I ordered 2 pairs of glasses with prescription and the order said it was going to ship within 10-14 days. I had to follow up on the order because a month had gone by and I only received 1 pair. I received the first response to my concern 3 days later, and the response said that the item is on backorder for 2 more months, to select another item or wait. Didn't give any recommendations, didn't say what they could do for me. Just very poor customer service.
I must say the buying process was very easy the glasses are as described. But it took 1 month to be delivered! I can go to Lens Crafters and have glasses back in 1 week. If u have the time to wait use EZcomtacts
I absolutely loved the glasses and I will definitely buy more, but they got my prescription wrong. Next time I will just order some cool glasses without my prescription in them and just take them to my eye doctor.
I placed my order on February 1. My glasses didnt arrive until mid March. Shocking. Whats worse... the customer service. Each time I reached out, I was dealt with by a smug, arrogant, condescending and unhelpful customer service representative. I will never order from EZ Contacts again.
It was a good day upon the arrival of my new eyeglasses. In their designer case, I was pretty psyched I chose the right size. Couldn't beat the rate. Took about a month all together.
It took EZ Contacts a month to get my glasses to me in which I am a patient person, but they did not alert me on the process taking a month. I would have appreciated a little bit more communication skills. But, I am overall satisfied with my glasses.
I love the glasses I received from EZContacts but my main issue is that they were delivered on March 6th and ordered on February 6th. I called multiple times and both times I was told they were "in the lab". On the final attempt, I did ask that they be overnighted to me for how long I had to wait and they made good on that promise. I don't think the website is clear enough about just how long processing "in the lab" takes at all. If I would have known it would have been a month I probably would have ordered elsewhere.
I ordered two frames from this website. One pair came in and they work great. The other pair has been on back order for five weeks now; much longer than told. I've yet to receive any communication on the status of my order.
Site says 2-3 day shipping, I received my order 30 days after I place it. I emailed and then they tell you the glasses are coming from Europe so it will be 15 days before they receive them. All in all, not impressed. This website and their staff are not trust worthy.
The glasses I ordered took an extremely long time to arrive ( customer support was terrible) and when they did arrive they had numbers all over the lenses. I have not contacted customer support because I needed them for vacation and have no time to fix this problem. I will never order anything from them again.
Bottom line: "You get what you pay for" bad customer service. I placed my original order and a few days later got an email the frames were discontinued, but with no option or assistance to order something else. I had to start a new order all over again, but my discontinued order remained listed in my previous orders. Ordered another frame and that order took almost a month. Buyer beware: prepare to wait a long time for your order to arrive, but don't expect these guys to provide you customer service.
EZContacts has a wide range variety of glasses and sunglasses at a very affordable price. The website is very easy to navigate. It does take 3-4 weeks from purchase date to receive your order in the mail. If your order contains more than one item they may ship seperately. Definitely worth the wait.
First sent me wrong color. Then sent me crooked glasses. Will never buy anything from them again, or recommend to anyone.
I looked at the shipping info on the site and understood how long it would take to process prescription'd glasses and days to ship them. I ordered them knowing such information and I also gave a 5ish days cushion just in case they took a little longer. I ordered them for a trip out of state in which I really wanted them and needed them. They did not ship in time. I called consistently asking when they would ship and I got no where. They showed up more than 10+ days after the original "expected" shipping date. The picture on the site also was different compared to what I received, the color was supposed to be lighter gray but was more black. The prescription was right. Wasn't the greatest experience and I expected a refund none was given. Great.
It took almost 4 months, and me calling multiple times, to finally get my pair of glasses. And when I asked what could be done for this drawn out order, they offered me a 10% discount on my next order... really?
Love the quality and craftmanship of these glasses. Great fit and correct prescription. I will be buying more.

The entire process of finding my style to the online order to receiving my product, was flawless and simple.
I'm extremely pleased with my purchase because of how inexpensive it was compared to the optical office. I saved $236 by getting my bifocal glasses through EZContacts. I'm very happy with the prescription!
I always comeback to EZcontact for their great prices and excellent designer selections. There customer services folks are very quick respond to any inquires and are always helpful in resolving any issues. They are great at making the customer happy.
Answer: You will wait and wait and wait and maybe have them tell you they are coming and then wait and wait and wait. My advice... don't order from them. There are so many lens companies that are fast and have good follow-up... it isn't worth it!
Answer: They are not a trustworthy company. They have lied to me on numerous occasions about an order I placed.
Answer: None of their frames are authentic, but some people don't seem to care as they are still in business, sad really as companies like this should be shut down.
Answer: This company lies, they do not return phone calls or e-mails, they have the worst customer service of any company I have ever dealt with and I too wonder if they are a sham.
Answer: You won't get them the next business day. I ordered glasses 3 weeks ago. After 10 days I contacted them for update, they claimed that they are discontinued, no discount or anytghing offered. So I order something else, customer service great, claims glasses will be FedEx shipped next day. Still waiting... it's been 4 days, no update. If you need your glasses fast, order elsewhere.
