I ordered a pair of glasses, a week later I had heard nothing so I called and found out they were discontinued. Had I not called idk how long it would have been. They suggested I choose a different color. So I did. Same thing, a week later I called them to see the progress. They were discontinued as well. After calling I was told to choose a whole new pair and that I would get 15% off and free shipping. I talked to the manager after 2 attempts to reach them. Finally got a pair ordered and they arrived almost 2 weeks later.
I ordered frames and lenses it took over a month to get them when the email said 5-7 days after 12 days and didn't receive my glasses I gave them a call and they guy I spoke to told me that they were back ordered and it takes 10 days to get them from Italy! Why did I receive an email stating that you didn't have my frames and it would take longer? Anyways I finally get my glasses and the prescription isn't right. It to strong and everything is blurry! Needless to say I won't be ordering from this company again.
I ordered a pair of glasses from ez contact. They sent me the frames with the wrong lenses. I sent them back and they refunded me when I told them to just put the right lenses on and ship them back to me. I have emailed them multiple times trying to fix this but have not been successful
I have been looking for affordable designer glasses everywhere! I found the same pair on this site for $300 less than my Dr was charging. Simple process, great customer service! Huge selection of authentic designer eyeglasses! They also included a mini kit! I highly recommend this site to anyone looking for quality and affordable beautiful glasses!
While the final product is nice, the service to get them was awful. My glasses look great, I was worried about the polycarbonate lenses, but they seem to be doing the job. The first couple of days wearing them I had to get used to them, they made me a little dizzy at first, which is odd because they are the same prescription as my old ones. The service wasn't super speedy and they didn't say how long it would take and my order said processing for about two weeks. I asked customer service when to expect them and they said they would be sent out the next week. When my order status didn't change the following week, I asked again and got the same answer. It seemed they were lying, had a generated response, or just wanted to keep me happy. It took about a month to get my glasses, which is fine, but I would have liked to know how long it took to process or an estimated date. I started to fear I had been scammed after reading some reviews. All that said, I'm happy with my glasses.
I ordered a pair of sunglasses got a call and said couldn't put a perscription in it. So cancelled and reordered a different pair and got the same phone call saying that couldn't get perscription on it. Site showed both could then I said screw it on the sunglasses and ordered a pair of regular glasses. Got them and they looked great but lens wouldn't work for me gave me headache really bad so sent back. STRIKED OUT. Thats to bad cuz they do have alot of nice looking frames but how many chances can a place get.

Took six weeks to get glasses that had the wrong prescription in them. EZContacts does not keep customers informed of delays. The only way you find out about problems is when you've waited two weeks for your glasses, send them an e-mail asking for the status of your order, then, when no one answers your e-mail after 2 days, you call only to find out that the frame you ordered is out of stock. Then, you are promised you will have your glasses in 10 days, but, you don't get them for another 3 weeks and they have the wrong prescription! STAY AWAY FROM THUS COMPANY!
Order glasses and contact 1st week of February. Received contacts 1st week of March and glasses 2nd week of March. They advertise 3-5 business days. I had to call them 2 weeks into my purchase to get a status of my order. Was told they was waiting on shipment for over sea. Called back the following day and was told the was working on the glaadses. They are just all over the place
Took over two months to receive my glasses. I canceled my order prior to receiving it however they never gave me a refund and sent the item. I was so disgusted. Customer service also sucks! I will never shop with them again.
I ordered a pair of puma glasses which I needed ASAP and I still yet havent received my pair of glasses I received a confirmation saying that they have been delivered but I never received them and I tried getting a refund and no one can ever be available

Glasses were as expected, but the time between placing an order and delivery took almost a month. Although the product is good, most people are not willing to wait like I did.
I need to return a prescription and get just the lenses redone. When I actually have time to call I've had to leave a message with no return call, or email with no response. I wish I had hours like that. The 2nd email to customer service bounced. The frames were terribly bowed. The prescription was not acceptable whether I provided the wrong PD for the frames or your lab did not provide the correct prescription. Horrible experience!
Depending on where you look - their site, the RMA email, or the physical returns form - their return policy changes to either include a huge restocking fee, or a day limitation, or both. Obviously, the one on the website is the most lenient since it's the most public. I had to reconfirm with customer service if there was a restocking fee - they bluntly said no, under 30 days - but that's not the reason why I find them disrespectful to their customers. I placed 2 large orders with EZcontancts, It's been weeks an no updates. I've been patient because I have a pair to use but when I asked CS about the orders when I was putting in the return email, every time I asked, they ignored my pending order inquiry - it's really sketchy and low. So I'm at a loss of hundreds of dollars, trying to get someone to talk to me about my missing orders right now. I think I'm going to be putting in claims to get my money back in the next few days... I'm also really apprehensive about the glasses I sent back. If they can't have one straight return policy - I'm afraid that one straight blunt answer will also come with contingencies.

So a friends dog ate my previous Burberry glasses and Id been procrastinating the time consuming trip to the optic store. Instead, I found my same frames here for less than what insurance had charged me for my originals. I placed my order and new lenses and frames arrived within 3 weeks!
I purchased a pair of Ray-Bans and the price was the best Ive seen. While one of the lens had a darker film than the other(to no fault of ez contacts)
So I had to return them and they were amazing on handling the return... highly recommend
Answer: You will wait and wait and wait and maybe have them tell you they are coming and then wait and wait and wait. My advice... don't order from them. There are so many lens companies that are fast and have good follow-up... it isn't worth it!
Answer: They are not a trustworthy company. They have lied to me on numerous occasions about an order I placed.
Answer: None of their frames are authentic, but some people don't seem to care as they are still in business, sad really as companies like this should be shut down.
Answer: This company lies, they do not return phone calls or e-mails, they have the worst customer service of any company I have ever dealt with and I too wonder if they are a sham.
Answer: You won't get them the next business day. I ordered glasses 3 weeks ago. After 10 days I contacted them for update, they claimed that they are discontinued, no discount or anytghing offered. So I order something else, customer service great, claims glasses will be FedEx shipped next day. Still waiting... it's been 4 days, no update. If you need your glasses fast, order elsewhere.
