Thrilled with the product and service from EZContacts. I have an unusual RX and the staff emailed and phoned to confirm it prior to starting my glasses, just to be sure. My new RX sunglasses are perfect and exactly what I wanted.
Customer service is wonderful. I highly recommend this website to everyone. Just wished they had an app. Hope its coming soon
Ordered Contacts on 2/19. Had to call customer service to find out that the order wasn't processed until 2/25 and shipped until 2/26. Website info only revealed the status was "fully shipped". Customer service rep informed me that there was no tracking number to ascertain eta because it was "shipped directly". Since the package was finally on it's way though they could give me no exact date, I was able to cancel the order. My only recourse is to wait till the package comes (5-7 days late and 10-14 days after I ordered) and return it. To add salt to this wound, according to their site info they are based out of BK, NY a mere 90 mins from my house. Never ordering from them again.
I will start with saying I'm 100% satisfied with the frames and lenses! That's why I'm saying I could have easily given you a "5" if glasses where done and sent in a more timely manner. Instead after contacting you on more than one occasion (email) and stating I needed glasses by a specific date and getting a reply that sounded like this would happen I finally called customer service the day before the date needed and was told glasses were ready but not shipped. The young man at the call center who helped me was very helpful and after paying an additional $49.95 for overnight shipping he made sure that glasses were sent that day. I'm disappointed in having to pay that $49.95 since I was proactive in contacting company. Honestly I want to have a "5" experience with ezcontacts! Hopefully this will happen on a future purchase! I want to be able to tell friends to order from you as you do have a great assortment of frames, lenses and contacts!
This was my first experience with EXContacts. Rex reached out to me to match my perscription to my order and went above and beyond in correcting my order to match my perscription! He was prompt, thorough and pleasant - a great customer service experience!
I ordered Nike glasses for my son and we love them. Not only were they half the price as purchasing them in town, it shipped within ten days. I will be ordering from EZ contacts from now on!

I ordered 3 pairs of glasses from this place, including a Carrera and a Gucci pair with my current prescription, both frames are stunning and I saved a lot of money from all the deals they constantly have, service is a little on the slow side but I've got great customer service every time I've called to inquire about my orders, will definitely buy from them again!
I got the exact pair of glasses I wanted for $140 less than what they were at my eye doctor. I got my glasses in less than 2 weeks and customer service is awesome.
Still havent received one of the items on my order. The item I ordered was later found to be out of stock. You get what you pay for.
I ordered my glasses the last week of October 2017, I didn't receive them until The END of February 2018 ( 4 MONTHS)! The most frustrating experience online I've had. I ordered 2 custom made dresses for my daughters wedding and got them in 3 weeks with emails to track the progress. I got the exact verbatim email every time I inquired about my glasses. I'd suggest any other company...
It was easy to order from the website and the customer service was great. I needed to call a couple of times and there was quick wait times and resolution.
I was under the assumption that my glasses would be delivered to me in 2 weeks like it says on the website but I waited a month and a couple of days for them. I kept asking and calling as to why my order wasnt being shipped and they said it was because the order was back up. They took my money easily out of my card but couldnt email saying there would be a late arrival. Wasnt happy at all with the customer service
Took twice as long to get to me as stated on the website. Called and emailed four times and they rushed the order. It came a day earlier than the two weeks late it was coming at.
I emailed several times inquiring on the shipment date for my custom eye glass order. Received the run around and was not told it took longer for my prescription. That should have been disclosed when the order was received.
Have purchased from EZContacts a few times and my lenses are by far the most competitive with this supplier.
To my surprise when I corresponded with Daryl Grimes from customer service he applied an additional discount to my order and then let me know. He also recognized that I had submitted the prescription incorrectly when compared to my previous order and fixed that.
My order was delayed and I live chatted with Galvin Fein who helped me track my order. Because I was running low he expedited my shipping method to get it me in a timely fashion.
On the website it stated glasses same day delivery I understand that it takes longer for prescription for over one month and then I received damage glasses on top of everything the other glasses still not received
Answer: You will wait and wait and wait and maybe have them tell you they are coming and then wait and wait and wait. My advice... don't order from them. There are so many lens companies that are fast and have good follow-up... it isn't worth it!
Answer: They are not a trustworthy company. They have lied to me on numerous occasions about an order I placed.
Answer: None of their frames are authentic, but some people don't seem to care as they are still in business, sad really as companies like this should be shut down.
Answer: This company lies, they do not return phone calls or e-mails, they have the worst customer service of any company I have ever dealt with and I too wonder if they are a sham.
Answer: You won't get them the next business day. I ordered glasses 3 weeks ago. After 10 days I contacted them for update, they claimed that they are discontinued, no discount or anytghing offered. So I order something else, customer service great, claims glasses will be FedEx shipped next day. Still waiting... it's been 4 days, no update. If you need your glasses fast, order elsewhere.
