I was shocked to see how much I could save by purchasing my yearly supply of daily contacts through EZContacts.com rather than through my eye doctors office - over $80! And that was with a $120 rebate from the manufacturer! So it was actually a $200 savings from the doctors original price - Wow! I also had a slight problem with an extra discount they offered when placing the order for my lenses. So I connected thru Live Chat & their customer service rep (Galvin Fein) was able to give me the discount. He was wonderful to work with & ordering is easy as long as you have your prescription or can provide your doctors phone number so EZContacts can obtain that info directly. Try them, you willl be pleased!
I am very pleased with my glasses! Shipping took 3 weeks, which I was not informed of until after I made the purchase, which I felt a little duped on.
The service was good and quick and the glasses are great! Contacted them via chat later for a receipt which I received right away. Overall a very good experience!

I really liked the service, not giving them a 5 star review just because at the end my eyeglasses were backordered and I had to wait more than I was planning to, but overall I was very pleased with the service.

Not happy with your refund process. I returned a pair of Polo eyeglasses that were defective. It was delivered to you on 2/28/18, but no action on your part yet. I emailed customer service about it last week, they said they are behind and process it, but nothing since. These funds have to go back to my HSA account to avoid issues with the IRS. I already paid for a replacement for the Polo glasses on a separate order.
First off i had to order another pair of glasses after i waited 2 weeks on the pair i ordered because they kept pushing back the availability. Then the one's i ordered took over a month to get and when i received them they were a woman's glasses that lived in las vegas and she received mine so we had to go through a big mess to get them shipped to eachother. Ezcontacts was the worst experience. Never shopping there again.
I ordered prescription sunglasses and the process was easy and great. The only thing was that it took 2.5 weeks to receive the sunglasses. Overall great experience.
There was an issue with my order and a rep from EZcontacts contacted me and got it resolved very quickly and easily.
I ordered the Gucci Black frames and received the clear frames.
The website promised next day shipping, I received the glasses 2 1/2 weeks later.
Ordered glasses and it took a week and a few days just for them to get the frames. I called and they said they had just received the frames and would send to lab that day. They also said they would expedite shipping to me for free. Received the glasses a week or so later. Glasses are great! The delay in getting them was the only problem.
The website said two days for processing and then the shipping method you choose. After two weeks of not having my classes I contacted them. They said it there was a back up and it would be a month before they could ship them out. Never offered a discount or anything. Wouldnt have notified me unless I contacted them. Next time I need glasses Ill go somewhere else. Even if I have to pay twice as much. Not happy at all with my experience!

The frames I ordered were out of stock and I wasn't notified at all. I waited over a month without hearing anything. When I contacted them, I was informed that they were out of stock and I had to choose a new product. The only thing they offered as an apology was rushed shipping. Two months later I received glasses. The prices are low but the service is terrible.
Bad experience with the order. I got glasses 20 days after initial delivery date. Had to make multiple calls and customer support offered me expedited shipping which they ignored while shipping.

I received frames that looked completely different than what I ordered. I don't understand why no one took the time to check if the frames matched the order.
I will never buy frames from ezcontacts again. It took a MONTH to get my prescription frames and I was only notified that they were on a delay once through email where it said I would basically get them a week later than said but then weeks went buy and I received nothing in the mail or any email saying that they were still behind. I contacted them through their live chat on their site which took several tries to even get through to someone on it and once I did they told me there was a delay and I would get them in a week. Another week went buy and nothing and I contacted them again and they finally told me they would expedite my order and I still didnt get the frames for another 5 days. There was no sort of compensation or anything and it was a very negative experience. The only good thing is that I do really like the frames I bought which i also saw on other sites I just wish at the time I ordered them it was from one of those other sites and not ezcontacts.

I ordered a pair of prescription sunglasses and expected them to be shipped in a little over 3-5 business days as described on their website:
Orders placed before 2:00pm EST will be processed that same business day. When ordering prescription lenses with your Eyeglasses or Sunglasses, allow 3 - 5 business days for your custom lenses to be made by our optical lab. Note: Some items may take 1-2 days before it reaches our warehouse.
My order took more than double the time listed before they were shipped. I sent an email inquiry on their website around business day 9 as to why they hadn't shipped. I then called at business day 11 when I hadn't received a reply. The customer rep said that my order was about to be shipped and said that my processing time was normal. I asked why the website claimed 3-5 days and he couldn't answer the question. After my order had shipped I received an email reply to my email inquiry that gave me the shipping information. This was not much help considering I had emailed several days before.
I have no complaints about the quality or craftsmanship of my order only the misleading information posted on their website. If they claimed it would take 12 business days before a product would ship when I ordered then I would not have been disappointed. It was the fact that they deceive you into thinking you will get your order sooner than you actually will that frustrates me.
Answer: You will wait and wait and wait and maybe have them tell you they are coming and then wait and wait and wait. My advice... don't order from them. There are so many lens companies that are fast and have good follow-up... it isn't worth it!

Answer: None of their frames are authentic, but some people don't seem to care as they are still in business, sad really as companies like this should be shut down.
Answer: This company lies, they do not return phone calls or e-mails, they have the worst customer service of any company I have ever dealt with and I too wonder if they are a sham.
Answer: You won't get them the next business day. I ordered glasses 3 weeks ago. After 10 days I contacted them for update, they claimed that they are discontinued, no discount or anytghing offered. So I order something else, customer service great, claims glasses will be FedEx shipped next day. Still waiting... it's been 4 days, no update. If you need your glasses fast, order elsewhere.
