I have been trying to get through on phone and have sent a couple emails. My package was reurned because the zip was one number off. But I havent been able o get a hold of anyone. It was returned to sender. Any help would be appreciated.
I won't use this service again. I ordered three pair of glasses at the same time and they are just now advising me they will come weeks apart. It's unacceptable

It's hard for me to buy glasses because I have a small face. Chose glasses that were no longer made in the size I ordered. Was informed by customer service and helped me to process a different selection. Love my new glasses.

EZContacts has amazing pricing on some high end frames and their cost to fill prescriptions is very reasonable. It was easy to submit their invoice to my insurance (VSP) and Flex Spending plan to get reimbursed. The only downside is their customer service communication. The frames I chose were backordered and while I now know what to look for on their site, it isn't intuitively obvious. (Perhaps a popup warning customers of long lead times on such items in their cart may be useful?) I would have expected their website to indicate that someone was delayed, but my order just stayed in "processing" status. It required two calls to them before I got the details behind the delay and an accurate ECD.
Despite the poor communication, I would give them business again. The glasses are exactly what I wanted and the quality is good.
I was having many doubts after placing my order and I lived chat with a great representative, Galvin Fein, he cleared all my doubts and offered me a great costumer service. I highly recommend EzContacts. 5/5 rating!
Slightly unsatisfied that the original color I wanted was discontinued by the manufacturer but still listed on the website. The customer service was prompt in changing the order to an available color. The glasses came but the frames torqued that I have to go to a center to heat up the glasses to melt them straight again, a minor inconvenience for getting the frames at a good price.
I was so excited when I found out that I could get my glasses and lenses for $300 cheaper then a store. I ordered them at the end of December and it said 1-2 days to get frame then 2-3 for lenses and 5 max to ship. This gave me plenty of time before I was to go on vacation where I needed my glasses. After a couple of weeks I heard nothing so I called... Long story short, they would not be here in time before vacation so another rep told me they could mail them to my vacation spot. After being on vacation for a week they still hasn't arrived. Long story short, it took me over a month to receive them. I am very happy with them but very dissapointed with the lies from reps and the time it took to get them. Great deal if you're not in a hurry to see.
60 days and still waiting. Poor customer service. I will never order from ezcontacts again. To many online options to deal with that.
The shipping took a little longer than expected but it was overall excellent experience for my prescription glasses
I ordered my glasses over a month ago and they still have yet to arrive. Customer Service is ok but to not be able to update me at all about my order is just ridiculous.

Took some time for my glasses to arrive to the warehouse. Looked little smaller than what I expected but they look nice. The lenses are perfect for my prescription and thin.
No issue with getting contacts at competitive price. My disappointment is with their custom frames getting prescription sunglasses. The frames were so bow legged, at first glance my spouse mad the ew face. The fact this made it into shipping wasted my time and my trust in getting a quality product. Ive oscillated on the efficacy ordering fitted items via the web, this experience was a huge deterrent as no human was available for interaction. Just a form email. Still havent received my refund and its been 3 weeks since the ordeal should have concluded.
They are not honest about the time it takes to ship your glasses. They suck you in with cheap prices but they are dishonest about the time to fullfill and ship the order.
Rex in customer service was awesome! Replied to my email within minutes and resolved my issue. 5 Stars!
Love my frames. I ordered two pairs but had to change my order twice due to the frames being out of stock. Changing the order was very easy but took a bit longer to arrive than expected but it was so worth the wait!
Answer: You will wait and wait and wait and maybe have them tell you they are coming and then wait and wait and wait. My advice... don't order from them. There are so many lens companies that are fast and have good follow-up... it isn't worth it!

Answer: None of their frames are authentic, but some people don't seem to care as they are still in business, sad really as companies like this should be shut down.

Answer: You won't get them the next business day. I ordered glasses 3 weeks ago. After 10 days I contacted them for update, they claimed that they are discontinued, no discount or anytghing offered. So I order something else, customer service great, claims glasses will be FedEx shipped next day. Still waiting... it's been 4 days, no update. If you need your glasses fast, order elsewhere.
