The glasses took forever to arrive and customer service provided little to not insight the three times I contacted them. I got a prescription set of designer sunglasses. The prescription was weird but thankfully they sent the non prescription lenses so I just popped them in. Not really thrilled with the experience but they did have good frames for a fraction of the price others were selling them for.
This is my second pair of glasses from Ez contacts. The value is second to none with all the great options your optician would have at half the price. I even used an out of network claim and my insurance reimbursed me half of what I paid. I saved so much money and the customer service was great!
On 2/26/18, I ordered my frames from EzContacts. EzContacts did not notify me that my frames were on backorder. I had to call them to get that information, they did not even have the courtesy to keep me informed. I received my frames a month later. I ended up getting an additional 10% off from my frames which I cannot complain, but EzContacts needs to better their customer service. Your marketers should post on the website if a frame is on backorder to keep customers informed. We should not have to figure out by calling you for you to finally inform us.
Great price and great experience came supper quick! Will order again. The glasses came fast and the customer support was quick and great when I needed to change my frames.
First of all, that purchase date is incorrect. With so many sites to buy glasses from, avoid this one. Not only did it take a month for me to receive my glasses, but they werent the ones I ordered. The lenses were the wrong color. I emailed them a few times and each time it took 3 or more days for them to respond. Now they want me to return my glasses for what? So they can try to correct their mistake and I have to wait a another WHOLE month again. What they should be doing is sending me the lenses I already ordered without me having to return anything. Thats what a reputable company with good customer service would do. EZContacts should own up to their mistake and send me what I ordered without the hassle of sending anything back. The only reason Id send back my glasses is if I wanted a refund.
I was sent the wrong order and the customer service department was very prompt and helpful in getting my order fixed. Rex from Customer Service was great!

If there was a 4.5 rating I would have used that only due to the shipping. It seemed to take days to get to me after my glasses left the warehouse.
It took 17 days from the time of placing the order to receiving my glasses. The customer service was also slow in responding to emails, took 2-3 days to respond. I was not pleased with the overall communication of what was happening with my order from order to shipment. The shipping method when trying to track my order was also very confusing and it was unclear if DHL was delivering my package or USPS because both were included in the email. I like my glasses but I'm not sure if I would order again due to length of time it took to receive my order and their poor communication about the whole process.
Bought these for my 8 year old daughter. We saw these and tried them on in the dr office and then found the frames here for $90 cheaper! My daughter loves them. They fit well. Not as big as I thought, but still ok. She has a pretty heavy Rx (+350) and she has no problems with these lenses.
The site was easy to use, and it no time at all for us to receive our order! My son loves his glasses and they fit very well!
I was a little worried that with my difficult prescription that the glasses wouldn't work... but they did! Love the blue Tory Burch frame and I had no adjustment with the prescription. I would order glasses again through ezcontacts!
I ordered my glasses on 3/1 and didn't receive them until 3/21. The site does not mention that processing can take so long. It only mentions shipping as 5-7 business days.
The product was great but it took forever to have it ship out due to a backorder issue. Ended up changing the model eyeglass and appreciated the upgraded shipping. Maybe if there was more updates on any delays that would be helpful.
I ordered to pair of glasses and I love both pair. They were out of stock on one pair and I think thats why it took longer to receive my order other than that everything was excellent.
The product itself is fine, but it took a month in a half for my glasses to even ship. Every time I called customers services I was given no direct answers just told I couldn't cancel my order! I will never order from this company again!
This was a great experience from the beginning to the end. Very easy to order and the time that it took to process was simply. They have good name brand glasses at very great prices with a excellent selection to choose from.

In trying to return a pair of frames, I had several email communications with Rex. His replies were very prompt and helped me in the return process - he was courteous and helpful. Thanks to Rex!
The glasses came after about 4 weeks. I sent 2 emails to customer service requesting an updated shipping timeframe to which I received no response. I ended up using the embedded chat function on their website to get a response and I do have to say that they reimbursed my shipping for the informational blunder.
The glasses themselves are nice but if I order another pair I will upgrade to better lenses. I think I ordered the 80 dollar upgraded ones and they are on the cheap side. Super light and the prescription seems just a tad off, not that it will affect my vision, just that my eyes have had to adjust.
All in all I saved about 400 dollars by NOT going through LensCrafters so I am happy. Just make sure to spend a little extra on the lenses.
Answer: You will wait and wait and wait and maybe have them tell you they are coming and then wait and wait and wait. My advice... don't order from them. There are so many lens companies that are fast and have good follow-up... it isn't worth it!
Answer: They are not a trustworthy company. They have lied to me on numerous occasions about an order I placed.
Answer: None of their frames are authentic, but some people don't seem to care as they are still in business, sad really as companies like this should be shut down.
Answer: This company lies, they do not return phone calls or e-mails, they have the worst customer service of any company I have ever dealt with and I too wonder if they are a sham.
Answer: You won't get them the next business day. I ordered glasses 3 weeks ago. After 10 days I contacted them for update, they claimed that they are discontinued, no discount or anytghing offered. So I order something else, customer service great, claims glasses will be FedEx shipped next day. Still waiting... it's been 4 days, no update. If you need your glasses fast, order elsewhere.
