My card was denied when I bought my frames, so I paid for them with a different card and paid for $20 express shipping because i was in a hurry to get new frames (my last ones broke). I emailed ez contacts right after and told them I would like to cancel my first order since I just ordered the same pair with a different card. It took them a week to respond to me, and by then my bank had unlocked my card (and wouldnt let me cancel the transaction) and the second pair of frames was already sent. Thats when I heard back from customer service saying my glasses were on the way and I could return them if I want once they arrived. What Im concerned about is getting refunded for the $20 express shipping, since I gave Ez contacts ample time to cancel my duplicate order before shipping it. I contacted them again but have yet to hear back. I will update this if they respond but otherwise poor and slow customer service can end up costing you.
Got my glasses in pristine condition, but they came in 2 months after I ordered them. I understand that the frames were not available, but you should really change your website to reflect that. When I ordered, as well as throughout my 2 month wait, the website said that the frames were available for purchase and ready to ship in 4-5 days.
Quick, easy. And pleasant. Very respectful. And everything ways asked in order. Overall 100%... I hope to have more experience with this company. But the most of all the person that help was great. Thank you again...
Unacceptable having bought my glasses in December 2017 and only having received it in march 2018. Customer service at least was responsive, but terrible operations management.
My son loves them, he said he got a lot of compliments. They fit perfect for his face and hes almost 11.
Delivery too too long. Was stuck at processing for weeks. Poor communication and the lab took far too long to make my glasses. Way longer than the 5 days as promised.
My glasses are great and they were a great price. But it took over a month to get here. No shipping or tracking info was sent until I contacted customer service. So if youre in a rush, look elsewhere. Otherwise great prices.
Havent recieved my glasses already have a claim and havent recieved anything. Not even a call. I received a email day of claim but thats about it. Had been Already almost TWo weeks
10 days to get contacts and there wrong... exchange is a joke! Waited a month... poor customer service and when I asked where the order was they just canceled the order.
I had visited a local ophthalmologist who wanted $700 for the pair of glasses/lenses that I ordered from EZ contacts for about $285. The bulk of it being my lenses due to nearsightedness. The quality is great, and I received them in about 2 weeks.
It took almost a month to get my glasses and when I reached out for a status update, no one ever responded to me.
I ordered prescription glasses and was written on your site I would get them by feb 14th when I ordered on feb 9th. 3 days later I get a email stating the frames were bsckordered and due in between March 2nd and March 22nd after already charging me. Your hours are short especially on different coasts so I left 3 emails and messages on the site asking if any other color frames were available. I called on the 4th day and was told a frame was available and asked for compensation and you gave me 2 day shipping. These glasses did not arrive until 3 weeks later. There was no estimate so I was just waiting and waiting. Your customer service sucks. Your site lies and makes false claims. You dont compensate for the trouble in proportion to: false advertisement, false promises, inaccurate description of services, poor communication and care for customers. I should have received a full refund.

It Took 3 to 4 weeks to get my order. However, I am very pleased with my purchase once it finally arrived.
No confirmation is unacceptable for an online service provider. Today is the March 12th my exchange was recieved Feb 28 according to US Postal Service. I have yet to get any status update on my order.
Too long to deliver, more than two months to have my glasses. They answer my email, but honestly two months is way too much
I ordered from them. The shipping said it was delivered I checked all over the property and nieghbors. This package was not delivered. They still choose to charge me and I have been fighting this for more than 2 months.
This is by far the worst company. I have been disputing with my credit card company as well.

I ordered a pair of sunglasses the beginning of February, and have still not received them. I called and was told that they weren't scheduled to arrive until March 23. So if that actually happens, with another couple of weeks for shipping, that means I won't get my order until mid April. BUT, they took my money at the beginning of February.
My husband ordered frames, no prescription, just frame at the same time I ordered my sunglasses. He has not received his yet either, and we have no Idea when they will arrive.
This company does not communicate with you so that you can make the choice to either let them keep your money and wait months for your order, or cancel all together. To be fair, if you call them, you can generally get information regarding your order. But there is not proactive outreach from them to the customer regarding delays.
This is HORRIBLE customer service! In the end, it's not worth the so-called savings that you get on the products purchased. I will not use EZ Contacts again.
Answer: You will wait and wait and wait and maybe have them tell you they are coming and then wait and wait and wait. My advice... don't order from them. There are so many lens companies that are fast and have good follow-up... it isn't worth it!
Answer: They are not a trustworthy company. They have lied to me on numerous occasions about an order I placed.
Answer: None of their frames are authentic, but some people don't seem to care as they are still in business, sad really as companies like this should be shut down.
Answer: This company lies, they do not return phone calls or e-mails, they have the worst customer service of any company I have ever dealt with and I too wonder if they are a sham.
Answer: You won't get them the next business day. I ordered glasses 3 weeks ago. After 10 days I contacted them for update, they claimed that they are discontinued, no discount or anytghing offered. So I order something else, customer service great, claims glasses will be FedEx shipped next day. Still waiting... it's been 4 days, no update. If you need your glasses fast, order elsewhere.
