I love the frames but there is a breakdown in the communication of the ordering process. I ordered bifocals and I was not given a seg height section to complete. I emailed and asked after the fact about it. No one responded and when I got my bifocals they are too low. I have a neck ache trying to see my computer. Also, for some reason these lenses give me a swimming sensation. I was not asked what kind of plastic lenses and I wondered if they were polycarb. I do not do well with that. In summery, the order section does not seem to be complete. Seg height's, type of plastic (if you are sensitive to different plastic) and then last the response time of questions or lack of. Not satisfied
Everything was exactly what I wanted and at an unbeatable price. Really couldn't ask for more. Nice quick and easy as well, would definitely recommend.
Paid for express shipping then my glasses were back ordered a month with no real eta. No one gave me answers to my questions about my orders.
I still do not have my refund, I was told Id get an email with the follow up from my refund being processed and I did not. Its been 2 weeks since theyve received my return and I still do not have my money back. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.
I had returned a pair of glasses for a refund and after more than two weeks after they were shipped, I still had not received the refund. Rex in the support center researched my return and notified me (on the same day) that my refund had just been processed and that it should be back in my account within 5 banking days.He was fast and provided great customer service.
Rex emailed me to tell me that the rec'd my Rx but he couldn't open it. So I resent it a different way. I rec'd an email back less than 5 minutes later saying he rec'd and verified already! Wow, that is service! Way to go Rex!
In my opinion, this rating is based on service... which was VERY POOR. I received a purchase notification and then nothing... attempted SEVERAL times to use the chat feature on the website to check status and it never worked. Finally called and on the first call - got that they would check on the order and see and let me know something within 24 hours... THIS WAS AFTER THE ALLOTTED TIMEFRAME OF COURSE and then nothing - zero follow-up communication. Called again to check status a couple days later and was told that my order was lost and they would place a new order and I would receive an email within 24-48 hours... nope did not... called again to check the status and was apologized to that I had now waited in great excess of time allotted and that my glasses were lost and they would try to expedite the new order and that I would have to wait at least 10 days for the warehouse to receive and then they would expedite ship to me... the next day I received shipping notification - not expedited of course. The communication was simply put... HORRIBLE... and no one seemed to know anything or actually care or be of concern. I actually patiently waited for my sons glasses while getting zero assistance from the company. When they arrived - in my opinion, the packaging was poor - zero instructions - zero information... it was just not a very good experience for any customer... POOR POOR COMMUNICATION all the way around... and there are so many others doing it correctly... if you don't have good customer service - you have nothing! With all the options to purchase from (and I do A TON of internet shopping) this would NOT be a company I would want to purchase from... and that is sad because the prices were good and what seemed to be an easy sell ended up with poor follow through.
Recieved authentic Gucci glasses, as ordered, at a great price. Was also very impressed with the. Quality of the lenses. Will definitely be looking to shop here again!
I order prescription Tom Ford glasses & when I wear them my vision is blurred & my vision is only clear & in vision when objects are far.
I placed my order a month ago, and only one pair of my glasses has been delivered when I ordered 2. When I ordered it said 10-15 days. I've checked in via LiveChat twice, and was told that my second order should have shipped two weeks ago, checked in again last week and was told they'd expedite my shipping at no charge, however, still no glasses! Really frustrating!
I have ordered twice with this company, both times I worked with Rex. He was prompt, understanding & informative when I made an error. He also let me know up front there would be a slight delay in my order and asked if that was okay. I appreciate such great service! Not what you expect from a web based company.
Took much Longer then expected. The glasses seems a bit smaller.

I ordered a pair of prescription sunglasses, which the tint was supposed to match the demo sunglasses. However, I received clear lenses in oversized sunglass frames. This was the last pair of frames in this particular style. I returned the sunglasses for a refund. It's been over a month and I have not received a refund; even after several calls. Very disappointed.
It is impossible to get a response from customer service. After weeks of trying for resolution, I still have an order that has yet to be credited back to me. Unfortunately, EZ Contacts is anything but EZ.
I was not notified that my order was out of stock till I called and asked about the status of my order. Delivery takes too long and there are not easy returns like any other glasses shop. I really dont like the returning system. Glasses came out good though, but I mean thats cause they just get it from the company and it is worth the price from them, but I would not order again from here.
I would never have purchased these frames knowing that it would take 2 months before I received them!
They offer a variety of products that easily fit into any budget. Only place ive found that offer color rx contacts at a great price. The contacts themselves are more comfortable then the name brands ive always bought.

Rex (the customer service agent) was respectful and a fast responder. He helped achieve all my needs by telling me the status of my orders and more. I could not be more satisfied with my customer service. Thank you Rex!
Answer: You will wait and wait and wait and maybe have them tell you they are coming and then wait and wait and wait. My advice... don't order from them. There are so many lens companies that are fast and have good follow-up... it isn't worth it!
Answer: They are not a trustworthy company. They have lied to me on numerous occasions about an order I placed.
Answer: None of their frames are authentic, but some people don't seem to care as they are still in business, sad really as companies like this should be shut down.
Answer: This company lies, they do not return phone calls or e-mails, they have the worst customer service of any company I have ever dealt with and I too wonder if they are a sham.
Answer: You won't get them the next business day. I ordered glasses 3 weeks ago. After 10 days I contacted them for update, they claimed that they are discontinued, no discount or anytghing offered. So I order something else, customer service great, claims glasses will be FedEx shipped next day. Still waiting... it's been 4 days, no update. If you need your glasses fast, order elsewhere.
