My glasses were better than I expected. More comfortable and better vision correction. The price of some of the upgrades seemed steep, though. The real problem was that it was several weeks from when I placed the order before I got them, with no indication that it would take that long, and no status updates. I seriously considered cancelling the order.
My glasses are lovely. They were less than I would have to pay in a regular optometrist. They came well packaged and to my door.
I ordered a pair of glasses and did not like them, so I contacted them to return them. I paid to ship them back over two weeks ago and still no refund. I kept contacting them and they tell me it will take time due to the recent holidays? What, which holidays? I paid through PayPal which is immediate to get back, so they have not processed it. Really a shame that a company would treat their customers like this. I can find a better place to do business with and who will appreciate their customers!
Slow delivery. They didnt have the frames I wanted so I had to change the color. Took a month before I received my glasses.
Fast service and great quality. Accurate Rx. Great site. Extras were appreciated. Thank you very much.
I still have not received my glasses. To no fault of EZcontacts but rather to USPS. Spent hours trying every imaginable way to contact USPS to get my glasses. Called, opened an investigation, filled a missing report and emailed their help line. Alas they are still with the mail carrier somehow. Cant even pick them up at the post office. Generally not getting mail either (I know thats not your problem).

I ordered my glasses online and received a confirmation email after which I heard nothing for for three weeks. Ive then called customer service and asked to find out what was going on but they could not tell me and assured me that I would get it within a week. 10 days later I still heard nothing and received zero emails since the initial order so I called back customer service and demanded a manager who then also assured me that I would get the glasses within a week and upgraded my shipping to priority after which I also received no emails. My glasses finally arrived a little over a week later. So overall it took nearly a month and a half and I was not communicated with properly unless I initiated it that the calls. The shipping policy says 5-7 business days and promises an automatic email if theres a delay. Not true!
Ordered contacts for my son, attached the prescription. Two weeks later, it still showed "processing and confirming the prescription." I called. You get the worst customer service that sounds like they are under water. He disconnected me. I called back. Same under water phenomenon with a new guy. Gave me the run around when I asked to speak to a manager or supervisor. Finally said he would have a manager call me back. I am still waiting for this by the way. Called a THIRD time and finally the guy promised they would ship the contacts on the following Monday. He said he would change it to expedited shipping. All the emails that replied to my messages were boiler plate nonsense with the link to track the shipment. They did not ship until 4 days after the guy promised. The shipping was never expedited. The contacts arrived too late, my son had none for a week and now I have to pay to ship them to him as he had to go back to school. At least I will pay for expedited shipping unlike those cheap liars at EZ Contacts. DO NOT order from them, other companies will price match. Their customer service is horrible, and you will not be satisfied. I am reporting them to the Better Business Bureau as well.
Glasses were great but pwrwcriotuon was wrong thanks to my doctor so I had to return them. It was effortless.
Good experience. Good price for a good product. I bought nice Nike frames with the prescription lenses for my prescription. Online chat was helpful. Glasses took a little longer than I thought they would but they look great and they work great.
They took over a month to send my order and when I received it, the anti-glare was on backwards... really?

After placing my order and waiting the 7 business days I tried contacting the company via email and didnt get a response back. Then after calling the company directly they informed me that the frames were out of stock in the warehouse so they were waiting on the shipment to come in. I guess I wouldn't be as irritated if I would have received notice that the frames were not in stock and there would be a longer wait time. I guess there needs to be better communication with customers.
I ordered a pair of non-prescription Rayban sunglasses on the site, was given the option to "customize" my lenses at no cost (no mention of added wait time) so I figured I'd add an 85% gradient tint. I'd called/emailed once about 2 wks in was told that the lenses has to be custom prepared + was promised that they would ship that Friday. Heard nothing, no updates, for another week or so. I politely emailed back again to check in a few weeks later and got a VERY sassy reply that they are working on preparing my RX lenses (they were not RX) and that quality takes time, or something along those lines. Super rude, poor communication, and took way too long (If I'd just ordered literally anywhere else, I would've had them in 7-10 days tops). I didnt receive my order until an entire month later and received a cheap pair of lenses that weren't even gradient-tinted. Just glad I didn't actually spend more $ on that. I'll probably go to a cohen's and just get the original RayBan lenses swapped in (they included the original lenses with the order). Honestly, it felt like a scam, and I'm surprised I actually got the glasses at all -- I was ready to cancel the order / dispute the charge. That said, I saved about $60 from buying on a more reputable site with better cust svc. If you are feeling charitable with your time and want to save a little, fine. But be prepared to question if you've been scammed for about 3 weeks, + chase them a bit to get your order. Would not buy from here again.
I've ordered frames with corrective lenses before the New Year. Frames says that Availability is 4-5 days (LIES!). After almost 2 months of waiting and checking the status of the frames they finally ship. I'd have to say the glasses/price was great. However, don't advertise on the site that your product will ship in the expected time!
A few days after ordering I got an email that my son's glasses had shipped. It turned out to be a mistake and we didn't get them for a month. When I called customer service they just said "Yeah, we order them from overseas and it takes a long time." If it had said it would take this long I would have never ordered from them, which is probably why it didn't say that. The glasses are fine but the shipping time wasn't.
I love my frames, crystal clear are so in now and they look great on me. Order process was easy and I receive my glasses fast.
Unfortunately this was a waste of time. It took 20-30 days for me to receive my order; in addition the prescription received was wrong. I will be taking my lenses to my local eye doctor to get the right prescription. Very upset
I ordered glasses for my daughter as a second pair. When I finally received them almost a month after ordering, I took them to lens crafters to ensure the prescription was accurate and it was slightly off considering I typed in the correct prescription I was a bit upset.
Answer: You will wait and wait and wait and maybe have them tell you they are coming and then wait and wait and wait. My advice... don't order from them. There are so many lens companies that are fast and have good follow-up... it isn't worth it!

Answer: None of their frames are authentic, but some people don't seem to care as they are still in business, sad really as companies like this should be shut down.

Answer: You won't get them the next business day. I ordered glasses 3 weeks ago. After 10 days I contacted them for update, they claimed that they are discontinued, no discount or anytghing offered. So I order something else, customer service great, claims glasses will be FedEx shipped next day. Still waiting... it's been 4 days, no update. If you need your glasses fast, order elsewhere.
