Price and quality are good, but thefirst pair of glasses I ordered in November never arrived in a timely fashion. Called customer service repeatedly to track down order. Finally, someone assisted and had the order shipped. Haven't received subsequent orders yet, so I can't comment except to say that it takes a long time to complete orders.

I found the glasses I wanted on here for much cheaper than the price in a local vision store, but from the time of ordering these glasses took more than 3 weeks to be delivered. I had lost my glasses so I was without glasses for way too long. If i had known I probably would have paid at my local store to have them in a couple days.

Give it a 1 star quality of lenses are terrible wicked foggy and blurry and the anti glare doesnt even work. Asked for a refund couldnt give me atleast something back. Terrible terrible terrible

Took awhile for glasses to arrive. Once they came, I noticed discoloration and several scratches all over the frames. They looked used, so I am disappointed in their appearance.

Order did not arrive as stated on shipping days (instead of 5-7 days it actually took 3 weeks!). And when trying to resolve via a phone call or an email to customer service, it took 1 hour or 2 days, respectively, to hear back.
Daryl Grimes helped me out via chat for an adjustment on an order. I found a better coupon code and he applied the difference. Great service!

On October 21 I ordered my lenses. I got a confirmation of that order. When they FINALLY showed up, they were wrong. I was told by customer service that they had no record of my prescription on file and that I would have to pay to send the wrong ones back, and I would not be issued a refund. I re-sent my prescription to where I was told to do so. After three weeks I called and asked where my lenses were. I was told the order was never made because they have no record of my script. I asked how in the world they ever sent anything out in the first place without having a script, as they say. I was then told it was MY fault they could not find it. On December 20 (2 MONTHS LATER) I contacted them AGAIN asking why I had not been issued a refund for the returned lenses. I was told to send this "supervisor" my script directly and he would be sure they were sent out overnight, and by the way, my order is now literally double of the original charge, and was told they are "just more expensive" and they charged my card without my approval for the up charge. Today is December 26 and I just received an email stating that my order has been approved and shipped out.

I went to the store to buy the same pair of glasses and was told they would cost over 300 dollars. I then got them for less than 100 on EZContacts. It was a great deal and only took minutes to order! Would recommend this website to anyone!

Love the product, the price, and the online code. Customer service was very incompetent and gave me the run around between phone and endless email with no responses. The glasses came a month after the order was placed.
I had to call several times to inquire as to where the eyeglasses where. I live in the same area but the item was shipped to the neighboring state and shipped by to New York. How idiotic is this?

Answer: You will wait and wait and wait and maybe have them tell you they are coming and then wait and wait and wait. My advice... don't order from them. There are so many lens companies that are fast and have good follow-up... it isn't worth it!
Answer: They are not a trustworthy company. They have lied to me on numerous occasions about an order I placed.
Answer: None of their frames are authentic, but some people don't seem to care as they are still in business, sad really as companies like this should be shut down.
Answer: This company lies, they do not return phone calls or e-mails, they have the worst customer service of any company I have ever dealt with and I too wonder if they are a sham.
Answer: You won't get them the next business day. I ordered glasses 3 weeks ago. After 10 days I contacted them for update, they claimed that they are discontinued, no discount or anytghing offered. So I order something else, customer service great, claims glasses will be FedEx shipped next day. Still waiting... it's been 4 days, no update. If you need your glasses fast, order elsewhere.
