I am going to contact the Better Business Bureau because I sent back the glasses and they haven't refunded my money. They have not been responsive! They made my glasses wrong, both Rx and tint. Plus, the frame hinge was loose!
I waited two weeks before contacting customer service to see why my order was still in processing after two weeks. She said she would email once figured and I never received an email so I tired again to told my glasses would be mailed in week. After not receiving my glasses I was told it would be another week and this time I received my glasses. I am happy with the glasses I bought but was not happy with not being told what was happening with my order.
Delivery arrived earlier than expected without extra charge! Thanks! Frames were packaged very well and the extra lense cloth & cleaner with tool is awesoem!
At first I was obsessed with this web site but then, found out they have a lot of issues some of the glasses I purchased did not have good quality even though they say glassess are genuine brand and as far as prescription glasses I won't even try it again.

Product came in time and its all genuine. The glasses are of course good quality. The free prescription lenses were good deal. I am going to buy another pair and I have already recommended other friends as well and they agreed!
I purchased a pair of Tory Burch eyeglasses and absolutely love them! I am very happy with my purchase and will use EZContacts in the future to purchase glasses or contacts.
Shipping/delivery time frame is not really customer-oriented. Had to wait 5 business days to have EZContacts get the frame from the manufacturer, another 4 business days to put the lens in, and they use DHL/USPS as a delivery courier (probably the slowest combo and I still don't understand why they bother to use DHL when they only ship within the US and Canada). Free prescription lens provided is a joke. I thought they carved the prescription lenses out of demo lenses. Strong dust magnet and highly reflective which causes instant dizziness. I ended up returning the item as it was unusable. I am still waiting for the refund, which they said it may take up to 10 business days. In addition, as I opted to use "free prescription lens" option, they will take $19.99 off from the refund. If someone has about a month of spare time and willing to venture such unforeseen quality prescription lenses, this is the vendor for you.
I am very dissatisfied. I ordered two glasses and one was out of stock. They sent an email stating one was unavailable and would be shipped later. The one that was in stock was never mailed until I called two weeks later. I am still waiting on the other one even though they said it was in stock over three weeks ago. I still have not received it or an up date. Not very organized when it comes to back ordered items.
I ordered a pair of prescription sunglasses and was billed immediately however the glasses were not available. When I questioned this they advised that they would express my order to me but they didn't update the order. When I questioned this as well as why they billed my account for an item that wasn't available, they cancelled my order to issue a credit to my account and said they would replace the order and charge my account when it was available. A few weeks later I noticed the glasses were showing available and I sent an email to inquire about the order (I didn't want to replace the order and end up with two pairs of glasses). But no one replied. I order just about everything online and will never order with this company or recommend them to friends. I found the same glasses available with another site.
Overall Im satisfied with the process, I do just wish they couldve sent them out faster. I think it was a little longer than 2 weeks to receive my full order.
This is my second year ordering my glasses online. I must say Im glad that I was able to find this site because its saved me so much money. Amazing selection and fast delivery
Site advertised the frames in stock. This was false as I had to wait three weeks for an update. It would take another three weeks to get the lenses put in. This was not in the description. Poor customer service. WILL NEVER ORDER FROM THEM AGAIN.
I will be buying all of my optical needs through this site from now on! I am very impressed with the cost and shipping speed.

I ordered my new glasses from EZContacts based on a recommendation of a coworker. The ordering experience was easy and after a couple of weeks, the glasses arrived and were just what I ordered. The Rx is right and the glasses fit well out of the box. Overall this was a pleasant experience as the best part was, I was able to get the frames I wanted with the Rx I needed for the same price as if i went to my eye doctor and used my insurance benefits with their optical shop.
I am very happy with the quality of my product and ease of ordering, however I was not updated that the frames were backordered for over a month.
Answer: You will wait and wait and wait and maybe have them tell you they are coming and then wait and wait and wait. My advice... don't order from them. There are so many lens companies that are fast and have good follow-up... it isn't worth it!
Answer: They are not a trustworthy company. They have lied to me on numerous occasions about an order I placed.
Answer: None of their frames are authentic, but some people don't seem to care as they are still in business, sad really as companies like this should be shut down.
Answer: This company lies, they do not return phone calls or e-mails, they have the worst customer service of any company I have ever dealt with and I too wonder if they are a sham.
Answer: You won't get them the next business day. I ordered glasses 3 weeks ago. After 10 days I contacted them for update, they claimed that they are discontinued, no discount or anytghing offered. So I order something else, customer service great, claims glasses will be FedEx shipped next day. Still waiting... it's been 4 days, no update. If you need your glasses fast, order elsewhere.
