The glasses where great but it took too long for me to get them. They took the money out of my acciunt twice and then it took a month fir me to get them. My wife was real unhappy until she got the glasses.
I ordered a pair of Versace frames for much less, and I absolutely love them. At my local optical store, they were $280.00 for the frames. This did not include my prescription. I bought them from EZContacts for a total of $231.25 and this included frames, my prescription and tint because I 'm using them for my sunglasses. A friend of mine ordered a pair of COACH frames and she also was satisfied. She was who referred me to the site.
When I ordered by glasses I was not informed that the frames were back ordered. I waited several weeks and had to call EZContacts to find out what the status was. I was then told that I would be upgraded to UPS so that once my order was ready I would receive faster. It still took 5 days from shipping notificiation to delivery.
Rex asked my email within minutes and gave me another option to forward my script info over to him for processing. Again within minutes Rex emailed me back and said it was in processing! Awesome customer service!
Great quality and service. Was very happy with the process. Very happy with the customer service rep and response time.
I forgot to mention. In the end I cancelled the order and asked for my paypal account to be refunded.
Price was great, and the product was exactly what I ordered. Will definitely order again! Thanks so much!
Website purchasing experience was easy enough and the tool tips do help. Ended up purchasing through EZContacts instead of framedirect because of price after promotion.
-1 star for long processing status with no real estimate on when glasses would be delivered. Despite this, EZContacts would still be one of the sites I visit for future purchases.
Glasses arrived as described with prescription lens. No issues except a little slow on the shipping, but overall an A.
Long wait but quality is there 3 weeks to get two pairs of prescription glasses. I would recommend prescription better than local optometrist.
First took forever to get the glasses. Literally a month to get them. Then the glasses come in and they arent even made good.
Ordered prescription eye glasses noting that the processing time for the lenses would be 3-5 business days and shipping would be another 5-7 business days. When glasses didn't arrive in 20 days I tried to get hold of someone with the company for several days before my call was answered. Customer service rep told me that they didn't even have the frames from the manufacturer yet and couldn't tell me when they would get them, nor could he tell me when we could expect them. He offered no explanation and wouldn't make any effort to make me happier with the situation. He also offered no apology for the misleading information given on the EZContacts website. One of the worst examples of customer service I have dealt with. Glasses arrived more than 30 days after ordering with no explanation or apology for the delay.
At the time of ordering it indicated that I will get the prescription sunglasses in 5 to 7 days. Soon after placing the order I received an email saying it will take 4 to 6 weeks. I received the sunglasses after 6 weeks. The product is fine and the price is great!
Had a bad experience with this vendor. They provided slow service and I had to cancel my order. However, they were quick to refund and provided good follow up about the cancellation.
I liked the price and the glasses are nice, but I guess they were out of stock and it took them over a month to get to me! The worst part was that I wasnt communicated with, was just waiting and waiting and finally called to find out what was going on. So overall, good product but could use better communication!
It took over two months to get the glasses I ordered, with no communication about the delay. They should have let me know immediately if the frames or lenses were out of stock
These glasses are perfect! I would definitely order another pair... pricing is great, glasses are exactly as they appear on the site and their super thin lenses are great!
It takes too long to get your glasses. It took almost 1 month to get mine. I actually canceled my order but they still showed up. They were for my girl friend so I just kept them.
My glasses were missing a nosepad and the nosepad arm was all bent out of shape, and they wouldn't do anything about it. Also my order took forever to ship even though I paid for shipping. Go glassesUSA imo.
Answer: You will wait and wait and wait and maybe have them tell you they are coming and then wait and wait and wait. My advice... don't order from them. There are so many lens companies that are fast and have good follow-up... it isn't worth it!

Answer: None of their frames are authentic, but some people don't seem to care as they are still in business, sad really as companies like this should be shut down.

Answer: You won't get them the next business day. I ordered glasses 3 weeks ago. After 10 days I contacted them for update, they claimed that they are discontinued, no discount or anytghing offered. So I order something else, customer service great, claims glasses will be FedEx shipped next day. Still waiting... it's been 4 days, no update. If you need your glasses fast, order elsewhere.
