Made 2 orders about a month apart totaling 5 different frames. EACH ONE was emailed that it was back ordered. I asked for them to cancel my first order because it was taking too long and they cancelled the wrong order. So, I called and they informed me that my more recent order was completely discontinued by the manufacturer(s)! Other colors were available, but not the colors I chose. I will never offer them my business ever again... not that they got any because their website inventory is completely wrong. If I could give them 0 stars, I would.
EZContacts states it will ship out orders quickly. After waiting a week I reach out because my contacts had not been shipped. The representative I spoke with said he would personally handle the order and have it sent out within 24 hours. Still have to wait and see if that happens, but the resolutions seems to be quick.
Fast resolution, expect to see if the shipment will arrive within 24hrs as the rep promised. Even if it doesnt, still liked the service.
Ordered a pair of sunglasses, They did not arrive, Contacted Customer service through Chat, agent told me they had become back ordered once i placed the order ( no warning was given). She stated she would expedite the shipping, when they finally shipped they were NOT expedited. Called customer service only to speak to a women who clearly didn't have her coffee this morning, Very rude. Told me it was not there fault and she would send me a return label to send the glasses back since i was unhappy! - Still sitting with no glasses - Wouldn't recommend this company to anyone!
When I ordered them I expected a month at most but it took almost two months to receive them. I'm satisfied how they came out and my prescription is perfect, just wish they got to my house sooner then they did.
When I ordered my sunglasses their site said 4 days until they'd ship. It took 7 weeks for them to finally ship my sunglasses. The sunglasses are great, but what happened to 4 days?
When I ordered my new single vision glasses I failed to ask how long it would take. Well, it took longer than 21 days. And it seemed that maybe too much time was spent by them sending the order to the people who manufacture.
I absolutely love my glasses. They came with a few extra goodies too!
I paid $69 and that was $200 less than a shop would have charged for these Armani's. I think I may order sunglasses now. How can I go wrong?
Very slow shipping time on RX glasses. Updates should be provided on status of glasses other than in process. Customer service response time was not great especially if emailing and not chatting.
Ordered over a month ago still aint received package or refund was a Birthday gift and ordered a whole month early for it would be here on time for a bday and still nothing
Quality of product was very good, however, was told that my order would arrive in 7-10 days and product did not actually arrive for about 3 weeks (after I contacted company, I immediately received a receipt of shipping confirmation).
We were not informed that the frame we ordered were not on stock so the delay in getting them was not expected. They are made correctly and the price was good but almost 3 weeks is way to long to wait when it says 7-10 business days
Terrible company. Would not cancel my order, did not respond to any attempt to contact them over 7 days, 14 attempted communications. Charged my PayPal account 1 month before they shipped out the product. Very shady business, stay away!
No communication for more than a week after the order was put in. And then another 10 days after multiple calls till I received the glasses which couldnt be any better.
When I called they blamed it on the X-Mas holidays which were 3 Mts prior? No update via email, etc that my glasses were not going to be received within the quoted time online. Would not have ordered here had I known that. Felt very misled.
I am very satisfied with the glasses I received. I was hesitant at first to order them online but they are excellent quality and my prescription lenses are perfect. It did take a little longer to get them than I would have like but I would definitely buy from here again.
The glasses took about two months to receive and I got conflicting answers when I would email inquiries about the ETA. My suggestion is if you want information about your glasses call the company. The emails I received were Preposterous everything from referring to me by a different customer's name, to responding 10 days later to sending conflicting responses. It was very frustrating and no updates ever came on their own without me first inquiring. The end result was a two-month wait for a pair of glasses that, thankfully, was the correct prescription. But I was anxious throughout the process due to the poor communication.
I made 2 purchases in January. It's March, and I still don't have one of my orders which was "in stock and ready to ship".
I've called 3 times for an update and nothing. My glasses have been in the "lab' for over a month.
Terrible customer service
Well first thing is first. I really did like my glasses and specially loved that they came with products to care for them. However, I am extremely dissatisfied with the fact that it took almost 2 months just for the order to process! After a month of not receiving anything I decided to get in contact and even that took longer than claimed! I selected regular shipping since I wasnt in a rush. When I received the email telling me that I would have to wait longer for my order to be ready I became a little worried. The email stated 24 Jan - 14 Feb. If i ordered my glasses December 30th and was told theyd be ready in 11 days... Well Feb 6 rolled around and still no glasses. I emailed, response time stated, 24 hours. Response received, Feb 9! Thats over 48 hours later! And even then! When the 15 of Feb came and I checked the status of my order it still stated processing. Very disappointing. When I finally received the shipping email it stated that I had received a $10 discount but checked my bank account and had been charged the full amount. However, when I finally received my glasses on Feb 26, ALMOST 2 WEEKS AFTER I was told theyd be ready, and basically 2 MONTHS AFTER placing my order, I was pleased with the quality. Definitely not worth the 2 month wait, but pleased with the quality of my product. Would I order from here again? I would give it a second chance yes. Did I like my first experience? Very, very, little. Customer service response time was horrible, extremely late package delivery, and where are my $10?
Answer: You will wait and wait and wait and maybe have them tell you they are coming and then wait and wait and wait. My advice... don't order from them. There are so many lens companies that are fast and have good follow-up... it isn't worth it!
Answer: They are not a trustworthy company. They have lied to me on numerous occasions about an order I placed.
Answer: None of their frames are authentic, but some people don't seem to care as they are still in business, sad really as companies like this should be shut down.
Answer: This company lies, they do not return phone calls or e-mails, they have the worst customer service of any company I have ever dealt with and I too wonder if they are a sham.
Answer: You won't get them the next business day. I ordered glasses 3 weeks ago. After 10 days I contacted them for update, they claimed that they are discontinued, no discount or anytghing offered. So I order something else, customer service great, claims glasses will be FedEx shipped next day. Still waiting... it's been 4 days, no update. If you need your glasses fast, order elsewhere.
