I wasn't too sure at first. But your service expert named Rex helped get me all squared away. I usually try to stay local but your prices, quality and service made me a customer. I'll be honest, if it wasn't for Rex and his timely helpful responses, I would have probably just gave up after my script was submitted incorrectly. He helped me get everything corrected.
Awesome customer service, great quality eyeglasses, I got a pair of Tom Ford at a great price. When they came they looked too big so I exchanged them for another similar looking but smaller Tom Ford, and after chatting with them to understand how to proceed for the exchange, they provided me all the info clearly!
1st order: I somehow ordered the rx lenses and frames that actually arent available. 2 weeks for them to contact me back.
2. New/ Re-order frames and tell me to wait 2 mo's total.
3. Frames haven't showed in 3 mo's to "payment failure" on YOUR END.
**NOT AWARE NO EMAIL OR CALL TO LET ME $#*!ING KNOW IM $#*! OUT OF LUCK UNTIL I CHECK MY OWN
4. Finally you guys make the payment go thru. NOT MY FAULT.
5.3 mo's of waiting. Saved $20 and didn't get my first choice...

They were awesome! Love my glasses and they had super fast delivery! Will definitely tell all my friends and order from them again. Keep up the great work! You now have a loyal customer!
They didnt have the glasses I wanted. They emailed me and said be month and half before I got the style I wanted. My old glasses where broke, I couldnt wait. I ordered glasses of a color Im not happy with.
I ordered my glasses from my eye doctor as I felt they were high priced and tested my theory by checking on line. I recieved my glasses in record time ams the frames were exactly what I wanted. The Burberry frames came with the Burberry lenses, cloth, and box.
When I placed my order I had a slight change to be made and it could not be handled. I was assured multiple times by the representative that the lab would add edge polish to my glasses but the lab never did.
I CANNOT believe how HORRIBLE the service is at EZ contacts. Initially I purchased a pair of glasses on the website and waited the estimated shipping time of 5-7 days as stated in my purchase confirmation. 2 weeks went by and NO GLASSES. I called for an update and they told me my glasses were not shipped bc they ran out. Later she told me they were actually discontinued. I NEVER got an email stating that the glasses would not be shipping. If they are discontinued, why were they available for purchase? Also out of curiosity I checked the website and the glasses were still on the website available for sale! I was furious. Had they at least emailed me that there was an error, I would be able to get glasses elsewhere. They offered me 15%off my next purchase to which I responded - you are already offering 15% off on the website store wide! Ridiculous. She gave me a credit and instead I purchased two pairs of sunglasses for gifts and I COULDNT BELIEVE THAT THE SAME ISSUE OCCURED AGAIN! 2 weeks later and I had only received one pair, called about the 2nd pair and it was discontinued as well! No email or notification about this. Fool me twice, shame on me I guess! NEVER shopping here again
Site got my glasses made wrongly - Return is taking forever. 10 emails later and no return labels have been sent. Waste of time and effort ordering with these guys.
I placed my order and over a week later didn't see much of a change In the processing. After contacting customer service 3 times and waiting several more days I finally get a response that my order was taking longer than expected and would be shipped out in the next 5 days after that. Nearly a month later I received my order and the last email I got from customer service was one saying it was ready to be shipped out and the tracking number was put online. It's taken me a bit of adjusting to the new glasses. I ordered from you guys based on a recommendation from friends who got their order within a week. I won't be ordering from you guys next time, I will be ordering from glasses.com which are the same price and zenni who are much cheaper. It was an overpriced, and long wait time for mediocre service
I was very interested in a Prada pair of sunglasses, but they were not available when I went to check out. I Emailed and talked to Rex who was very helpful and even added the discount I had when I went to go purchase the sunglasses from before.
Great! Love them! Designer frames for discount prices! The wanted almost $400 for the same frames at the eye doctor.
Purchased an ophthalmic pair w/ a Michael Kors frame that I simply couldnt pass up! Great clear lenses that were digitally surfaced in Crizal Easy. It truly does reduce the amount of offensive glare I constantly encounter during nighttime driving, and the lenses are very easy to clean and maintain. My only concern is the PD I applied, which is off by a little over 3mm; however, since my Rx isnt too strong, Ive managed to adapt just fine. Thinking of fixing that bit, but will give it a few more days till I decide whether I should send the glasses back to be corrected. When I called CS over the matter, the rep was very pleasant and wanted to ensure I would be satisfied in the end. Ultimately, Im grateful and happy w/ the service.
I am impressed with how quickly things get done at EZcontacts.com. I had difficulty sending my eye prescription by email. A customer service rep named Rex responded to my inquiry about whether it was received or not. Once I successfully sent it, he even confirmed receipt of it with a responding email. I'm very happy it was resolved so quickly and how Rex maintained communication until the issue was completely resolved. I wish more reps I come into contact with were as professional and competent as him. Thanks for a great first impression of your company. I'm definitely going to return for future orders, largely because Rex was awesome (and the prices are sweet as well)...
Easy order process, great selection, great prices! Just wish there was a virtual try on option. Otherwise, highly recommend.
Customer service all promises friendly on the phone and then nothing happens a lot of talk about upper management and they wont let you elevate your problems
This is my first time using ezcontacts.com and it is not what I expected.
All the communication other than the first one was lacking.
I was not notified when my frame will come in, the progress, or the eta of arrival of my glasses.
Don't get me wrong once I did receive my order it was great! I just wish it didn't take a month to get it. That being said the customer service person who did help me was great! She upgraded my shipping so I would get it a little sooner. If it wasn't for that I don't know how much long it would of taken.
Great experience. Everything correct. Just needed to be adjusted like any glasses. Thanks Ill call yall if anything else.
I have purchased two pairs of glasses from Ezcontacts and they are now my go-to place for eyewear. The selection is pretty bountiful, though I wish they had a few more like Oliver Peoples.
Having purchased both non and prescription glasses with transitional lens I found the glasses to work well prescription wise and they look darn good as well.
If you're worried about ordering glasses online you've found the right place. Upload your prescription with any special notes and your PD and you'll get glasses that you'll love at a really good price.
The last glasses I ordered with prescription and transitional lens cost less than if I had purchased them just as sunglasses in a high-end shop.
Answer: You will wait and wait and wait and maybe have them tell you they are coming and then wait and wait and wait. My advice... don't order from them. There are so many lens companies that are fast and have good follow-up... it isn't worth it!
Answer: They are not a trustworthy company. They have lied to me on numerous occasions about an order I placed.
Answer: None of their frames are authentic, but some people don't seem to care as they are still in business, sad really as companies like this should be shut down.
Answer: This company lies, they do not return phone calls or e-mails, they have the worst customer service of any company I have ever dealt with and I too wonder if they are a sham.
Answer: You won't get them the next business day. I ordered glasses 3 weeks ago. After 10 days I contacted them for update, they claimed that they are discontinued, no discount or anytghing offered. So I order something else, customer service great, claims glasses will be FedEx shipped next day. Still waiting... it's been 4 days, no update. If you need your glasses fast, order elsewhere.
