My glasses order was not the prescription ordered even though the packing slip said it was. Had lenses checked with eye doctor. I'm waiting for the problem to be corrected. Can't respond further until then.
Product tis errific; getting it is a difficult process/ customer service isnt very helpful and they lack communication skills. Need to be more firm with anticipation of receipt and timeline of the product.
Ordered my sons sports glasses on like November 11 got them like a month and a half later. To say well you ordered a pd if 53 but they sent us a 55. Its just 2 off. I said no if I wanted 55 I would be ordered them. They did take off 4.25 off the price
They will completely screw up your order send you what you did not want and then still charge you for their screwup and leave you with the unwanted items do not waste your money here

Waited a bit while the rep checked for the info but she was very helpful and helped expedite the order. Great service that was appreciated.
It took them so long for me to get my contacts and I actually had to get some from walmart to cover the days I didn't have it. It took them an entire week longer. Whenever I called them, they would say "don't worry" it will come the next day and it would not. Also, my contacts feel much different than the same sample brand I tried at the doctor's office. It think there is something wrong with them. They are aweful.

I placed an order 11-22-2017 and followed up 12-06-2017. The order was lost in shipping. I was told that they'd replace the order and expedite the shipping, 7 days later I'm told "Upon checking, this was already ordered from the supplier. We are expecting them to arrive in 10-15 business days since we order them in bulks."
Avoid this rip off company that can't deliver or even follow with a customer.
Kylie was very helpful and immediately understood my question and how to fix it and expodited my order and RX and processed it right then and there. Wonderful help thank you so much!

I ordered a prescription glasses with the best lens on the market. But the quality is horrible, they sent me a defect lens (no one in the quality service checked before send). I returned this glasses to them fix the problem but after 10 days I still waiting for it... I do not recommend this store to no one. They don't care to costumers

I purchased two pairs of glasses. One arrived much smaller than expected and the prescription isnt right. The second pair were on back order so I was offered a different pair that was in stock. I agreed. Somehow my order was deleted and by the time they re-entered it, those were also on back order. I have tried to contact customer service several times but to date, nothing has been resolved. I just want to exchange the glasses that are too small and wrong and I want to actually receive the other pair. I am unhappy with the lack of service I have received so far. $300 and I have nothing to show for it.

Order a pair of glasses. Glasses were delivered, no complaints. Glasses then went on sale for 40% off. Talked with customer service and there is nothing they can do since the glasses were already shipped. Only option is to return the glasses and eat half the lense cost. I don't feel I am valued as a customer.

I love the frames but they arrived and one eye is blurry and I checked the prescription from my other glasses and it was input correctly. Havent complained as I waited a long time for them and Ill probably get it changed locally at some point

Ordered two different size boxes of contacts and they went in and changed the order without contacting me to two same boxes. It took over 1 month to fix the problem.

I have never had such a poor customer experience. They have been deceptive from the beginning, first charging me for my contacts plus expedited shipping knowing full well that they did not have the product in stock (and apparently had no intention of ordering it) and that they would come no where close to meeting the 3-5 day shipping deadline. I have spoken to customer service twice on the phone and received only vague replies with no real results. Today I received a brief email indicating that my contacts are not available. This came with no offer of a refund. I fear I will continue to be stuck in customer service limbo with this company which, judging from other reviews, I am increasingly convinced is a scam site. I plan to call them again tomorrow to continue to demand a refund for a product that I never received.

Order a pair of Gucci black frame glasses, love them. I was a little nervous about ordering them with a prescription, it was my first time ordering online no problem, everything was perfect. Will order again.

I found this site via google and was not sure sure about it. So far so good. They had good prices on contacts but I felt the website could definitely use a little work. It seemed like the steps for purchasing were out of order, causing me to re-enter data.
Today I followed up on my order, since I've not received a shipment confirmation. Live chat was very helpful, though it took a total of 20+ minutes to resolve the issue (when would they be shipping). Kylie Grams was an excellent rep who was extremely helpful.
Was able to change my shipping preferencecs for my order and provide shipping prices in under 5 minutes. Seamless and excellet

Answer: You will wait and wait and wait and maybe have them tell you they are coming and then wait and wait and wait. My advice... don't order from them. There are so many lens companies that are fast and have good follow-up... it isn't worth it!

Answer: None of their frames are authentic, but some people don't seem to care as they are still in business, sad really as companies like this should be shut down.

Answer: You won't get them the next business day. I ordered glasses 3 weeks ago. After 10 days I contacted them for update, they claimed that they are discontinued, no discount or anytghing offered. So I order something else, customer service great, claims glasses will be FedEx shipped next day. Still waiting... it's been 4 days, no update. If you need your glasses fast, order elsewhere.
