I ordered glasses for an upcoming trip. The glasses arrived approximately 9-10 business days later, notwithstanding the representation on the website to expect the glasses in 4-5 business days. This inconvenienced me because I wanted to take the glasses with me on a winter vacation to Arizona, where the sun is bright.
The glasses were a good value compared to regular retail. The curvature of the lenses were flatter than my current ones, and they did not adjust any fit prior to shipping so they did not sit properly on a flat surface as they should before trying on. Slow delivery and not much communication before hand, just a long wait.
At first I was disappointed by how long it would take because their lab was held up but when I requested to cancel the order they offered to expedite the order and offered an upgrade to overnight shipping. In the end they had great service and I am grateful.
So, the construction of the lenses themselves took quite a while. I continuously called the customer support and they kept me included throughout the whole process. The construction of the lenses were delayed so customer decided to expedite my shipping free of charge which was super nice and considerate of them. I ended up saving hundreds of dollars; I got a quote from Kaiser and with health insurance my glasses would have be $760. But on EZContacts my glasses came out to $330, which is such a steal and they are the exact glasses that I wanted. These ARE NOT knock offs; they are authentic Jimmy Choos! So happy and should be ordering from here again.
There was an issue with my order, they called me and we solved the problem and moved on. I appreciate great communication. Glasses are great, I love them.
Got the glasses as expected.
However, it took a little longer. After calling I was told that the frame had to be ordered - but got the glasses and very pleased. Great value compared to buying at a optician
My glasses took way to long to arrive. That's it but the reiview has to be more than 100 characters.
Incredibly slow to process and to ship a pair of glasses. 6 weeks to receive my order! Unacceptable. Would have easily paid more for faster delivery. No more EZ contacts for me. EZ? Laughable.

It took me about a month to receive my glasses. The quality of the glasses and lenses was great, but the customer service is terrible. I contacted customer service and was told my order was awaiting shipment. Two days later, contact customer service again and I was told they are still in the lab they will be shipped the next day. Contacted customer service yet again wanting to cancel my order, and I was told they would ship by Friday that week. Needless to say the customer service is terrible and the representatives have no qualms about lying to you.
I have read a lot of bad reviews for EZ Contacts. I didnt read the reviews until after I ordered from them. Maybe its different for other brands, but I ordered a pair of Cazal 607s with prescription lenses. The worst thing about my service was waiting for shipping. It takes about two weeks for the item to ship.
However, once I received my glasses I can assure you the lenses were made correctly and the frames are 100% authentic. Because the price for these frames were almost $200 off - I was skeptical. When ordering the Cazals there are very specific things that make them easy to tell if they are knock offs or not. The frames EZ contacts sent me passed every single test.
I hate the shipping delay, but its worth it once the glasses arrive. 4 out of 5 chance Ill order from them again.

Customer service was completely lacking and I had to reach out multiple times for the status of my glasses since there was no communication that they were back ordered.

I would not purchase glasses from EZContacts. Im not sure what its like to order contacts from them but for glasses I placed an order towards end of December 2017. They had the frames in stock and available for a seemingly good price. After I placed my order I heard nothing from them. Then after 3 weeks I sent them an email threating to report them to Better Business Bureau for fraud and they finally responded that the frames I ordered were sold out but that if I wanted they could send them in another color. At this point I was fed up with them and ordered them somewhere else. Then another month goes by and in mid February 2018 I get the glasses I originally ordered any my card gets charged.
This is a terrible online experience and I will be letting everybody I know about what they should expect when using EZContacts.
If something is on back-order the site shouldn't show in stock frankly. Other online vendors are good about this information being shared up front. Having to wait a month for glasses is a frankly offputting when you expect them in 5-8 biz days.
Well you have just successfully won a customer. I have been with 1800Contacts and Vision direct for the last several years. In addition to better prices, you all have incredible, prompt and readily available customer service. Galvin was friendly, super helpful and was able to get everything I needed in such an effective and quick manner! Kudos to you all and Ill be back for my next order!

I purchased 2 pairs for way less than my eye doctors office! Which was a great feeling. Unfortunately one of the pairs has a crack in the lens from screwing it on too tight maybe. But gonna be some extra work to ship back plus Im gonna Ive to wait again.
In store $500- ez contacts 120$. Love my Prada glasses. I will definitely use EZ contacts for all my contacts and glasses in the future. Maybe next time I will a pair of Dior sunglasses.
There website states if u order by February 10th your glasses will come by Valentines Day, but Im still waiting for my glasses and its the 23rd
Answer: You will wait and wait and wait and maybe have them tell you they are coming and then wait and wait and wait. My advice... don't order from them. There are so many lens companies that are fast and have good follow-up... it isn't worth it!
Answer: They are not a trustworthy company. They have lied to me on numerous occasions about an order I placed.
Answer: None of their frames are authentic, but some people don't seem to care as they are still in business, sad really as companies like this should be shut down.
Answer: This company lies, they do not return phone calls or e-mails, they have the worst customer service of any company I have ever dealt with and I too wonder if they are a sham.
Answer: You won't get them the next business day. I ordered glasses 3 weeks ago. After 10 days I contacted them for update, they claimed that they are discontinued, no discount or anytghing offered. So I order something else, customer service great, claims glasses will be FedEx shipped next day. Still waiting... it's been 4 days, no update. If you need your glasses fast, order elsewhere.
