Customer service is very good and Rex was very quick to reply to my emails. I wish I'd had known toric lenses cannot be rush ordered prior to ordering but happy they cancelled the extra shipping costs. I will order again.
I loved my new frame glasses but the lenses seem to be sticking out a bit. Im not sure if its because of the frame. Also one of the sides is not aligned well (i would have to send pictures to show exactly what Im talking about). They dont seem to be well done.

Expect your contacts about 2-3 weeks after ordering them. I ordered mine, received no information. After a week I called and they said they had to order them from some central distribution center. My contacts had not even been shipped yet and it will still be at least another week. Who knows if they will ever arrive. I'm out of contacts so I have to go to a local store to buy contacts anyway.
Super nice people. Great customer service. Glasses are perfect! I would highly recommend using EZcontacts. I ordered Dolce and Gabbana's for a great price. I got prescription lenses with all the perks and they are amazingly clear and easy to clean.
Took them a week to ship out an order for four boxes of contacts. They claim they were out of stock and were shipped from the manufacturer. This was not evident on the web site. No email explanation was given.
Order shipped two weeks ago by UPS-Surepost (that's where USPS actually delivers the package to me). It was so "sure" that they delivered to the wrong post office. And then four days ago it stopped being tracked or scanned. It just disappeared.
And EZContacts promised to call me back after investigating. That was 6 hours ago. I just called them again and was told that the investigation would take several days. I'm very tempted to simply dispute the order with my credit card company.
Asking for a supervisor to call me, and they say that takes 24-48 hours. So basically this is not a real company. They don't have anything on hand, and don't know how to handle problems.
Just don't.

Update. After I wrote this, the lenses appeared in my mailbox. They had been ordered the day before and sent out overnight. But the woman handling my issue had no idea who had done this or when. So they have some serious internal communication issues.
Raised from 1 to 2 stars as a result. There may be another box appearing, but I'm not betting on it, knowing the post office.
Galvin Fein was doing so great with my service. Plus live chat was my prefect need as video relay service smetimes get a slow service. I appreciated it
Great! Wish it was a little faster to get to me but definitely worth the wait so I can't really complain and would recommend to others for sure!
I ordered a pair of glasses & it took them over a month to send them to me. When they finally arrived they were damaged and the incorrect glasses were sent to me.

I ordered glasses for my husband 3 weeks ago and still havent received them. Evertytome I call nobody can tell me what is going on. Then if you ask to speak to a supervisor none is available. How is there no one around to supervise these workers. On top of that you can never get to speak with someone who knows whats going on.

I love everything about EZcontacts. From the great prices, to the ease of compleating your order and most definitely the tracking and accuracy of recieving your package!
The price was great and the product was good too. However the frame arrived damaged, it should have been caught by quality control before it was shipped. I was not impressed with the communication of my order status. It took a while for the glasses to ship. I return the glasses for an exchange and it has been over a week now with no update.

Took about 2.5 weeks to arrive from the day I ordered but I did regular shipping. I called on a Friday and I think they were closed so I'm guessing business days are m-thu.
My glasses arrived over a month after I placed my order, which would have been completely fine, except I received no communication from this company after my order confirmation email. I reached out to customer service multiple times asking for an update and was told that they could not give me an estimate on when my glasses would be shipped. Its unacceptable not to communicate with your customer regarding the status of their order, especially since contacts and glasses are necessary and time sensitive items for most people. I shouldnt have had to reach out to customer service to gain assurance that my order was in progress.

Bad costumer service also we received a defective frame and the option for that will be sending the defective frames back so well be without glasses for another 2 weeks or pay for another frame and send the defective one back so we can get our refund well i guess we have to keep the defective frame since we dont have the money to pay upfront. Bad service

I placed an order and when the expected delivery date was pushed back almost a month, I called and spoke with customer service. The man I spoke with told me he would check on the status and get back to me that same day. He never did. On the positive side, my glasses shipped a few days later, so I was able to get them in about 3 weeks. It was much longer than originally promised and expected, but the price was good.

Answer: You will wait and wait and wait and maybe have them tell you they are coming and then wait and wait and wait. My advice... don't order from them. There are so many lens companies that are fast and have good follow-up... it isn't worth it!
Answer: They are not a trustworthy company. They have lied to me on numerous occasions about an order I placed.
Answer: None of their frames are authentic, but some people don't seem to care as they are still in business, sad really as companies like this should be shut down.
Answer: This company lies, they do not return phone calls or e-mails, they have the worst customer service of any company I have ever dealt with and I too wonder if they are a sham.
Answer: You won't get them the next business day. I ordered glasses 3 weeks ago. After 10 days I contacted them for update, they claimed that they are discontinued, no discount or anytghing offered. So I order something else, customer service great, claims glasses will be FedEx shipped next day. Still waiting... it's been 4 days, no update. If you need your glasses fast, order elsewhere.
