Overall, the service was good. I thought the amount of time it took to actually receive the sunglasses after ordering was inordinately long, and nothing during the process prepared me for that delay. Also, a more minor point, the lenses, supposed to be "gray/green" do not look green at all. So the classic tortoise shell with green lenses 'look' has not really been achieved.
Delivery was fast and the return I made was processed timely. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend to all.
It has been a month and I am still waiting for my glasses to arrive. I was told shipping in 5-7 days: ( Not the cases
Took an entire month to receive glasses that were not prescription. Ordered them for a birthday gift a week and a half before their birthday. Received almost three weeks after their birthday
Im happy with the glasses themselves, but it took about a month to get them. Not impressed with the customer service at all. It took them over a week to respond to my email.
Rex provided very good customer service through internet and on phone when I called. I opted for 2 business day delivery since we are going out of town Sunday 3/18. Got good personal feedback via email rather promptly regarding my order and shipping. If everything else goes this good, I'll be sharing this site with friends. Even reg. Price is good bit less than Costco but first order price was half of Costco's price. THANK YOU.
Ordered a pair of Nike eyeglasses. Glasses were supposed to ship within 5-7 day. After 10 days, emailed customer service to ask for status. When you email, a message pops up that they will respond within 24 hours. After 4 days of no response, emailed again. After 2 days of no response, I called. Spoke to rep, who had no idea when the glasses would ship. Once I received notice of the glasses being shipp d, all my emails were answered. Took 23 days to receive glasses. That said, the price was great, an extra set of lenses were included. Overall, if your not is a hurry to get your glasses, its worth it. If you need them quick, may want to look elsewhere.
Everything was perfect with the product. However it took almost a month for me to get the product. Now a days to get a eyeglass you may need to wait maximum 3 -5 days even if it is with prescription from any shop.
The glasses ordered were correct and Rx was fine. It took over a month to get them and unless I called for a status update I would have never been contacted...
The glasses I ordered were out of stock on back order when I ordered them, so instead of 5-7 days shipping, it took over a month to get them, nevertheless I saved hundreds of dollars and glasses came in perfectly.
Thought it would take about a week. After 3 weeks the first pair arrived. Now its going on 3 months and I have 3/5 pairs. They have never responded to an email I sent to customer service. Im wondering when the last two pairs of sunglasses will come. I have no idea. No response from ezcontacts. And neither of them are on back order according to the website.
I was told the glasses were in stock until a week later I looked it up on the website to see where my glasses were to find out they were not in stock. Couldn't get ahold of a salesperson until I contacted an outside source. And didn't receive my glasses for up to a month and the company said they were unable to do anything about it.
They backorder my contacts and didn't contact me to inform me that me order will take 5-7 business days for them to received them and another 5-7 business days for my order to arrive, when they're website reads "Contact Lenses Orders placed before 2:00pm EST will be processed that same business day. Instock contact lens orders ship out within 1 - 2 business days" now its been 4 days and I'm the one calling them to find out all this information, and they are upset because I'm not happy about the whole backorder without informing me. And when I asked to expedited the offer me an "UPGRADED UPS GROUND" you have to be kidding me? A UPS GROUND? That will take 5-7 business days from NY to CA! As a first time customer I feel very disappointed and unhappy about their services. I asked for a refund, we'll see how that goes, but definitely will never try to buy from them or recommend their store to anybody
Waited for 9 weeks to get the order. Customer service does not help. I almost gave up. Finally got it last week. Glasses are good but service is worst.

My prescription sunglasses are beautiful!
When I finally received one of my pairs of glasses I was very happy with the quality of them. Now it took over a month to receive them and they didnt have 4 different styles so I ended up having to cancel my other pair. Response from them was extremely slow and customer services while nice was not super helpful and I had to email several times for responses.
The glasses were perfect, but it took longer than I expected to ship. I would still recommend this vendor.
I'm also super dissapointed that I didn't get anti glare. I figured these are just backup glasses for me to wear around the house in the morning and in the evening when I don't have my contacts in so I didn't think that I needed anti-glare since I'm not going to be out in the sun or driving on the streets. But the lights from my television and chandelier are enough to cause extreme glare and it's very distracting.
With exception of item out of stock for a while service and price was great. An option was made available to select another color frame but I decided to wait for the one I wanted. Communication was very good; they kept me in loop on when it was available and sent. Product was as advertised!
My vision is blurry. Ive never had trouble adjusting before. I ordered two pair about a month ago and I am still waiting on the second pair
Answer: You will wait and wait and wait and maybe have them tell you they are coming and then wait and wait and wait. My advice... don't order from them. There are so many lens companies that are fast and have good follow-up... it isn't worth it!
Answer: They are not a trustworthy company. They have lied to me on numerous occasions about an order I placed.
Answer: None of their frames are authentic, but some people don't seem to care as they are still in business, sad really as companies like this should be shut down.
Answer: This company lies, they do not return phone calls or e-mails, they have the worst customer service of any company I have ever dealt with and I too wonder if they are a sham.
Answer: You won't get them the next business day. I ordered glasses 3 weeks ago. After 10 days I contacted them for update, they claimed that they are discontinued, no discount or anytghing offered. So I order something else, customer service great, claims glasses will be FedEx shipped next day. Still waiting... it's been 4 days, no update. If you need your glasses fast, order elsewhere.
