Second time ordering and the glasses are fine. But what I forgot is that they are never delivered within the range given and usually over a week or two after. When you call customer service you are usually 25th in line. So understaffed and not quick.
Five days after purchase, I was informed my order would be delayed two additional weeks. It has now been 4 weeks and no delivery. Please consider notifying people prior to purchase if the item is on back order. Given this experience, I would not shop with this site again.
Update (1/3/2018): I have contacted representatives as of 12/21/2017 where I was informed "We have your glasses in and require only two days to turn them around. You will be contacted within two days with a tracking number by which to track the delivery"... surprise surprise, that's the last I have heard from them and it has been another two weeks. Please consider carefully if saving $5-$10 on your purchase is worth waiting two months for delivery. Also, I would consider any response here from representatives a facade used to belie the company's true customer service experience. Yes, they appear responsive here when aiming to contradict negative reviews, but they are no where to be found if you want a clear picture of where your order is and when it will truly be delivered. A terrible experience - go elsewhere!
Representative, if you really want to contact me, feel free - you have all of my information linked to my order number - which is also here. This is the first negative review I've ever written, and nothing would please me more if you could prove me wrong. But, being strung along for months and every time I contact being told "two more days" is upsetting.
Had a great experience. Ordered my contacts before I read the reviews. Really scared me but I had a great experience. Ordered my contacts on Dec. 6th and received my total order on Dec. 19th. Will order from them again. Need to order them a couple of weeks before I run out of contacts. John Miller and Kylie were very helpful. Thank you very much.

My Experience was awful. I felt like I was getting the run around until I did Live Chat with Kylie Grams who was very helpful and looked into the matter and was able to get it resolved. I would have given 0 star if I could have but thanks to Kylie i'm giving 3 stars.

Initially EZContacts sent me the wrong frames with my order from Nov. 25th; when I called to tell them they sent me the wrong frames, they said it looked like they were out of stock. However, they sent me frames that I did not order. I needed them for the Christmas holidays, but I didn't get to wear them. They re-ordered them for me and they finally came in after the holidays during the first week in January. I am happy with the frames now and they did eventually send me the correct frames that I ordered. If you have items "out of stock" then your website should explicitly state this and use computer software to eliminate "out of stock" items. Thank you.

I reached out to customer service to get a status update on my order and chatted with Daryl Grimes who was extremely helpful. I hadn't received an update regarding my prescription verification and he was able to ensure that this would be prioritized and that my order would ship within 24 hours after I explained that I needed these urgently. Wonderful customer service!

Once you purchase they change the shipping time from 7-14 days, to "15 or more days" It has now been nearly a month. Each time I call, they tell me they still don't have the frames in stock, which they said they had in stock when I purchased. Had I known they had to back-order the frames, I would have chosen a different pair.

I ordered new spectacles for my wife for Christmas. EZContacts website made the whole process very easy. My wife told me the frames she wanted, I found them easily on EZC, entered her prescription details, decided on options and placed the order. They arrived in less than 10 days and were exactly what my wife wanted. Excellent fit, look great and prescription lenses are is perfect.
Also, EZC offered the total package of frames and lenses at an excellent price. Considerably less than I could find elsewhere and less than we have paid for multi-focal prescription spectacles in the past.
Overall an excellent experience and so I would highly recommend EZContact for online prescription spectacles!

Ok! Price but slow delivery of product. No communication on status of order other than invoice. Had to call a week later to get status update.
After a week of no communication, EZContacts called me, apologized and shipped my order with overnight service free of charge. I received my order the very next day. Thank you Ezcontacts, but honestly you need to improve your customer service.
I wish I had read the reviews first. They claim shipping within 1-2 business days, and 24 hour notification if there is a delay. It has been a week since I ordered my contacts and no email. The order status is processing order. I sent them an email and no response. I regret ordering from them.
I ordered contacts and got an email that said they shipped, I waited a week and called only to be told they hadn't really shipped yet. I told them to forget it and don't ship them but they did anyway so I returned them. It has been more than 30 days and I still haven't been refunded, I have proof that they received the lenses so they aren't lost. The last email I got was "We are behind. Sorry". Never again

First frame was discontinued but communication was good. Second frame came though, same quality as buying locally with 1/3 the price.

Answer: You will wait and wait and wait and maybe have them tell you they are coming and then wait and wait and wait. My advice... don't order from them. There are so many lens companies that are fast and have good follow-up... it isn't worth it!
Answer: They are not a trustworthy company. They have lied to me on numerous occasions about an order I placed.
Answer: None of their frames are authentic, but some people don't seem to care as they are still in business, sad really as companies like this should be shut down.
Answer: This company lies, they do not return phone calls or e-mails, they have the worst customer service of any company I have ever dealt with and I too wonder if they are a sham.
Answer: You won't get them the next business day. I ordered glasses 3 weeks ago. After 10 days I contacted them for update, they claimed that they are discontinued, no discount or anytghing offered. So I order something else, customer service great, claims glasses will be FedEx shipped next day. Still waiting... it's been 4 days, no update. If you need your glasses fast, order elsewhere.
