Even though the product itself wasn't what I needed, the buying process and customer service was what I'd wanted for an online retailer. Communication is prompt, help was available and overall everything was pleasant. Definitely recommended and would come back for future purchases.
I ordered a pair of glasses and they never came. My order was placed March 6... now theyre saying I have to wait 20 days for a refund so they can investigate... wow.
It said like 5 days to ship and really took about two weeks but I saved $400 compared to lens crafters

Bought a replacement pair of my favorite Burberry prescription glasses with better lenses at half the price I paid for them at LensCrafters. It does take 7-10 days for the glasses to be shipped so not good if you are in a hurry for glasses but if you can be patient, definitely worth it.
Paid for expedited shipping which was pointless. Ordered a pair of sunglasses with custom lenses. Paid for two day shipping so I could have them the week I ordered them. When they didnt show, I called and learned that they had to order the glasses and then make the lenses. Total process took over two weeks. This extended time was not communicated prior to purchasing or even after I purchased the glasses. The final product was great and exactly what I wanted. However the time to process the order was disappointing as well as paying for expedited shipping that really didnt expedite anything. I could have saved money on shipping if the website better communicated the ordering and production process.
The process was very easy. Glasses were delivered quickly. Lots of compliments already. Would recommend.

I finally received my glasses over a month after the expected arrival date. When you call their customer service number, you wait in line on hold for over 20 minutes, and then get dumped in a voicemail box that is full. It took me filing a claim with the BBB and disputing the sales amount on my charge card for someone to answer me. Otherwise, I'm not sure if anyone would have ever answered my questions or concerns!
Customer service answered any questions I had, and everything was fair in time and quality. Was skeptical at first using a new company but I am very happy.
Had a great experience ordering my glasses from them. My glasses were perfect, no problems. They did take really long to arrive, however. I believe it was about 3 weeks. I used their free shipping.

I ordered from their company and will NEVER order again. It took over three weeks and they only processed the order after I called to complain about my order. They promised delivery by 4/13/18 and then they did not arrive.

I've ordered glasses from EZ 3 times. This time I was having trouble ordering online so I called my order in. Bad idea. The lady was very nice, but wrote down the prescription wrong. Called and they immediately resolved the issue and send me an RMA. Good customer service. However, when I called to check on my replacement glasses, after 10 days they told me that it would be at least another 5 to 7 days before they ship them. All they had to do was replace one of the lenses. A total of 3 weeks to replace a lens when it was their fault. Not happy about that part. Great prices and great selection, but not good on redoing an order.
I was concerned that the frames I wanted would not fit my face, or would not be the right prescription. Not so with EZ Contacts! I received the frames that I wanted, the fit that I wanted and the prescription that I need. I am very, very satisfied!
Great price. Took a little longer to ship than expected. I have the glasses now and they are good. This form should not require I submit more than 100 characters.
Answer: You will wait and wait and wait and maybe have them tell you they are coming and then wait and wait and wait. My advice... don't order from them. There are so many lens companies that are fast and have good follow-up... it isn't worth it!

Answer: You won't get them the next business day. I ordered glasses 3 weeks ago. After 10 days I contacted them for update, they claimed that they are discontinued, no discount or anytghing offered. So I order something else, customer service great, claims glasses will be FedEx shipped next day. Still waiting... it's been 4 days, no update. If you need your glasses fast, order elsewhere.
