I cannot say enough good things about this website! I got the exact glasses that I wanted for so much cheaper than the eye doctor and they were delivered for free and so quickly! I would recommend this site to everyone I know! I love my new glasses!
Daryl Grimes was awesome! He was able to help me with an issue with the promo code that I received. It was a smooth process.
Staff was very helpful and understanding. The only problem was the wait time. My issue was solved with no delays.

Lenses, sunglasses - all dealt with well and, when needed, help has been very good. Prices are overall better than most others - though I do not spend more than 3 attempts when buying items, to find better prices!
I made a mistake with my order and the customer service person went above and beyond to help me and fix the problem with my order. The is the only place to order contact lenses from.

Customer service agents lie about order status and after 2 weeks notified me that the item is not available.

Was able to get the situation corrected in 5 minutes using the online chat feature. Very easy with the minimal amount of time required to correct. Wish all shipping issues with online merchants were this effecient to resolve.
I ordered for the first time. I wasnt able to correct the phone number to confirm the prescription. I was told an email was sent. I never received the email. Spoke with customer service yesterday. I was suppose to receive a confirmation of shipment email yesterday. I never received. Chatted live this morning. Representative assured me the order will be shipped. Hopeful things will work out.
Patient, helpful and complete follow through. The agent stuck with it even when I was being short and rushed. Would work with them again.

I ordered glasses from here in September of 2017 and it was indicated I would receive them in under 2 weeks based on the time to make the lenses shipping, and frame availability.
I'll keep it short, I found a Brooks Brothers frame I wanted, so I started shopping for the best price on that frame with transitions and Crizal lenses, order ended up being about $223 at EZContacts which was the best I could find by a few dollars.
Terrible mistake, I spent the next 3 months contacting them and being repeatedly told that the frames would be available in a few days. Towards the end of November these estimates grew and in December I was informed the frames I wanted wouldn't be available, so I had to pick something else. Despite pointing out to multiple customer service reps that I had been waiting months, well past the quoted time, nobody offered to do anything besides wait longer or give me a different frame (not even a greater value frame for my trouble). Even tried contacting them on Facebook since they "usually respond within a few hours", message went completely ignored.
I sought out this site to get a specific pair or frames. I should've paid $6 more to get them somewhere else. At least now that it's been 3 months (1 quarter of the life of a glasses prescription wasted) I have a pair of glasses, even though it's not the frames I wanted.
Thanks for nothing, no partial refund or anything. Just repeated excuses about the frame availability. Treating customers as if they're responsible for your inability to work with your suppliers isn't a good way to run a business. I wear glasses and contacts and won't be taking my business here for either.

Angel via online chat was very helpful when I forgot my apartment number. The problem was fixed in less than a minute.
Order came as promised. Brand name frames and lenses. I saved $300 bucks over a brick and mortar store.

Easy to order (though coupons didn't work on site). Angel (chat rep) applied for me after the fact, so all is well.
Angel was such a huge help. Needed my order processed quickly since I had a tear in my very last pair. She made sure my prescription was received and the order got out the same day it was placed. Shes amazing!
I used the 'chat now' option and customer service rep. Angel was able to help me resolve my issue very quickly.

Answer: You will wait and wait and wait and maybe have them tell you they are coming and then wait and wait and wait. My advice... don't order from them. There are so many lens companies that are fast and have good follow-up... it isn't worth it!
Answer: They are not a trustworthy company. They have lied to me on numerous occasions about an order I placed.
Answer: None of their frames are authentic, but some people don't seem to care as they are still in business, sad really as companies like this should be shut down.
Answer: This company lies, they do not return phone calls or e-mails, they have the worst customer service of any company I have ever dealt with and I too wonder if they are a sham.
Answer: You won't get them the next business day. I ordered glasses 3 weeks ago. After 10 days I contacted them for update, they claimed that they are discontinued, no discount or anytghing offered. So I order something else, customer service great, claims glasses will be FedEx shipped next day. Still waiting... it's been 4 days, no update. If you need your glasses fast, order elsewhere.
