Love my glasses. Great deals and service. Shipping doesnt take long either. Website is easy to use not sure anywhere else that you can find name brand glasses so cheap.
So they ended up sending me the wrong pair of contact. They are supposed to be verifying my rx right? I have mailed that back for an exchange 1 1/2 weeks ago and have not heard back from them if they have even received them. Looking for a new company to order contact from ASAP.
I am very upset with my experience with EZ Contacts. I placed my order which was the 3rd time I had ordered with the company, and it took over 2 1/2 weeks for my order to be shipped to me. While I was waiting for them to slowly ship my order to me I ordered a trial from Hubble contacts and that came before my order from EZ contact. When ordering contacts for daily use this is unacceptable. I have never been so disappointed in a company before.
Where are my glasses? I did not receive. It is hard to get a manager for them to replace my glasses.
This was the most affordable way to get these glasses AND I could have prescription? Dream come true. I got the pink lenses and they came perfectly. They were a week later than their original estimated shipping date though so I had to be patient. Worth the wait though since the shipping is free.

I ordered my son's prescription glasses and they arrived within a couple of weeks. They cost half of what they would have cost at the doctor's office so it was well worth it.
I received my Nike prescription transition glasses in 11 days after my purchasing order. I was expecting to be waiting 2-4 weeks since I had picked the ground shipping. I was surprised Im also extremely satisfied! I will recommend and definitely use EZ Contacts in the future!
Great product at an amazing price. I wish they would be a little more forthcoming with the shipping process. There is a lag process from when you order to the time they are made in the lab where you have no idea when the item will be shipped.
I found prefect model of frames in store and I checked the official site, the price was the same and then I came across this site. I was suspicious because the price was more than double less and this was a new model but I decided to take the risk because I was gonna send them back In case I didnt like them. I really didnt expect much, it sounded too good to be true. So you can only imagine my shock and excitement when I did get exactly what I wanted. I am recommending this site to all my friends since then. Thank you EZ contacts.
Brand name glasses at a fraction of the price you'd pay in an optical store. Nice cleaning/repair kit included was appreciated!
They mislead about they shipping which was supposed to be 14 days... right more like 1 whole month Good product but even when I spoke on the phone with multiple of the associates they didn't seem to have any idea of direction of when or where my order was.
I ordered a pair of Tory Burch glasses with progressive lenses. Price was good but it took 4 weeks from order date to receiving my glasses in the mail. The glasses are beautiful and fit perfectly with excellent vision so in the long run I'm very happy with them.
Don't know if I'll be ordering again with EZContacts if they're this slow in processing.
My order took over a month to get to me. Both glasses I purchased were in stock according to the website. I did not get an email or anything saying that there was a delay. I called customer service and they let me know that one pair of glasses was out of stock and they were waiting for them to come in - they said they would upgrade my shipping. One pair shipped about two weeks after ordering standard ground. The second pair shipped a month after placing the order, this was also shipped standard ground. The communication was poor with your customer service and they did not hold up to what they said they were going to do. All and all this was not a great experience.
Prescription sunglasses took three and half weeks to get to my door, despite it saying 3-5 days processing on webpage. Customer service took a week to respond to one of my two emails and didnt address issue.
I feel like the time it took was way over any reasonable expectation without being informed of any delay. I had to email customer service to ask what was going on/why it was taking so long only to get a very brief and unapologetic response.
I like the product but some attention o waiting customers would be nice.
I ordered some frames and lenses on a Friday. That evening (1 hour later), I realized I had ordered the wrong color frames. I immediately emailed to advise of the mistake. At that point, I found that they arent open on weekends or after hours. I waited until Monday to call when they were open for business. Why? Because no one responded to my email for help. Once on the phone, I advised on my situation to the gentleman that took my call. He informed me that my order was being processed and they were in the lab already. Ill remind you that I couldnt do anything with my order because they dont offer any support on weekends or Fridays after hours. I asked whether I could exchange the frames on the order for the exact same frames but in a different color. I asked them to stop making them and do the swap so I got the correct color frames. He told me that wasnt likely going to work. I asked him to call the lab. He said ok and without even being gone for more than 1 second, he said not possible. I asked if he could do anything. He said he would send the lab an email asking to make the exchange now. He then told me that he would contact me back after the lab responded. Well Im guessing the lab never responded because I NEVER got that call back from Customer Service. Ever. Instead a week later I got an email that my order shipped. ONE WEEK to process the actual build even though my frames were being built in the lab a week earlier. No one could intervene from service on my behalf in a weeks time?
Next, I received the frames in the mail. I tried to contact them via email asking how to return the frames. Ive sent 2 emails. Guess what? No reply. Not even an acknowledgment that the email was received. At this point, Im assuming this lack of an email acknowledgment that I contacted them is so they can deny that I tried to get in touch and not respond and thus not accept my return for a refund.
First rule of customer service is take care of the customer. Not ignore them. Not give them the run around. You are supposed to be the customers advocate. Im VERY disappointed in the service and will likely never use this site again. Im now stuck with a set of frames I never wanted.
Moral of the story, do not make an order on a late Friday or weekend. Otherwise your order will be processed and you wont be able to return them if you made an ordering mistake.
I would give EZContacts zero starts if this was an option. Ordered my contacts 3 weeks ago and still haven't received them. I called customer service three separate times and received a different explanation each time. The company is unable to confirm the status of orders and does not provide tracking information. Do yourself a favor and order from a reputable company. Many of them will match EZContacts low prices
I paid for glasses on 2/22, after 3 weeks sent an email asking for status. Called again to request a refund on 3/22. Very disappointed with service.

Answer: You will wait and wait and wait and maybe have them tell you they are coming and then wait and wait and wait. My advice... don't order from them. There are so many lens companies that are fast and have good follow-up... it isn't worth it!
Answer: They are not a trustworthy company. They have lied to me on numerous occasions about an order I placed.
Answer: None of their frames are authentic, but some people don't seem to care as they are still in business, sad really as companies like this should be shut down.
Answer: This company lies, they do not return phone calls or e-mails, they have the worst customer service of any company I have ever dealt with and I too wonder if they are a sham.
Answer: You won't get them the next business day. I ordered glasses 3 weeks ago. After 10 days I contacted them for update, they claimed that they are discontinued, no discount or anytghing offered. So I order something else, customer service great, claims glasses will be FedEx shipped next day. Still waiting... it's been 4 days, no update. If you need your glasses fast, order elsewhere.
