Was able to get two of the same Ray Ban glasses with persription, cheaper than it would have cost me for one at Pearle.
I ordered 2 pairs of glasses, a prescription pair and non prescription sunglasses. I was updated when there was a delay with the sunglasses and customer service was fantastic to work with. Will definitely be purchasing from here again!
I love the glasses, they fit perfectly and I can see better and I saved a lot of money. My only problem was that it took longer than expected to receive them.
My glasses have been on back-order therefore I email customer service routinely for updates. Rex has truly made the experience with this company a great one.

The product quality and price were a good value but I anticipated receiving my glasses within a few days to a week or so. It took over a month. When I inquired after a couple of weeks on the status of my order I was told that they contacted the manufacturer and they werent sure when they would be able to have them-I almost canceled the order then. Only use them if youre not in a hurry!

I'll start off by saying that the price for both the frames and prescription lenses that I purchased was great. The thing that hurts my opinion towards them though, is the long wait for these glasses.
Both frames I purchased said they would be available that day for shipping, but several days later I received an email stating one pair was back ordered and they expected them to be available the following week. The next day I received the same email about the other pair of glasses. The first pair eventually became available two weeks later but for the second pair still had no update. I emailed them and thankfully they are pretty good about emailing you back the next day, and found out they would be available in another week (though initially they told me they were backordered for another month.)
So now I'm here a month and a week later. I thankfully received the first pair almost two weeks ago and the second pair have finally been shipped to me and should arrive sometime. So conclusion, good deal on quality glasses, yet terrible knowledge of their own stock leads to long wait. Then, Customer service responds fairly quickly to emails(next day) just don't request a call back because I did that initially and never received one. Hence, mixed feelings.

I purchased 2 pairs of glasses January 9th. I knew they'd take longer than usual thanks to the note in the sales page. A month later and I'm still waiting on one pair. The first pair shipped about two and a half or three weeks after ordering. That's quite a bit longer than the worried quoted 3-5 business days. When I contacted them, they were always able to get me an update and they were pretty close to the actual progress.
If you aren't in a rush, ordering from then is a great idea. If you need something quick, you may want to check with them on an ETA first.
I asked about an old order and was very easily assisted. The live chat was very courteous and helpful. I would very much recommend this site.
Very long wait time but prompt response from customer service when I emailed to ask for an update.
My glasses took over 4 weeks to get to me.
I originally ordered my classes in December. It is now February and I am still trying to work out my order with EZContacts. The glasses that I originally got had two sized listed on separate web pages instead of listing both sizes on one page. They are trying to charge me all kinds of fees for exchanging the glasses even though none of these fees are listed on their Return FAQ. Will never buy from them again.

Took a little longer than expected to arrive but once the glasses arrived, they were amazing. The packaging was exceptional and I was very happy.
I love my new eyeglasses, they are what they told me they would be, Varilux comfort 1.67 with crizal. I don't understand how they came up with my seg height, as I wasn't asked for it. I suppose it's software. I love my glasses though, I see perfectly out of them. I never got a certificate of authentity for the lenses.
My frames are gorgeous.My only issue with them is how long it took, and the many stories they gave me. I had to contact them, after14 days of waiting, to find out where they were. I waited another 14 days, but they were worth it in the end.
Called with a few questions prior to ordering. Got a knowledgeable associate to answer my questions. Ordering was seemless. Love my glasses
Best prices you can find. I even messed up my prescription and they double checked and fixed everything for me.
Answer: You will wait and wait and wait and maybe have them tell you they are coming and then wait and wait and wait. My advice... don't order from them. There are so many lens companies that are fast and have good follow-up... it isn't worth it!

Answer: None of their frames are authentic, but some people don't seem to care as they are still in business, sad really as companies like this should be shut down.
Answer: This company lies, they do not return phone calls or e-mails, they have the worst customer service of any company I have ever dealt with and I too wonder if they are a sham.
Answer: You won't get them the next business day. I ordered glasses 3 weeks ago. After 10 days I contacted them for update, they claimed that they are discontinued, no discount or anytghing offered. So I order something else, customer service great, claims glasses will be FedEx shipped next day. Still waiting... it's been 4 days, no update. If you need your glasses fast, order elsewhere.
