website showed the product was available in stock at the time I placed my and would be sent within a week. They were not sent for over a month and now are lost in the mail which I do understand is out of their control; however its been over a week past the estimated delivery date and no attempt to replace them has been offer. I was asked by an EZ rep to wait a week or so... so I wait.
I ordered glasses for my son on January 24th, and I have yet to get an update on the glasses and the order says still processing. The estimated delivery was 2-3 days after the order plus a few days for Rx. It has been 8 days. Not ordering again from this company and would not recommend them.
I was happy with my experience but wish there was more communication when I had to wait for for my glasses to ship.

Answer: You will wait and wait and wait and maybe have them tell you they are coming and then wait and wait and wait. My advice... don't order from them. There are so many lens companies that are fast and have good follow-up... it isn't worth it!
Answer: They are not a trustworthy company. They have lied to me on numerous occasions about an order I placed.
Answer: None of their frames are authentic, but some people don't seem to care as they are still in business, sad really as companies like this should be shut down.
Answer: This company lies, they do not return phone calls or e-mails, they have the worst customer service of any company I have ever dealt with and I too wonder if they are a sham.
Answer: You won't get them the next business day. I ordered glasses 3 weeks ago. After 10 days I contacted them for update, they claimed that they are discontinued, no discount or anytghing offered. So I order something else, customer service great, claims glasses will be FedEx shipped next day. Still waiting... it's been 4 days, no update. If you need your glasses fast, order elsewhere.
