Quick and easy order process. Glasses came in with great appearance. Haven't taken them off since I received them.
I ordered contacts in January 2018... they sent the wrong prescription so I had to send them back. It is not the end of March 2018 and I have not received my contacts. They will not give me my money back. I have escalated it up to a manager level and they won't help me. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM. It's not worth it.
EZContacts has a great selection of frames priced for everyone's budget. The site is easy to navigate and my experience with customer service was enjoyable.
They were able to clarify some questions about my prescription and I had my glasses in about 10 days
Perfect. I love my new glasses. They fit well & no problems with adjusting to the progressive lenses. Changed mind on frames during process. Customer service handled it without a glitch.
Easy to place order and was cheapest in the market. Took off one star because the order took 3 weeks to get to me.
Glasses took a month to arrive and there was no communication that they would be late. I had to call to inquire after receiving an unhelpful email.
The only thing I wasnt happy with was it took longer then expected. It took almost 3 week for me to receive my glasses but other then that I love the service and the quality. Will order from them again.
The ordering process was quick and easy, and my confirmation said they be sent out in 3-5 days. 2 week after I still hadnt received shipping confirmation I contacted the site, waited another two days and was told my frame was on back order and they should have them in 15 business days. After 14 business days I emailed got an update and they responded the glasses would be sent out by end of week (it was Monday). The next Monday I get a shipping notice... but my shipping label was created and it took another 2 days to be given to UPS... then the noreaster hit and that delayed them - which is not EZContacts issue, but UGH. Glasses are perfect and no issues Ill likely not use again and would only recommend if they are last option and you dont have urgent need.
Poor communication, advertising inventory they don't have, and DO NOT pay for expedited - it means expedited from when your glasses are ready... which could take months.
Excellent glasses but not good service, because of delay.

It was my first time buying prescription glasses online and it was a great experience except the wait to obtain them that was over a month. If it was a shorter period of time it would've been better.

I have another pair of these frames and these were great. The lenses are even thinner than my current glasses so it took my eyes a few days to adjust but after that they were perfect. Price is amazing for a good brand. Will definitely be buying more.
Glasses arrived late and frame was not straight. My husband had to take them to get the frame fixed. Would never buy again even though the price was good you definitely get what u pay for. I also paid for two day shipping and glasses got here a week after ordering.
It took almost 6 weeks to receive my glasses after ordering. This timeframe should have been disclosed on the site, as multiple competitors with similar pricing have much better turnaround times. After speaking to a manager, all he offered was expedited shipping, which did not remedy the long wait. I will not be re-ordering.
Glasses were on back order so took a little longer than expected but absolutely worth the wait. They saved me well over $200 compared to my local eye glass store. Extremely happy with the final product.
It took over almost six weeks to receive my order. When I placed my order the website said the glasses were in stock. When I havent received shipment confirmation after 2 weeks, I called customer service. The gentlemen on the phone told me the glasses where out of stock, and it would be four weeks before they would return to stock. I asked why I was never informed they were out of stock. He then told me I was getting the glasses for so cheap I should just wait. When I repeated my question, he stated they are a busy company and cannot notify customers if an item goes out of stock after the order is placed. What kind of business doesnt notify its customers an item went out of stock? The glasses themselves are great, customer service not so much.
Couldnt be any happier. A very good company. Everything came as promised. The only downside was the amount of time it took to verify my prescription
The glasses and prices are amazing. My only complaint is that there isn't much communication about ETA's. Other than that my experience was pretty good.
Said 5-7 days, took 15 days. Every time you call they make up an excuse on why they are not there. Sears was $20 more so I went with EZcontacts. Sears always delivers in the time they say and if they don't they give you a discount or something. I would give a zero but you can't.
Answer: You will wait and wait and wait and maybe have them tell you they are coming and then wait and wait and wait. My advice... don't order from them. There are so many lens companies that are fast and have good follow-up... it isn't worth it!

Answer: None of their frames are authentic, but some people don't seem to care as they are still in business, sad really as companies like this should be shut down.
Answer: This company lies, they do not return phone calls or e-mails, they have the worst customer service of any company I have ever dealt with and I too wonder if they are a sham.
Answer: You won't get them the next business day. I ordered glasses 3 weeks ago. After 10 days I contacted them for update, they claimed that they are discontinued, no discount or anytghing offered. So I order something else, customer service great, claims glasses will be FedEx shipped next day. Still waiting... it's been 4 days, no update. If you need your glasses fast, order elsewhere.
