I was in a rush to get glasses and found the ones I wanted on this site. I ordered it and it said it was available in the color, size and type of lenses I wanted. Few days pass and no email with tracking number, so I call customer service and find out they dont have the glasses I ordered in stock. So they had to find them from a supplier in Italy and have it sent. They tell me it will be express shipped within 5 days... so of course I wait. A week passes and still no tracking number so I call them back. They tell me it still hasnt arrived but they will email me with the tracking number once they send it. Few days later I get a call from the lens department and they tell me the XtremeTransition lenses I ordered, which was available online and was an upgrade, wasnt available and not an option anymore. So I had to get the regular transition lenses instead. BTW they didnt reimburse me for the downgrade. Even after this it took about another 7 days for my glasses to arrive. So I got my glasses, which I was supposed to get in 5-7 days more than a half a month later.
Sunglass Hut had the same glasses for $209 without my prescription. I got them for $155 out the door with prescription and all! So excited and they were exactly what I wanted. I have zero complaints and will absolutely be ordering more in the near future!
Took a lot of time for the item to be shipped. Other sites do a better job. The product was good though.
Nope. Order my contacts over a month ago and still waiting! Sons contacts came in a somewhat timely manner. Prescription sunglasses took too long. My order is contacta still not here. Disappointing!

I had my glasses in two weeks. The prescription was spot on. Wish I picked a larger size from the option, but that's on me. Frames are very beautiful.
I received the glasses outside the quoted window of delivery, and the quality of construction is not what Im used to. Decent glasses, but Im saying that is the frame manufacturer, the lenses and tightness are not what I expected.
Ordered some Burberry glasses in addition to getting great deal, they fit and came in just as ordered.
Glasses were shipped with spare demo lenses in bag in the glasses case with the glasses I purchased. During transit, the bag of extra lenses rubbing against the lenses on the glasses I ordered caused multiple tiny scratches on the lenses. The glasses are wearable, but not the kind of service you what you would expect when paying almost $300.
My eyeglasses were backordered. The order was processed sooner than estimated, and my shipping was upgraded. I was very pleasantly surprised to receive my eyeglasses weeks earlier than anticipated.
The glasses were perfect and service was excellent. The perscription was spot on and at a great price. I will buy another pair soon!

Glasses fit great prescription is good. Just need anti glare included in purchases. Anti glare is a very important part of eyewear an I think thats something to really be considered other then that these fit me perfectly. Thank you.

I ordered Ray-ban aviator eyeglass frames and some contact lenses. EZContacts had the best prices. The items were great quality. EZContacts provided extra items such as eyeglass cleaner, a lense cloth and a case for my contacts. Although I ordered the items together, the frames came first. It took longer than expected to receive the contacts I ordered however this could've been due to the verification of my prescription. I'm not sure. I would order from this site again.
Ordered a product that was made available to be shipped in about a week. After placing the order was informed they were on back order and ended up having to wait over a month for my order that was supposed to be a birthday present. You shouldnt be able to complete an order for a desired arrival date that isnt realistic.
I first bought from ez contacts probably 8-10 years ago, with ok results. Recently i purchased a year's worth of contacts, where my right eye and left eye are different prescriptions.
They sent all right eye lenses, despite the fact that my order and prescription clearly stated otherwise.
When I asked them to send the correct lenses so i could actually wear them correctly, they gave me an RMA number. So i shipped the lenses back, they acknowledged receipt (via email) and I still don't have the correct lenses.
A company that actually cared about its reputation or support satisfaction would have shipped the correct lenses immediately, so I could start wearing them. It basically told me the $10-20 i saved isn't worth the hassle.
Unless / until they correct this issue, I'll take my business elsewhere.
Prescription and frames are excellent, none better. But... very poor communications with customer including person to person and status of tracking package. Long delivery time
Answer: You will wait and wait and wait and maybe have them tell you they are coming and then wait and wait and wait. My advice... don't order from them. There are so many lens companies that are fast and have good follow-up... it isn't worth it!
Answer: They are not a trustworthy company. They have lied to me on numerous occasions about an order I placed.
Answer: None of their frames are authentic, but some people don't seem to care as they are still in business, sad really as companies like this should be shut down.
Answer: This company lies, they do not return phone calls or e-mails, they have the worst customer service of any company I have ever dealt with and I too wonder if they are a sham.
Answer: You won't get them the next business day. I ordered glasses 3 weeks ago. After 10 days I contacted them for update, they claimed that they are discontinued, no discount or anytghing offered. So I order something else, customer service great, claims glasses will be FedEx shipped next day. Still waiting... it's been 4 days, no update. If you need your glasses fast, order elsewhere.
