I had got the email that thr order would be delay buy thr order came later than that. It took a month to get to me even originally said it would take 5-7 days.

EzContacts site was easy to use, I received my items quickly, and they are working out quite nicely. My husband also ordered from your site and has also also been pleased.

No mention of delay for frames when ordered. No response to inquiry emails. Once a PayPal dispute was opened, they emailed back. 45+ days for eyeglasses. WORST EXPERIENCE TRYING TO GET A EYEGLASSES. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED.
I haven't received my order yet, but I reached out to find my tracking information (didn't show up on my order details on the website) via online chat and their association, Daryl Grimes, was helpful and courteous.
I found frames in my local eye doctors office that I loved, but they were $145. I hopped online to see if I could find anywhere cheaper and EZContacts had them for $60! Ive never ordered prescription glasses from anywhere besides my doctor and EZContacts made it so easy. I was a little skeptical, but they have a great return and exchange policy so I took the chance and am so happy I did. My glasses are perfect and the correct prescription! Most complaints I see are about how slow EZContacts are, but honestly they take a little less than two full weeks and to me it is worth it to get cheaper prices. Hope this helps!
I am very happy with my glasses. The only problem I had was a long time waiting for them since they were out of stock.
I specifically contacted customer service before placing my order to ensure my item was in stock. I was told it was so I went ahead and placed the order. It took over three weeks from ordering to receive my glasses. I think this is completely ridiculous since I was told even on the long end production in the lab would be 5 days max. Although when the product finally arrived it was as described I will never order from this site again.
My advice to the company would be dont promise something you cant deliver. My glasses said they would be shipped in 5-7 days, they were shipped 1 month after I ordered! Thankfully I was in no rush and when the glasses arrived they were perfect! I am obsessed with the quality and the look, definitely worth the wait. The customer service was also great! I called twice and both times the reps were helpful and polite. I would definitely order again.
I received my order 10 days ago and wore it few time to get used to it but for some reason I wasn't able to get adjusted, something seemed wrong. I took the glasses back to my opt office ( where I got my Rx from) to check if the Rx is correct, they informed me after checking the glasses that the Rx is correct but the lenses was crazed due to over heat which can cause problem seeing clearly through it. I contacted customer service, waitng to hear back from them

Poor communication, inaccurate information regarding a simple prescription & shipment, I will shop elsewhere in the future
Customer service told me 5-6 different times that my order would ship by a certain date and it never shipped. Over a month of waiting with no confirmed shipment date.
Customer service was of little help and promised follow ups that never happened.

I ordered my contact lenses on Feb 20th and by March 4th there has been no update about the order at all, frustrating. I contacted the customer services, they promised they will ship it within 48 hours, which is bullsh*t, nothing happened and full of lies. Don't order from them, this company it's a Joke.

I ordered some glasses on the February 3rd on the 8th EZContacts said I should get them by the 12th, then they said by the 15th then by the 21st then by the 23rd. So I ask for my money back and they said 5 days. I never got my money so now Bank Of America is trying to get it back for me. Ill never order anything off this site ever again. There full of scam and lies.
Trying to return something and it takes them about a week to reply. Just trying to order something new once the return is processed!
Took over a months to get my glasses. Every time I talked to someone I would get nowhere on the status of my glasses. Horrible experience all around
I have made multiple successful purchases from EZContacts in the past, but this experience was terrible and I will never make a purchase from this site again. There was no communication -- I waited three weeks for my daughter's glasses and heard absolutely nothing on the status of my order. I sent the company an email, waited five days, heard nothing, then phoned the company. Customer service told me (in mid-February) that they were still backed up from the Holidays (December). Really? I did get a call from a very nice and helpful woman in customer service following. She really did try to help, but the glasses were still further delayed. When my daughter did receive the glasses -- 8 weeks after purchase -- they were absolutely HUGE (looked like clown glasses) and the frames were bent/damaged. I again phoned customer service. They said they had NO RECORD of my ever calling there! The rep then proceeded to tell me that some frames run particularly large, but that they DO NOT note this on their website. So there would be no way for the customer to determine if this is the case. So frustrating! I wasted 8 WEEKS waiting for glasses that needed to be returned. I ended up going to our local eyewear store, purchasing beautiful frames, and receiving the order 5 days later -- ALL FOR LESS THAN IT COST AT EZCONTACTS! Unbelievable!
Answer: You will wait and wait and wait and maybe have them tell you they are coming and then wait and wait and wait. My advice... don't order from them. There are so many lens companies that are fast and have good follow-up... it isn't worth it!

Answer: None of their frames are authentic, but some people don't seem to care as they are still in business, sad really as companies like this should be shut down.
Answer: This company lies, they do not return phone calls or e-mails, they have the worst customer service of any company I have ever dealt with and I too wonder if they are a sham.
Answer: You won't get them the next business day. I ordered glasses 3 weeks ago. After 10 days I contacted them for update, they claimed that they are discontinued, no discount or anytghing offered. So I order something else, customer service great, claims glasses will be FedEx shipped next day. Still waiting... it's been 4 days, no update. If you need your glasses fast, order elsewhere.
