Ive purchase prescription sunglasses and eyeglasses from this online site. Both times have been really easy, fast and no hassles. Good quality and competitive pricing. I have tried other online sites and there always seems to be some kind of issue, like out of the frames I want or lenses take way too long to get filled. Bad communication seems to be the norm for online frame shops.
So far great customer service, especially from Miles! Did receive defective pair of persols after a long wait that QC missed in a big way (severely warped)-- awaiting new pair and a satisfactory resolution with the returns process which could be tested (due to long waits and defect I may not get back into the country within 30-days they ask for returns due to extended biz trip... this will dictate my ultimate judgement of truly great customer service
The rep typed the orescription incorrrctly. He also never called back ir corrected it. Had to leace 8 messages then another rep corrected.
The same glasses that I purchased were 4 times the price in the typical glasses storefront. Im glad I found this site.
Best prices but, they need to work on their customer service by updating customers where there order status is along the way like most merchants do... one of the most frustrating thing about ordering from Ezcontacts.
Site said 5-7 days, it took over a month before the glasses arrived. Responses took 2-3 days when contacting. You better hope they have the frames you want in stock. They like to sell items they do not have.
It took over a month to receive my glasses. My emails went unanswered for days, and my request for a discount offered for valentine's day was completely ignored. Will never buy from them again, stick with eyeglasses.com, they are far superior.
If you want fast, this is not the place to go, but if you want an affordable price and don't mind waiting for a quality product that will not disappoint you, this is the place to go! Their customer service is very frank about the time it'll take. They tell you from the start, but you have to pay attention. It takes them 5-7 to ship the frame to lab, then the lab 5-7 days for lab to ship out finished product. That means it'll be a minimum of 2 weeks! That is a long time for some people, but not for me. I had a great experience. My glasses took a couple weeks to arrive after I ordered but well worth the wait to save $200+

My daughter and I have ordered glasses from ezcontacts many times. I tell everyone to order from your company. Just a month ago I persuaded a lady to leave Sams club optical to leave and order from ez contacts!
This was a poor company to deal with... very long shipping times and poor communication when I asked for updates.
Rex was very helpful and easy to talk to. He guided me to find the correct information that I needed. I got quick response, which made me feel heard and important. He informed me if or not there would be any delays with my order. This is my first time using EZContacts.com and I must say, it was pretty easy to use. Thank you, Rex!
I ordered contacts and I was told they would shop out in 1 to 2 business days with free shipping with the time frame of 5-7 days. It says that righ Im the website. So I ordered 2 boxes and 3 days later my order still said the prescription was being verified. I sent a photo of the valid prescription the same day I ordered so I chatted with a rep and I was told that my prescription was verified and he would personally have the contacts shipped that day.
I log on to the account that night to see if it had been shipped, and it said fully shipped, but no tracking number. I went to the chat a day or two later to ask why the tracking still wasnt up there, and I was told the order was shipped but Id have to wait until the end of the day to get the tracking #. Waited with no number so I went to chat again and was told to wait again. I just got the tracking and it it says they should be here on the 13th.
I was told multiple times that they had already shopped, when clearly they hadnt. The chat reps make things up and Ive emailed multiple times with no response back.
Please save time and dont order here! I want to cancel the he order but its too late so I may just return them if they ever come.
I decided to order from 1800 contacts last night because I need them before the 13th and theyre scheduled to arrive tomorrow. Shouldve just went with them in the beginning and they price matched ez contacts price plus gave me a 2% discount on top with free next day shipping! 1800 contacts is a much better choice!
Yeap... that's the best eye protector and yea I no longer 5555th to Amarillo ******* grams in ama and get faded but idk not really how about over there are 5th and were doing good dawg to see what you were gana do today I'm just gana sip a lip boi huh what are you doing today I'm just celebrating my birth mouth hahaha that's awesome
When I initially bought a set of prescription sports-glasses from EZContacts, I was pleased with the price and the promised delivery-period (3 to 5 business days after order). While I ordered the glasses on January 23d, I did not receive them until February 23d. Between the 5th business day after my order and until February 20th, I repeatedly phoned and e-mailed EZContacts Customer Service to learn why my order continued to show as "processing" on the EZC website. Several customer service reps offered to contact the lab to learn status and promised to e-mail me what they learned; none did. I only learned the reason for the delay on February 20th. So... EZContacts failed, despite my efforts, to inform me about the unexplained delay and caused me much frustration. I will not recommend the company to others and will not buy from them again.
It took over a month for me to get my glasses, the lenses didn't fit into the frame at all. And last but not least the script was off so I couldn't wear them if I wanted too.
Terrible customer service. Had to wait over a month. Paid for overnight shipping. Was told shipping costs would be waived, and they werent. Will never shop on this site again and definitely will not recommend to anyone else.
I ordered a pair of eyeglasses at the beginning of February. I never received any notification stating the back office was delayed and when I reached out to them at the end of February they told me they couldnt rush order it and they would give me a 5% credit back to my card (which they never did). The agent did not seem to care that I had to wait dang near a month for my eyeglasses even after I expressed my daily use for the glasses. I wont be ordering from them again!
Answer: You will wait and wait and wait and maybe have them tell you they are coming and then wait and wait and wait. My advice... don't order from them. There are so many lens companies that are fast and have good follow-up... it isn't worth it!

Answer: None of their frames are authentic, but some people don't seem to care as they are still in business, sad really as companies like this should be shut down.
Answer: This company lies, they do not return phone calls or e-mails, they have the worst customer service of any company I have ever dealt with and I too wonder if they are a sham.
Answer: You won't get them the next business day. I ordered glasses 3 weeks ago. After 10 days I contacted them for update, they claimed that they are discontinued, no discount or anytghing offered. So I order something else, customer service great, claims glasses will be FedEx shipped next day. Still waiting... it's been 4 days, no update. If you need your glasses fast, order elsewhere.
