I didn't like how the bifocal part of the glasses look, because all other bifocals that I have had was never placed in the center of my glasses. The bifocal part was always below my distance not in it, so no I most likely will not be purchasing in the future.
Nice selection of products and easy entry of prescription and specifications. No complaints. Keep up the good work.
Was told 7-10 days, ended up being over a month. Should tell customers before placing order whether product is back-ordered. Customer service rep got defensive when I complained.
I waited forever! If this was the only thing I would be satisfied but I contacted them numerous times about my pair of glasses with horrible customer service. They did at the very first time when I had to change my prescription, but it went wrong from that, I had multiple live chats that went nowhere, I then asked if it was possible to have AR added, they lady on the chat, took my money, promised to contact me as whether or not this was possible because supposedly my glasses were in the lab, and if not my money was going to be refunded, but no one contacted me, so of course to track this person back was hell!, then this other people "could not se" the chat i had with this lady until the conversation got heated!,... this was an absolutely nightmare!... there is more to this story, I ended up contacting the BBB, I demanded a contact from this company, I got to where I needed to go, i finally got the glasses how I wanted after this contact happened in like 3 days top. I don't think this is my next move again to buy glasses, I got a pretty good deal, but this company need lots and i mean lots of customer service training!
Bought a beautiful pair of Dior frames at a large discount with prescription lenses. Glasses turned out perfect! Will definitely be buying from EZ Contacts again.

Slow processing and shipping. Friendly staff though. This is the first pair of glasses I have bought online and am realizing that there are some perks, specifically cost. Some negatives like, fitting and comfort of product.

I ordered my sunglasses more than a month in advance. They were apparently out of stock but never said that she. I chose these due To them staying in stock and would arrive before vacation. They then shipped 4 days before I left and transferred them to the wrong address... which I still do not have! The address they sent them to did not have them. They were supposed to have them shipped again but I am not home to confirm they did, nor did I get anything saying they shipped. Poor communication and poor customer service
I ordered a pair of glasses on January 19th, and on the 23rd of January they emailed me and said they were "backordered" until February 16th. They said after they received the frames it would take 5-7 days for them to ship them out to me. On February 21st I attempted an online chat on their website to get an update on my order, but it said no representatives were available. Suspicious... and yes it was during business hours. So, I emailed them instead to find out if my order would be shipping soon, since I hadn't heard any updates. I finally get a reply 2 days later and hear that the new backorder date is March 9th. If I don't get them in March, I'm canceling my order and getting a refund. After this experience, I will never order from them again, nor will I recommend them to anyone else.
This company is a joke. I order my glasses there and I paid 150 dollars. Not cheap at all. Then, 4 days later, they told me that they were backordered and that they were going to be available again in 3+ weeks. Tried to contact them by mail, never got an answer. Then I called the costumer service 5 times. The representatives are EXTREMELY rude, they don't care about their costumers, they don't listen, they talk back to you, and what is the worst: THEY DONT SOLVE YOUR PROBLEMS, EVER. I asked for expedite shipping whenever my glasses are available, which I think is the least they could do. They salid that it's not possible, and didn't even try to give me some solution, offer any kind of help. Horrible company, pathetic and I am spreading the word: AVOID THEM.
Although the frames I wanted where not originally in stock they still arrived in a decent amount of time, packaged nicely and a perfect fit. Not to mention almost half the price of Lenscrafters including the lenses and treatments like Transitions and antiglare added. Thanks EZContacts!
Had an issue with the re-order price vs the internet advertised price. Daryl Grimes helped me resolve the issue quickly and to my saisfaction
I ordered a pair of glasses awhile ago from this website. After two months of waiting, they never showed up. I ordered again (false hope I guess). My order came in after a month and a half. Before the order came in, at the one month marker. I emailed inquiring. They addressed me as George. Not my name or gender. Then proceeded to talk down to me. I wouldn't recommend this business for eyeglass needs.
I feel very satisfied with their customer service and the product of my glasses. I love the frames and lenses especially for the price I paid for Calvin Klein glasses.
The only complaint is upon arrival one eye frame was bent but it was an easy fix.
Sometimes things go wrong, that is life...
But when my glasses were taking a little longer than expected i live chatted w clyde williams and he helped me out as best he could. Now, i will get my new sunglasses (rx) in time for hawaii... thank you

Super easy purchase. Love these glasses. They fit really well and are super cute. Excellent design. Glasses were back ordered, notified after purchase.
I placed an order in the beginning of December and only got my glasses in the middle of February. I called multiple times only to be told that the frames are back ordered. When the glasses arrived, the lenses were missing the anti reflective coatin that I paid for! I contacted customer support and was only told to send them back... and wait another few years I guess
I ordered a pair of glasses online in mid December. At the time of purchase, the website indicated 10-15 business days for delivery. Little did I know that it would take 2 months for my glasses to arrive. I called repeatedly and I was told they work with a manufacturer in China who was causing the delay. OK. I get it. Then the glasses arrived from the manufacturer to their lab. I was then told there's a backlog at the lab and there might be further delay. I will say that the product itself is up to par, exactly like what I ordered. But due to their inability to set correct expectations, I give them a 2-star. If you're willing to wait that long for your glasses then go for it.

Answer: You will wait and wait and wait and maybe have them tell you they are coming and then wait and wait and wait. My advice... don't order from them. There are so many lens companies that are fast and have good follow-up... it isn't worth it!
Answer: They are not a trustworthy company. They have lied to me on numerous occasions about an order I placed.
Answer: None of their frames are authentic, but some people don't seem to care as they are still in business, sad really as companies like this should be shut down.
Answer: This company lies, they do not return phone calls or e-mails, they have the worst customer service of any company I have ever dealt with and I too wonder if they are a sham.
Answer: You won't get them the next business day. I ordered glasses 3 weeks ago. After 10 days I contacted them for update, they claimed that they are discontinued, no discount or anytghing offered. So I order something else, customer service great, claims glasses will be FedEx shipped next day. Still waiting... it's been 4 days, no update. If you need your glasses fast, order elsewhere.
