It takes a while for the eye glasses to be delivery and it was worth it. I love the glasses however wish the fit was tighter.
Had to send back to correct prescription. Paid extra for three day turn around and, a week later, no one can tell me how much longer it will be. Chat is never available and sending email gets no response after several days. When I call, automated system lists me as number 25 in line. Ridiculous.
My order (frame and rx lenses) took nearly a month to get. Initially it was supposed to get delivered in a week. Besides that, I am satisfied with the order
Ordered glasses with my prescription, they came in perfectly! Granted I stopped in Lens Crafters to try the frames on before. I purchased here because of the $100 + difference in cost. Great experience, will be back

You can't beat the prices. I bought contact lenses and a pair of RX sunglasses and both came relatively soon. Customer Service was excellent when I called with a question.
This was my first time ordering from EZcontacts.com. I got a Perfect pair of prescription glasses and received great top notch customer service from them.
Apparently the glasses I ordered where not in stock, when ordered, and where on back order. No one from Ez Contacts contacted me to let me know this. I had to call every time I wanted an update on my order. My order took to get to me because of this. They did do an excellent job on my prescription, which I love, but they just need to work on their customer service.
Placed an order online for an order Friday, paid Next Day Air $32 fee to have contacts in hand by the following Tuesday. (Going on vacation Wednesday) Sent at least 6 e-mails trying to confirm they received my order and would process and ship by Monday, an easy feat right? WRONG! No response about my order so I called Monday, waited in a CUE OF 42 CALLS, (glad I have another phone) First the CSR tells me my wifs RX was not approved in underwriting WHAT? I pull it up on the computer and go over it with her. Not a thing wrong with it Then she tells I would not be receiving them until Thursday or so... What? I paid for expedited service and shipping, some deal right? Had absolutely no interest to get me what I needed, so I said to CANCEL the order, also sent 2 e-mails indicating that the order should be cancelled, wait for it... I was charged $337 today, on a cancelled order, WHAT? I have never experienced such TERRIBLE customer service in my entire life. They need to shut down their business NOW. Oh, and BTW, I ordered from Opti Contacts OVER the PHONE and have my wife's contacts today, no problem for Opti Contacts, but the bumbling fools at Ez contacts SURE DO MAKE IT HARD to do business with them. Never again, would rather go blind and have hot pokers in my eyes rather than order from them again... Don't waste your time - go elsewhere, anywhere...
It took a couple weeks longer then the website said it would. I contacted customer service and I was told they were waiting on frames from manufacturer. But to make up for the would ship priority at no additional charge. Which was nice. The glasses were 66% cheaper then at the Dr. Office so it was worth the wait. They came with lense cleaner and tiny screw driver and case which was really nice. The only thing I think could have been done better is if they would have emailed me about the delay instead of me having to contact them twice to find out, but I will order from them again.
I seen this pair of glasses at my local optometrist. I love the frames but hated the price. I google search the model and found them at EZcontacts at an unbelievable price. Love the prices love the service.
The frames I ordered were much less than the ones I found at the optometrist's office. I don't know how you would choose frames without trying them on unless reordering the ones you have. Ordering was simple except making sure I was placing my prescription correctly, I had to call but the call was answered quickly and accurately because I love my glasses.
Super easy, glasses are perfect. Saved a lot of time & money over local optical shop. Took 12 days to receive glasses, but worth the wait.
Having been disappointed with my prescription glasses filled here locally, I thought I would give online ordering a try. EZContacts' prices were very reasonable and the ordering details and options for my prescription were impressive. The process for selecting coatings etc. was very easy to follow and for me, educational. Typically when I've filled prescriptions locally, I've been rushed through the process with little explanation of each option and the pricing differences (always trying to up-sell me). I NEVER had to go through that with EZContacts! I will definitely be a repeat customer!
Your customer service reps are useless. Very frustrating to deal with as they are all reading from a script
I would recommend that anyone buying glasses or contacts order 2 weeks early and take advantage of the massive savings that EZContacts can offer. It's not same-day delivery, but it will save you hundreds!
I'm overall satisfied once I received glasses. Had to take to Eye Care to get glasses straighten. Shipping took a little longer due to prescription. Very stylish...
Glasses took much longer than expected to arrive. Reached out to customer service via direct message but no one was available to chat. Sent an email and next thing I know my glasses were expedited to me- almost like they forgot about my order but when I said something they tried to hurry and ship them. I dont think my glasses are the right Rx either. Cheaper than other sites but not sure if worth the headache.

Answer: You will wait and wait and wait and maybe have them tell you they are coming and then wait and wait and wait. My advice... don't order from them. There are so many lens companies that are fast and have good follow-up... it isn't worth it!
Answer: They are not a trustworthy company. They have lied to me on numerous occasions about an order I placed.
Answer: None of their frames are authentic, but some people don't seem to care as they are still in business, sad really as companies like this should be shut down.
Answer: This company lies, they do not return phone calls or e-mails, they have the worst customer service of any company I have ever dealt with and I too wonder if they are a sham.
Answer: You won't get them the next business day. I ordered glasses 3 weeks ago. After 10 days I contacted them for update, they claimed that they are discontinued, no discount or anytghing offered. So I order something else, customer service great, claims glasses will be FedEx shipped next day. Still waiting... it's been 4 days, no update. If you need your glasses fast, order elsewhere.
