When I had a question, EZ Contacts customer service rep. Angel was their to help me out. She had a great, positive attitude and helped me with all of my questions. The prices are competitive also.
They have the best prices and my prescription came out excellent I will definitely buy glasses again with ezcontacts.
Took a month to receive my glasses and the customer service team kept lying to me while I was walking around blind. They could at least be honest and change there turn around time on the site from3-5 days to 3-5 weeks
Do not email them. Better yet call the customer service. Review the item you order. My color tint is not what I ordered. It took 2 weeks to get the order and since there are issues with it, I had to return it again and wait probably for 3 weeks coz they won't process the Replacement until you send the other one. I suggested to just send me the corrected lenses and I will just be the one installing it on the frame but it's still didn't happen. At this time of review I don't the replacement yet. Original order was Feb 6. Today is March 1.
Contacts were never received. Company couldn't provide tracking info and kept promising to check with their distributor but never once followed up. I have requested a refund multiple times and have been told my account will be escalated to a Supervisor. Still have not received a response or a refund. Every phone call and email I've sent seems to be to a contact out of the country
1st off the frames I ordered were not marked as backordered not until AFTER I ordered them was I informed that they were backorderd. Then weeks and weeks went by with no communication of when I would even be getting these glasses so I had to contact customer service to find out. It took over a month and a half from original order to receive the glasses and they came in all crooked and not assembled correctly! The nosepads were put on totally incorrectly and the glasses were assembled like crap!
Ive bought 2 pairs of glasses and and they have superb deals. Easy to order, quick shipping, what else could I ask for? Thank you EZCONTACTS!
The customer service rep Angel was extremely helpful. She looked up my order and the delay and resolved my problem immediately. I could not have asked for a better rep to help me!
Glasses didn't fit my face very well. The measurements were right but the lenses were to big. They had to much from the center of my eye to my ear.
Progressive lens prescription is perfect, glasses are comfortable and sturdy. Fast service. Thank you
No items. No customer service. Imagine that.
There are no items available in stock. However, the customers are not notified of this before the purchase. I have waited weeks for my contact lenses. Customer service is probably the worst I have experienced, making me wait 50 minutes each time, just to hang up on me 4 times. Online chat doesn't work either. Also my last representative just straight up hung up on me saying they don't have the item in stock and it isn't their fault.
Summary: no item in stock, takes the money, can't get into touch with customer service
The product is exactly what I wanted and ordered at a great price the problem I'm very disappointed with is the turn around time stated on your website and the huge difference from the actual arrival of the item! It took over 3 weeks for my order to arrive to me when your website states 3-7 days.
That was the reason I picked you guys over the other sites I searched for. At the very least take that off your website so people aren't expecting something they are not going to get! No expectations no regret!
But I had expectations and I got alot of regret! So much so I may not do business with you again.
I am very satisfied with my order. My glasses are perfect. They had a nice selection and it was very easy to order as well.
Lots of being given the run around. Took two MONTHS to get my order. Every time I would ask what the hold up was I was given an excuse. Not at all

I dont know where to begin. I initially ordered glasses that said 5-7 day deliver, I was notified a day later that it will now be 7-10, an unconvinced but it was only 3 days more so I brushed it off. Two weeks passed and I request to have my issue escalated because I have received no extra communication. I called and they said they would get in contact with me after they speak with their lab. I called multiple times over the next two weeks with the same response. I asked to be escalated to their manager and they said they werent available. Only when I mentioned Id be willing to take legal action did theirs manager suddenly appear. The manager then said it will be ready in 24 hours, 72 hours later I call and they tell me that to call them back if it doesnt ship in the next week. Throughout this process Ive asked to cancel my order but each time they said we have to check with the lab. Then suddenly it shipped which was too late to get a full refund. Overall horrible service and people. I was a month and a half without glasses because of these people and their reps show lack of respect and unwilling to help.
Bought Carrera prescription sunglasses. Generally an ok customer service experience. Good prices. Turnaround and delivery took much longer than anticipated. Most importantly (which is why I am giving two stars instead of four) one of the bridges of the frame were clearly loose which I am pretty sure happened during the insertion of the lenses.
I placed my order on January 19,2018 for a pair of prescription glasses. As of today, I still have not received my order. First, they did not have the frame I ordered so we had to wait until they received from their supplier. They it too more than two weeks to install the lenses. Eventually, they shipped the order out to my shipping address but I never received the order. After tracking the order and called customer service, I was told that the order has been returned for not being able to find the address. The address I gave was a business location where I work and we receive hundred of mails daily. I dont understand why the order was returned. I called customer service two days ago and was told that they will resend the order via UPS and I would receive an email with tracking number. As of today, 2-28-2018, I never received the email with tracking for the order promised to me two days ago. So, as of now, I dont know what is going on with my order and proactive communication from the seller has been minimal. Service is bad!
My second time making a purchase from Ezcontacts and had issues both time with the amount of time it took to receive my glasses and on top of that someone has a nerve to ship one of the glasses without the case. Very bad.
Ordered 2 pairs on friday. 1 arrived on wednesday the other one arrived on thursday. I love them. I have received so many compliments. I used to wear contacts before because i didnt like the way my glasses looked on me but now, my glasses are my fashion statement piece.
Answer: You will wait and wait and wait and maybe have them tell you they are coming and then wait and wait and wait. My advice... don't order from them. There are so many lens companies that are fast and have good follow-up... it isn't worth it!

Answer: None of their frames are authentic, but some people don't seem to care as they are still in business, sad really as companies like this should be shut down.

Answer: You won't get them the next business day. I ordered glasses 3 weeks ago. After 10 days I contacted them for update, they claimed that they are discontinued, no discount or anytghing offered. So I order something else, customer service great, claims glasses will be FedEx shipped next day. Still waiting... it's been 4 days, no update. If you need your glasses fast, order elsewhere.
