I got a promo email for 10% off for 48 hours. When I tried to order, I got a msg that the promo code had already been used. I sent an email to the support email. Never heard back. Several days later I used live chat to talk with a rep. She told me that the promo was for new customers only. That was not stated anywhere in the promo email! I asked for a managers info. She then said she would honor the 10% as a one time courtesy. I appreciate that she honored the discount, however I dont have a high level of trust or confidence in the brand anymore.
Customer representative was very friendly and efficient answering questions. Was able to find the status and confirm that he would personally take care of shipping the order himself!
I wrote a 5 star review after one of the customer service bots on their website assured me that they would personally oversee my case, get me a discount, and ship my contacts out to me within 24 hours. This happened twice. I paid for 3-day shipping, It has been over a week since I ordered my lenses and every time I speak with customer service they cannot give me an answer or even an estimated date that my order will actually be shipped to me. Seems like a scam as I cannot even get a hold of a supervisor. This has been the most frustrating customer service experience I have ever endured and I am still without lenses. I leave the country in a few days, and need them urgently. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY if you want prompt or reliable service.

Daryl Grimes service rep was great in helping me understand the lead time and updating an order to expedite shipping. Second order with EZContacts, and first experience ordering a prescription pair of glasses online. Lead times can take a bit of time as sometimes they still need to order from manufacturer but with a little patience it is well worth the cost savings. Would use their services again and again.
My skepticism to using an online company for glasses was resolved by shopping with ezcontacts.

My computer got frozen while I was ordering, so I miss filling in my doctor information but my order went through. Customer service quickly corrected and added my doctor's information. All the process was so quick and accurate, and very generous.

"Angel" took over my order personally, assuring me that I would receive my lenses within 24 hours. It has been 3 days since then... and nothing. Customer service could not be worse! They cannot even project a time frame that my order will be shipped to me, no help at all.

The frame is defective from the manufacturer. I called EZContacts and talked with someone but never heard back after following the directions of emailing photos to *******@excontacts.com. I could use some help.

I understand that I have and unusual prescription. However when I order the contacts and it says that they are in stock, that makes me excited. I ordered them on 11/21 and the site said that they will be shipped in 3-5 business days. GREAT! YAY! The status on my order says it has been shipped. It is 12/11 and still no contacts. I call and they say that it will be 2 MONTHS because they have to be MADE for my prescription. However she also said that it would be 2 months from 12/5. REALLY? There was NOTHING that said - hey if you need these soon, too bad because it is going to be a while. I asked for a refund. We shall see if that happens. My biggest complaint is that they didn't have the courtesy to let me know it was going to be more than 2 months before I would see the contacts. The customer service representative hung up on me. Also - when I called there were 39 people waiting to talk to the Customer Service people. That should be a red flag right there.

This was probably my best experience with ordering glasses online out of all the times ive done it before. I ordered a pair of YSL and a pair of Tom Ford's and saved about 60% off what i would've paid in store at the optometrist. The process was easy and got both pair in about 10 days. I couldn't be happier, will definitely order from them again!

I bought the frames and was sent a notification via email that they would be available 7-10 days - which was longer than expected. I tried to cancel, but was told it was too late.
Still received the frames on time. Got to test out customer service, it wasn't instant, but still responded within a reasonable time. (It was Thanksgiving/Black Friday, after all)

Awful. Took over a month to get my glasses and was not contacted once about the delay. I would check to see if what you want is in stock first

Unusable due to the fact that the wrong prescription has been put in the frames. I tried to start a return and got no where. Looks like I will be taking them to my dispencery to get lenses.

My frames were shipped to my house fairly quickly and were in excellent condition along with authenticity tags and a box and case. Very pleased with the service.

I ordered a pair of glasses with a prescription. The price was great because there was a sale that included the lenses for free! I received my glasses very quickly. Although they didn't work for me, my experience was very good. I was able to return and send the tracking information to a representative. Christian helped me track my package and I received my refund in less than a week.
Answer: You will wait and wait and wait and maybe have them tell you they are coming and then wait and wait and wait. My advice... don't order from them. There are so many lens companies that are fast and have good follow-up... it isn't worth it!

Answer: None of their frames are authentic, but some people don't seem to care as they are still in business, sad really as companies like this should be shut down.

Answer: You won't get them the next business day. I ordered glasses 3 weeks ago. After 10 days I contacted them for update, they claimed that they are discontinued, no discount or anytghing offered. So I order something else, customer service great, claims glasses will be FedEx shipped next day. Still waiting... it's been 4 days, no update. If you need your glasses fast, order elsewhere.
