Easy ordering, fast delivery. I ordered the Fossill brand. I love the look, but the name brand came off twice on the out side of the left leg and when I fold the legs down I can only fold them down a certain way. My daughter has the same pair of frames and hers are perfect.
This is the second or third time I have used this site. The prices are extremely reasonable, the turnaround time is reasonable and the customer service is great. I recommend this site to all my friends.

It took a really long time to receive them. I called Customer Service after it'd been two weeks, and the representative said he was going to put a "rush" on it and ship 2-3 days, but it still took a week to get them after that call. That said, at least he tried, and I love my glasses. I'd still purchase glasses from them again, especially because the frame I chose was more than double the price at my eye doc!
I ordered contacts lens online, paid upgrade for 2 day shipping to get it before I leave for my trip. Followed up next am to make sure they got the order and to ensure I will get my contact lens. Rep Christine suggested I downgrade to UPS ground instead of 2 day because they were located in Bklyn and it was being shipped to me in Bklyn. Christine proceeded to tell me she approved the prescription and process the order. Never got my order! I called to get status and the order never got processed at all! They refused to ship it to me overseas or compensate in anyway with their major mistake. They are unprofessional and scammers. I called my cc bank to dispute the charge!
I had horrible customer service. When I ordered my first pair everything was great. Then my frame broke, and I sent it back like the warranty states. Before I sent it back, I checked and asked customer service to make sure my frames were in stock. They said yes. Then I get an email saying they are discontinued and cant fulfill the warranty. I look on the website and see the frames are in stock. After talking with them, they tell me its the identical frame but different size. So they wont fulfill the warranty. Horrible customer service experiences both times I called. Rude agents who told me it would be a long wait for a manager so I never talked to one. On a different note, my boyfriend ordered glasses, got two emails saying they wouldnt be delivered for another month, and at the time of ordering it said in stock. He still hasnt received them two months later so he cancelled the order.

I almost feel bad not complaining to the company first but judging by the customer reviews I'd be wasting my time and add to the disappointment. They say it can take 7 business days at the most to receive prescription glasses, it took 20. I was not notified of a delay as stated in their FAQ. 10 days later still no glasses, I saw all the bad reviews and decided to email them on Friday Feb 23. I got a canned response March 1. The next day I received a shipping notice. The package was labeled Global Mail, I seriously think that it came from China. This makes me wonder if my Versace Frames are authentic. I haven't had the prescription checked yet but my vision is a little blurred in one eye. I really dislike the beveling of the lenses. It's not smooth in some spots and it's too wide. Since it would be so much hassle and time consuming to deal with this I've decided to keep the glasses and get them redone by a local optic shop. I might order frames again from this company but I would not get the prescription lenses.
The whole transaction was easy. The site gave great explanations and examples on how to find and figure our measurementss. Very affordable designer frames.

I've been shopping from EzContacts for years, for contacts and eye and sunglasses. I just did the same for my daughter's prescription glasses and she was thrilled. Can't beat the price or fast service/shipping.
I save a lot of money going through EZ Contacts. They were extremely helpful with ordering my glasses. They had the designer frames I was looking at and was able to purchase them for much less.
Super disappointing. Ordered my glasses on feb 15th. Said 5-7 business days. Called two weeks later to get a shipping time frame - they had no idea - finally received them today (a month exactly) and the lenses arent cut properly to fit the frames. They are hugely wider than the frame and unwearable. Waited for a month and was so excited and now have to return and find something else fast. Assuming there is going to be some issue with the refund now. Will update post after I find out how that goes. Already notified them about defect within their 24 hour range and got the shipping label. Hoping this refund doesnt take forever seeing as how Im still out of a pair of much needed glasses. Will be calling customer service again in the morning before sending out to confirm the full refund considering THEY didnt cut the lenses evenly or properly to fit the frame. Very upsetting.
I'm so very happy with my purchase. I found amazing frames at an extremely reasonable price and it was so easy. I paid over $500 for my last pair of (similar) glasses, and I was able to spend just over $100 for designer frames. I can't wait to order sunglasses next.
Honestly it wasnt a surprise when my glasses got delayed one whole month, its been the third time I purchase something here and two out of three of them Ive had problems, this time I asked to change de delivery address and they took 4 days to respond, just to say itd be no problem after I told them Id be changing it to Mexico they said of course and two days later got back to me again saying it wasnt possible after all, then i asked them to change it to NY and said of course we will and again two days later they said Fedex had already gotten the package and that I could contact them directly and left me all on my own, do not recommend
I contacted customer service 3 times and they didnt reply for like 2 weeks and my glasses took FOREVER to come in.
I ordered prescription sunglasses and was sent a confirmation email so I could keep up on the progress of the glasses. The email said "ships in 5-7 business days". I called after 2 weeks because every time I checked the website it said "order processing ". After calling 2 different times they finally shipped out my sunglasses from the lab. It took a whole month instead of the estimated 5-7 business days, not only that, the sunglasses aren't that dark so they're not very good for light sensitive eyes. I'm very disappointed in this company.

Took a very long time I waited over a month to receive my item. Never again they don't let you know if there out of stock until you purchase the item.
Answer: You will wait and wait and wait and maybe have them tell you they are coming and then wait and wait and wait. My advice... don't order from them. There are so many lens companies that are fast and have good follow-up... it isn't worth it!

Answer: None of their frames are authentic, but some people don't seem to care as they are still in business, sad really as companies like this should be shut down.

Answer: You won't get them the next business day. I ordered glasses 3 weeks ago. After 10 days I contacted them for update, they claimed that they are discontinued, no discount or anytghing offered. So I order something else, customer service great, claims glasses will be FedEx shipped next day. Still waiting... it's been 4 days, no update. If you need your glasses fast, order elsewhere.
