I ordered a pair of single vision glasses and upgraded the lenses to include edge polishing. The pair of glasses I received were good except the edges were not polished. I emailed customer service and it's been 10 days with no response. The price was fair and competitive and the quality of the glasses were good except for the one missing thing. I like the clear polished edge look and I am disappointed that it was not done.
My glasses look perfect with a prescription. This is the first time I've ever ordered from an internet and I was a little nervous. The price was amazing and the glasses came out perfect! I will definitely recommend easy contacts to friends.
I am very happy with the overall product and pricing. I would give EzContacts a 5 Star all the way. The frames where exactly what LensCrafters had on display and even better more than 1/2 the price with prescription lenses.
I get that prescription glasses take a bit longer. But a month for a very straight forward prescription is bit long. I may be Amazon spoiled, but in the absence of speed an ETA or order status would be helpful.
I like the style and lenses of the glasses (Balenciaga) the quality of the frames are suspect. I can feel they will loosen easily with infrequent wear. We shall see.
Rex is always very prompt and helpful anytime I've email for assistance. I've emailed with him multiple times regarding different orders and he is always very quick, which is nice when you are worrying about a problem. My problems have always been resolved, I would highly recommend this company and Rex!
Received my glasses after almost a month. Put it on and its missing the nose piece. Contacted the help section on Friday. Says that I cant get help till Monday. So on Tuesday I get an email saying to ship the glasses back for a refund. So if I return the glasses and order the same ones again. I would have to wait another 3 weeks. Then I asked if I could just get the nose piece and no response. So dont know what to do.
I have bought 3 pairs of glasses so far and very satisfied with the product, the only thing was that one of the pairs it took them 1 month to receive them i didn't like that but overall they have great deals.
EZContacts is my go-to for buying new, quality frames. I've bought three pair of sunglasses and eyeglasses frames over the last few years. I end up buying several frames to try, but only keep one pair. This means that I have to make one or more returns. The excellent customer service I received from Rex this time did not deviate from my historically great experience with EZContacts. Thanks, Rex!
I love the frames, but whats really impressive is the super clear lens. I was a little skeptical about getting my prescription glasses on line- I am glad I did it! The price was great, as well. Thanks for your great service.
Glasses came in and they were not the prescription i ordered, sent back and almost 5 days later i haven't heard what the problem is

I was sceptical buying my Burberry frame online initially. However once they arrived I am very happy with the product.
Shipping and tracking could have been better. DHL isn't accurate or proactive with their updates, but once the package transferred to USPS it was spot on.

I ordered from ezcontacts because of a great advertised rate. After I ordered I was notified my glasses (that I need to see with...) were delayed 10 days. After one month from this date I was hung up twice online, I couldnt get a confirmation over the phone other than glasses would be soon. I would of canceled if I knew it would be such a hassle and I would be without glasses for so long. With just a little feedback I could of arranged a better situation for myself. Seeing takes priority over price.

Rex provided very very prompt and excellent customer service and am very impressed at the overall service I have rec'd from him. Unfortunalty my progressive lenses did not work out for me, I am having them redone into regular reading glasses. I loved the frames and am so glad that I am able to make the swich. So far the process has been very efficient and streamlined. And again, Rex is a phenomonal representative. Thank you.

I wont recommend no one to do business with them. I did everything on my part that I was supposed to do, and here almost a month later, no product, no refund. I called and cancelled my order BEFORE it was shipped and Im the one being penalized... now just getting the run around

I received what I wanted and paid a good price but it took about a month and a half to get the glasses and was not able to get a ETA during that time. The glasses did come with a cool little care kit. I would buy here again.
Answer: You will wait and wait and wait and maybe have them tell you they are coming and then wait and wait and wait. My advice... don't order from them. There are so many lens companies that are fast and have good follow-up... it isn't worth it!
Answer: They are not a trustworthy company. They have lied to me on numerous occasions about an order I placed.
Answer: None of their frames are authentic, but some people don't seem to care as they are still in business, sad really as companies like this should be shut down.
Answer: This company lies, they do not return phone calls or e-mails, they have the worst customer service of any company I have ever dealt with and I too wonder if they are a sham.
Answer: You won't get them the next business day. I ordered glasses 3 weeks ago. After 10 days I contacted them for update, they claimed that they are discontinued, no discount or anytghing offered. So I order something else, customer service great, claims glasses will be FedEx shipped next day. Still waiting... it's been 4 days, no update. If you need your glasses fast, order elsewhere.
