I was wondering why there was a delay on my order and Angel was extremely awesome and helpful!
Will definitely recommend to family and friends!
I worked with Angel, he was great and very helpful.
On the other hand, the clash between old and new websites is a nuisance.
1. The new website would not accept the password from the old, even though I was logged into the old.
2. The new did not recognize that I am a returning customer placing the same order for a third time. I had to reenter information you already have, and this might have held things up - except Angel helped sort that.
3. I am still not convinced that the shipping will be immediate - but will give it 24 hours and then I will check.

I spoke with Angel about my order that I placed yesterday. I was in no huge rush on it, since I know things take time, but she was quick to personally make sure that my order shipped out within 24 hours!
I ORDERS MY CONTACTS AT THE BEGINNING OF DECEMBER 2017. I DIDN'T HAVE ANYMORE CONTACTS LEFT SO I PAID THE $6.99 FOR 3-5 DAY SHIPPING. I GOT AN EMAIL STATING THAT THE RECEIVER REFUSED TO ACCEPT THE CONTACTS BECAUSE UPS CAN'T DELIVER TO A PO BOX SINCE WHEN? I GET A LOT OF MAIL FROM UPS TO MY PO BOX. I CALLED TODAY AND THE REPRESENTATIVE LETS ME KNOW THEY HAD THE WRONG ADDRESS WHICH THEY DON'T BECAUSE I HAD A TRACKING NUMBER SEND TO ME HE THEN ASKED ME DO YOU WANT US TO SEND IT THE CONTACTS BACK TO YOU? I SAID YES BUT HE FOLLOW TO TELL ME THAT IT WOULD TAKE 7-10 TO GET TO ME WHEN I ALREADY PAID FOR FAST SHIPPING. EVEN WHEN I PAID THE $6.99 I CALLED AFTER 10 DAYS AND THEY TOLD ME THE PROVIDER HAVEN'T SEND IT TO THEM YET SO WHATS THE POINT OF PAYING FOR 3-5 DAYS SHIPPING TO THIS POINT IT'S BEEN 30 DAYS AND NO CONTACTS. I WILL BE GOING TO 1800-CONTACTS THEY KNOW HOW TO DELIVER TO THE CUSTOMER AND MEETS THERE NEEDS!
The took to long to receive and I still have not received the 2nd pair in the order. Also, the lenses came in with the wrong color, they are pitch black, I asked for them to be the color of the Demo. You customer service call waiting message says, you would call if you incurred a problem. I got no call, you just sent them anyway. When I called about them being wrong, the phone customer service person and the supervisor both tried to tell me that I couldn't get a refund. I finally threatened to have my AMEX investigate this transaction as fraudulent, and then when I called again someone decided to just give me all the return documentation. I tried to cancel the 2nd pair, but was told they are on their way. I plan on sending them back to because I am afraid the color wont match again and you will try to force me to keep something I didn't pay for.
Very helpful CSR... problem solved quickly and efficiently. Wait time for chat only a few seconds. Hopefully will get product fairly soon.

I ordered a pair of glasses from the site and after order was told the item was no longer available. I specifically chose this site because the glasses I wanted said they were available.(they ar even still on the website) I was given the opportunity to choose another frame which was an easy process but they took quote a long time to arrive. People buy glasses online because you get more styles to choose from and they show up more quickly than going through a store or dr office. Neither of those perks were met with this transaction. On a positive note the perscription was perfect and the glasses i did receive i do like. It was also very easy to communicate with your reps via email.

No replys to emails. Misleading information given. Takes a long time to actually receive product. Argues with upset customers and is apparently unable to fill customer requests.
Not delivered in timeframe agreed to. No or late response to emails. You've sent numerous surveys about the same order but no follow up on the actual issue. I've asked for a manager several times. After all that the glasses are not the right PF size - they don't fit, too loose. Awful experience

I had to call to follow up on my daughters glasses and wonder whats taking so long. And then once I called they shipped my daughters glasses

I bought a pair of frames for my girlfriend on 11/24/17. I spoke with EZContacts multiple times to try and get it here prior to our christmas. They had delay after delay. They declined to use overnight shipping to accommodate the delivery at 4 weeks, so I was not able to give the gift. The address used was not able to be delivered by USPS after multiple attempts for some reason and was returned to EZContacts who has yet to credit my account on my AMEX. I have already disputed that charge through AMEX as I never had possession of the frame. The delivery address I gave EZContacts is the correct address, so I'm not sure they used it correctly. My girlfriend actually ordered herself a pair of frames after I did, and received them before I would have. THAT makes no sense.
At this point, I would appreciate a call and email to confirm a credit of $78.75 is on my AMEX immediately.

I got my frames, one screw super tight, haven't had time to send the frames to them plus if I send the frames, I won't be able to see clear, kinda dissaponted about that, and I don't think I will send the frames back to them since they don't know exactly how long it will take to fix it, so yeah we're disappointed,

I called four times and never got answers. I didnt receive my glasses for 30 days and had zero communication from this company as to why... Im sorry to say this is the worst company and customer service Ive ever experienced. Im buying glasses elsewhere and will tell everyone about my poor experience.

When I first ordered my glasses the site said they would be available in 3-5 days. Then the email saying they would be ready in 7-10 days came quickly after I ordered. One month since my order was initially placed passes and finally my glasses are shipped. The most frustrating part is ezcontacts never updated the availability of the frames on the website. The 3-5 days availability remained the entire time taunting me XD. Eventually the lenses and frames arrived in great shape. Overall the lenses are high quality and the frames were packed really nicely.
TLDR- Nice lenses and frames. Had to wait a month for them to arrive.

Answer: You will wait and wait and wait and maybe have them tell you they are coming and then wait and wait and wait. My advice... don't order from them. There are so many lens companies that are fast and have good follow-up... it isn't worth it!
Answer: They are not a trustworthy company. They have lied to me on numerous occasions about an order I placed.
Answer: None of their frames are authentic, but some people don't seem to care as they are still in business, sad really as companies like this should be shut down.

Answer: You won't get them the next business day. I ordered glasses 3 weeks ago. After 10 days I contacted them for update, they claimed that they are discontinued, no discount or anytghing offered. So I order something else, customer service great, claims glasses will be FedEx shipped next day. Still waiting... it's been 4 days, no update. If you need your glasses fast, order elsewhere.
