I placed an order first week of January. Called them to verify ETA which was 2 weeks. The order has been in "PROCESSING" status for over 2 weeks and its been over a month now and the status have not changed and they keep saying it will go out any time now and nothing. I will not recommend this company. Hopefully their frames are not fake like other reviews I have found. Stay away, price is not worth the wait or lack of response from their customer service team.
I absolutely love my Dita eyeglasses and cant believe how quickly they arrived. Thank you thank you thank you!
Recommend EZContacts for eyeglasses. It was easier than I thought it would be. They had the exact frames available that I couldn't find anywhere else and at the best price.
I contacted customer service twice, and both times had my issue resolved to my satisfaction in a very rapid time frame. The representative named Rex was alway gracious and helpful with my issues. I will definitely purchase from your website again.

EZContacts you deserve a rating higher than 5. I am extremely satisfied with my overall experience and final product. I am obsessed with my new Versace reader glasses. My order followed with a phone call to approved my prescription. Everything was packed very carefully and professionally presented. They even added their own cleaning clothe and a repair kit. Need to say more? I will keep ordering with you again and again. I had a better experience placing the order online than when I went to a local store. Did I say this was my first time ordering with EZContacts? And it wont be the last.
The customer service department is terrible. I could not get my questions answered when I asked about the cost of the glasses I wished to purchase. When I asked to speak to a supervisor they would not get a supervisor for me to speak to. My prescription was in accurate! My experience was a total disaster. I had request a refund for the two pair glasses I purchased.

The ordering process is very easy and customer service was readily available. A little slow in receiving my glasses but overall a good experience.
Incorrect prescription, no correspondence on receipt of pair to switch out lenses, delivery was way too long. Will not use this vendor again.

It took a little longer than expected to receive my glasses but they are great no issues other that!
My glasses and prescription are perfect! My only complaint is the amount of time it took to receive the order. I understand sometimes things become out of stock. However, I wish they would have taken the initiative to let me know what was happening instead of me having to make several follow-up calls to find out what was happening. The agents were nice so it wasnt a complete pain. I would order with them again.
Good overall experience. 1 month to get after ordering but exactly what i wanted for less then anyone eles.
Exceptionally long wait, no proactive feedback, no phone contact, no stock availability information prior to paying. Very Very slow service and shipping

Have been going back and forth with this company for the past three weeks for a pair of glasses. Went to Sears this past Sunday and had the same exact pair of glasses in my hand on Wednesday morning. And it was BOGO.

I was a little hesitant at first ordering contacts online. EZ contacts is a great company. I will not purchase glasses or contacts anywhere else as long as they are in business! Best prices around for name brands! I was very satisfied
Takes forever to receive an item and every time you call is a excuse after excuse to why it's taking so long or why they don't have the frames especially after you already paid your money for it

Took at least 2 weeks for them to arrive. The website makes it sound like they ship in 2-4 days. They did not.

Asked about status. Upgraded my shipping for a one time courtesy. Quick and fast communication. Worked perfectly on my iPhone.
Answer: You will wait and wait and wait and maybe have them tell you they are coming and then wait and wait and wait. My advice... don't order from them. There are so many lens companies that are fast and have good follow-up... it isn't worth it!

Answer: You won't get them the next business day. I ordered glasses 3 weeks ago. After 10 days I contacted them for update, they claimed that they are discontinued, no discount or anytghing offered. So I order something else, customer service great, claims glasses will be FedEx shipped next day. Still waiting... it's been 4 days, no update. If you need your glasses fast, order elsewhere.
