In less than a week cracks are appearing at the edges of the lenses, meaning they were either cut poorly or installed poorly or both. Also it took forever to get these, months. I would not do business with this company again.
I had never ordered glasses through EZContacts before, but they (supposedly) had a pair of sunglasses I was looking for and they were the only site who made it easy to customize the lenses (replace polarized with non-polarized) even though they weren't prescription. I placed the order on 1/25. There was nothing on the site that indicated the glasses weren't in stock and I received no updates when they didn't ship for weeks. I reached out to customer service on this order (as well as another pair of sunglasses I had ordered days before- no updates on them either) and after a frustrating chat with Rachel, who couldn't give me the correct information on either order, I was done. I'm keeping the custom sunglasses only because I love them, but the others may go back just because this company was such a hassle to deal with.

I'm so glad I found EZ Contacts! I found a pair of frames that I liked in an eye glass store but no one could bother helping me so I came home and went online to see where else I could find them and came across EZ Contacts. It was so simple to order, they arrived fairly quickly even though they were backordered and I love my new glasses. I may actually order a second pair to have as a back up. Would definitely recommend EZ Contacts!
They did take just a little longer then promised. Mira was the best. She followed through and upgraded my shipping to get them to me faster.
Good quality and price for glasses but took more than 2 months to receive them. Kept calling to find out where they were and they kept telling me there was no estimated time that I would receive them.
It took 2 months for me to get my prescription glasses. At first the frames had to be specially ordered and when they had finally been scheduled to be sent from EZContacts they offered to provide 2 day Air usps delivery. The glasses didnt arrive for another month. Terrible experience.
Took 3 weeks to receive my order, a lot of wasted time, Did not even offer compensation, or an apology. I thought this company would be better organized, if you have glasses on your website you should at least stock them and have your own in house prescription lens facility. Expected a lot more from this company

I liked the glasses I received. I ordered on January 26th and one pair of glasses said 3-4 days and the other said 7-10 days for arrival. I got my first pair middle of February and my 2nd pair today, March 2. My 2nd pair were Prada glasses and they came in a Georgia Armani box and case which was disappointing. Overall okay experience.

EZContacts is amazing. I had read reviews of people who waited a long time to receive what they ordered, some up to 3 months. I was concerned that I would never receive my glasses and that perhaps EZContacts had stolen my money. This did not happen at all, though I had to wait 1 month to receive my glasses.
I loved the glasses and sunglasses, but I had to wait 1 month for delivery. The site said available within 7 days.
Glasses are great quality but they took sooo long to come. Website says 7-10 Days shipping well it took 28 days for us to get our glasses. When I called they said they ad to order the frames. That is fine but it should have been noted.
I love my Kate Spade glasses. Very good price compared to our in town. Called customer service a few times very helpful. My only complaint is that It took one month exactly from order to my mailbox. At the 2 week mark I was getting worried and the lab never responded to let me know the It was taking longer than web site said. Would use them again!
The glasses came out fine, but EZContacts had that the frames were in stock when they weren't. It took over a month for the frames to arrive at their facility and then another week and a half to get the lenses done in the lab. I had a spare pair of glasses. But if I was really needing these prescription glasses, I would have been out of luck. I give it 2 stars because the glasses were nice, but I don't think I would order glasses from here again for how long it took.

When I first went to order my glasses one of the things I liked most about this site is that it said glasses shipped in 5-7 days if they were prescription... which mine were. I had a vacation and a few other events I wanted them for and it took over a month to get my glasses. Slowest site ever that Ive ordered glasses from. I was super frustrated.
Couldnt believe how easy it was to get my prescription designer glasses online. I was nervous having not tried them on but I figured out my size and love my new glasses. Michael kors frames feel great
Part of it was error on my part entering the zip code but it has taken way to long to get them sent and now still waiting on them to be resent with no updates. Frustrating!

It was not what I expected. Ez contacts came highly recommended and because of my experience Im worried about future orders for myself and kids. I dont think I will use this company in the future

I purchased my glasses on 12/8/17 (not 1/2/18) and didnt receive them for four weeks! Becuase the frame was broken in the lab and had to be reordered, then the lens was scratched and had to be remade, finally received them and the lens fell out the first time I wore them. Returned them to be fixed and didnt receive them back for five weeks, it took three weeks for my glasses to get from the return department to the lab and both are in Brooklyn NY!
I had to call every other week and retell the story to multiple people because EZ doesnt have phone transfer capabilities to a manager. I was told every time that someone would contact me within 24-48 hours with more information but they never did. I only got a supervisor on the phone when I demanded to wait on hold till she could talk to me. That didnt get me anywhere anyway. My glasses were not placed on a rush order nor handled with any priority. Plus I was promised they would send back to me Next Day and that didnt happen either.
I had a very bad experience with ordering EZ Contacts glasses and wont order through them again, nor will I recommend them to anyone.
Customer Service should be much more of a Company value!
Took forever no response for like a week later. Very disappointed. I could never get someone to give me an answer. I wasnt told til after they got the money that the glasses were on backorder

Answer: You will wait and wait and wait and maybe have them tell you they are coming and then wait and wait and wait. My advice... don't order from them. There are so many lens companies that are fast and have good follow-up... it isn't worth it!
Answer: They are not a trustworthy company. They have lied to me on numerous occasions about an order I placed.
Answer: None of their frames are authentic, but some people don't seem to care as they are still in business, sad really as companies like this should be shut down.
Answer: This company lies, they do not return phone calls or e-mails, they have the worst customer service of any company I have ever dealt with and I too wonder if they are a sham.
Answer: You won't get them the next business day. I ordered glasses 3 weeks ago. After 10 days I contacted them for update, they claimed that they are discontinued, no discount or anytghing offered. So I order something else, customer service great, claims glasses will be FedEx shipped next day. Still waiting... it's been 4 days, no update. If you need your glasses fast, order elsewhere.
