I would highly recommend this website. They are thorough fast and honest. I put in my script incorrectly and they called to correct and confirm and I received my glasses a week later!
I ordered Prada brand glasses with no line bifocal... crizal. Clear. After pricing frames only at lens crafters...$340. And to get my Rx put into them. Cost was approx $500... i ordered exact Prada frame with my script as above from EZcontacts and paid a total of $284! This is such a savings! Prompt service. Glasses fit perfect and snug. Lense Rx is right on. Glasses came in a nice hard Prada case. Glass cleaner spray w/2 cloths. Tool kit... im planning on buying Rx sunglasses next! I would recommend them to anyone wanting decent price and quality!
Glasses are ok. The vision in lenses are not as good as the ones I purchased from LensCrafters, because of the bi-fold transition. But I am satisfied with the money I saved.
They took longer than I expected to arrive. They fit beautifully. They arrived with a wonderful case, three lens cleaning cloths, and a tiny set of screwdrivers, as well as a warranty. The bifocals are perfect! The lenses are too strong for me but I hope to get used to them. They are exactly what I ordered at a fraction of the cost that my local optical shop quoted me. I'm very satisfied and will not only order again, but will tell my friends. Thank you EZContacts, you are the BEST!
I have been waiting for 2 weeks now, and my glasses were not delivered. I emailed customer service, and the email address does not work. I tried calling, and I believe the package was just rerouted and sent back to EZContacts.

I placed an order in January but didn't receive my glasses until the middle of March. They didn't tell me that they were on back order until after I purchased them and even then they kept making the date that I would receive them later and later. It is also extremely difficult to get ahold of them. When I finally did, they did give me free expedited shipping for when they were finished but in my opinion that's a slap in the face considering how long I had already waited. Now that I have my glasses, I do love them. I wouldn't order from them again, they'd be my absolute last option.
I am extremely unhappy with my experience with EZContacts. They took over a month to ship my purchase, the costumer service is inefficeient and rude. I woud advice te stay away from them. Horrible!
The ordering process was very easy. Although my husband and I we were skeptical to order glasses online we were really pleased with the end results. The price was fantastic, we paid less for both of our glasses than what one would have cost anywhere else. Both of our glasses came in within two weeks and we absolutely love them
Looking for prescription glasses and was hesitant about on-line purchase, used the chat feature to make sure prescription was entered correctly and chat session was very beneficial in addressing any questions I had. Glasses arrived on time and I am very happy with them.
Horrible service. I would tell all customers to order only if they are willing to risk having to call and reach out to customer service several times only to be told that after the money was removed from their account the pair of glasses are all of a sudden, sold out. Even though they are being promoted on the website. And to top it off if you don't call don't expect a call from EZContacts to inform you that your shipping may be delay or that your item is out of stock. I waited close to 2 months for an item that was being advertised as 2 day shipping and still is. Customer Service didn't even have the ability apparently to even offer a discount for a 2 month wait. RIDICULOUS! Worst service I have ever dealt with.
I ordered 2 pair of glasses received 2 tracking numbers and only received 1 pair of glasses. Called the company multiple time and the started the sent both pair. The company lost one pair of my glasses but said they whew shipped together... so Im basically out or $100 smh NEVER AGAIN!
Excellent even gave a spray cleaner an soft cloth for frames

I love my new glasses, and the Rx lenses are perfect. The price was also unbeatable, even with this being an out-of-network expense for me. However, it took over a month from the time I placed my order to the time I received my glasses. I contacted customer service, and they told me this was fairly typical and seemed unconcerned about the incredibly slow order fulfillment timeline. I've never had to wait longer than 10 days for Rx glasses purchased elsewhere.

Please do not waste your time ordering from this company. Its has been a month and they still haven't shipped my contacts. I've called them 3 times and they have not resolved the issue. They stated that my contacts were not in stock and needed to ship them from a different vendor. Im still waiting on my tacking information. I am going to try and get a refund due to the delay. Do not order, do not order, do not order.
I ordered designer glasses fir my husband and arrived way ahead of the promised time, with no issues. Price was way less than my insurance plan at a local vision store. I will definitely used EZContacts again!
Answer: You will wait and wait and wait and maybe have them tell you they are coming and then wait and wait and wait. My advice... don't order from them. There are so many lens companies that are fast and have good follow-up... it isn't worth it!
Answer: They are not a trustworthy company. They have lied to me on numerous occasions about an order I placed.
Answer: None of their frames are authentic, but some people don't seem to care as they are still in business, sad really as companies like this should be shut down.
Answer: This company lies, they do not return phone calls or e-mails, they have the worst customer service of any company I have ever dealt with and I too wonder if they are a sham.
Answer: You won't get them the next business day. I ordered glasses 3 weeks ago. After 10 days I contacted them for update, they claimed that they are discontinued, no discount or anytghing offered. So I order something else, customer service great, claims glasses will be FedEx shipped next day. Still waiting... it's been 4 days, no update. If you need your glasses fast, order elsewhere.
