Took forever to get my glasses. Wouldn't have ordered if I had known was backordered. They are good at responding to email questions though.
The glasses are great. But the accuracy of when I would receive them was very off. When I received the glasses i notices a scratch on the lens. I'm going to live with it though because I need my glasses and who knows how long it would take to get that fixed.
Order was shipped to wrong customer, I was shipped wrong order. Situation was corrected but added additional week+ to receive correct order.
I have done 3 purchases through ezcontacts and all orders have magically, very unlikely not been sent correctly to their system and usually doesnt happen.
Long story short there has been a problem with every single purchase. Yea they have good prices but every other websites price match at this point.
They will take super long to get you your product. Every single order I have had to spend countless hours nagging them on the phone what is going on with my order.
Every time you call they give you the run around. Horrible customer service reps as well, very disrespectful and take you for a fool. Avoid them.
Ordered my glasses, did not get them until a month later. I called for updates and repeatedly was told two different stories. The only reason I exchanged is due to EZContacts being the only available carrier of the brand and frame that I wanted. Only reason they have my money.
Took my glasses to my optometrist they weren't right on and the axis didn't line up so it appears blurry because of my astigmatism. Disappointed.
Happy with item and good price, however the advertised shipping time was off. 5-7 business days was advertised but item took 12 business days to arrive. Maybe not a big deal for some but if youre desperate be aware.
Great product but it took waaay too long versus their competitors. Ill be going back to them after trying EZcontacta.
I have now used ezcontacts twice. Both times It took a good month to receive our order regardless of the offers promoted on their website for available in 2-3 days. The only reason I went back is because of their unbeatable prices. Good luck getting an update on the status of the orders until they have actually shipped and are down the street from your house.
Got the right product but I had to call to inquire the status of my glasses, order two pairs of glasses first took 3 weeks to arrive and the second pair took a month
Ordered glasses and took almost 3 months to be delivered to me. Told me glasses were not available. Then I was curious why they did not advertise it as out of stock? They listed it as available so it was essentially false advertisement. If I knew, I would have made otherr choices. Very disappointed.
I want to thank Daryl Grimes for making my experience so easy and wonderful. I had a concern about not being sure if my prescription was verified and I really needed my contacts. Daryl Grimes right away helped me and told me he would handle it personally and I should be getting them within 24 HOURS! How amazing! Thank you again for your great customer service.
Very good service, and shipping timing was ok. I would definitely order from them again. Customer service was there when I needed them
The glasses that I purchased fit my face, felt comfortable, and looks great. Made me look very sophisticated and intelligent. The color was good also.
Overall the product was exactly what i wanted and was looking for. However I waited 3 week for my glasses to ship out then waited another week for them to actually get to me. I had to contact the company explaining that i had placed my order almost a month ago and still hadnt received a notification that they shipped. It wasnt until I contacted them them that they actually sent them. Just a little disappointed with my oveall experience.
You get what you pay for with EZContacts. Their business model is based on direct to consumer and low overhead. If the product is available theyll have it sent, if it is not, they will not provide good service to keep you updated and will not work to provide personal service. EZContacts is like all the other similar companies out there. Id recommend considering them over these guys.
Overall I was satisfied with the product I received and it was for a great price however it took three times as long as the estimated shipping/delivery window which was frustrating since I was depending on an old prescription during that time.
I ordered and paid 3/12. My prescription was verfied on 3/12 Credit card charged 3/12.
So far 10 days later no shipping or tracking information has been provided.
I wish I had steered clear of EZ Contacts. The only EZ thing was paying for lousy service. STAY AWAY
Very easy to place my order and didnt take long to receive in the mail. Came very nicely packaged. Would definitely be coming back to order more and would definitely recommend to family and friends.
Answer: You will wait and wait and wait and maybe have them tell you they are coming and then wait and wait and wait. My advice... don't order from them. There are so many lens companies that are fast and have good follow-up... it isn't worth it!

Answer: None of their frames are authentic, but some people don't seem to care as they are still in business, sad really as companies like this should be shut down.
Answer: This company lies, they do not return phone calls or e-mails, they have the worst customer service of any company I have ever dealt with and I too wonder if they are a sham.
Answer: You won't get them the next business day. I ordered glasses 3 weeks ago. After 10 days I contacted them for update, they claimed that they are discontinued, no discount or anytghing offered. So I order something else, customer service great, claims glasses will be FedEx shipped next day. Still waiting... it's been 4 days, no update. If you need your glasses fast, order elsewhere.
