It Took Over A Month For My Glassed To Be Shipped, I Didn't Receive Any Notifications For The Delay I Had To Call Countless Times To See What Was Going on.
Very happy with the glasses we received for our son. EZContacts made sure we ordered the correct style of glass for children. We are cautioned to use the right one and it was set up by default.
After reading some of the reviews... I see a pattern. I am concerned that I need these contacts sooner than they are being processed. Customer service was so frustrating, unaccommodating and provided no comfort in knowing I would get my order. Also, the problem was with the prescription? I can see it clearly in my profile when signed in?
Bought the sports glasses for our son. While they did take over 2 weeks to get to us, they are a great product at a decent value. They already took a baseball without breaking.

Over a month ago since I placed my order and I still haven't received my glasses. I needed to update my Rx and although they said they updated it before sending my glasses, it still isn't updated in my profile. After several weeks and paying extra for expedited shipping I still hadn't received a shipping confirmation. When I called, they said they would be shipped out that day, but the glasses never arrived. After going through the full process of a missing package investigation with UPS, I went back to ezcontacts to find out what to do next. They told me to follow up the next day which I did only to wait on hold and then be disconnected twice. I sent an email as well but still haven't received a reply.
So here I am still having paid for a pair of glasses only to not have them in hand and not able to speak with anyone about my order. And Rx lenses to get me by in the meantime. No lenses, out $180 and nothing. Just terrible.
Took 2.5 months to receive my glasses. If they were out of stock, the site should have told me before paying.
Love the glasses. It took a little too long for my order to arrive, but th customer service fixed that for me and I got it as Priority Mail. Thank you Ezcontacts. Best price too
Ordered contacts for my wife and the first order came through without problem. Reordered a new supply on Apr 11 and am still waiting for the order to arrive. Their website gives conflicting info as to whether or not the order has been shipped. I called customer service and after waiting for about 15 minutes someone from Asia came on the line, gave me a bunch of scripted responses and was no help. He couldn't tell me if the lenses had been shipped or not but promised to personally advise me by 6PM on that day. Of course he never called or sent an email or text. Tried to call again today and after waiting on hold for about 20 minutes the recorded message advised the person I was calling was not available and hung up on me. Called back and was advised the office closes at 5PM. The message does not say which time zone. While I was on hold tried to set up an online chat but that also did not work. Beginning to wonder if they are still in business. They sent an email advising the lenses had been shipped via UPS but when I entered the tracking number they provided into the UPS website it said they have no info on the tracking number. Wondering if this has become a big scam. Beware they are either incompetent, fraudulent or both.
Great website but two of my orders have been processing a long time and when ordered said would be quick.
I was in a rush to get glasses and found the ones I wanted on this site. I ordered it and it said it was available in the color, size and type of lenses I wanted. Few days pass and no email with tracking number, so I call customer service and find out they dont have the glasses I ordered in stock. So they had to find them from a supplier in Italy and have it sent. They tell me it will be express shipped within 5 days... so of course I wait. A week passes and still no tracking number so I call them back. They tell me it still hasnt arrived but they will email me with the tracking number once they send it. Few days later I get a call from the lens department and they tell me the XtremeTransition lenses I ordered, which was available online and was an upgrade, wasnt available and not an option anymore. So I had to get the regular transition lenses instead. BTW they didnt reimburse me for the downgrade. Even after this it took about another 7 days for my glasses to arrive. So I got my glasses, which I was supposed to get in 5-7 days more than a half a month later.
Sunglass Hut had the same glasses for $209 without my prescription. I got them for $155 out the door with prescription and all! So excited and they were exactly what I wanted. I have zero complaints and will absolutely be ordering more in the near future!
Took a lot of time for the item to be shipped. Other sites do a better job. The product was good though.
Nope. Order my contacts over a month ago and still waiting! Sons contacts came in a somewhat timely manner. Prescription sunglasses took too long. My order is contacta still not here. Disappointing!

I had my glasses in two weeks. The prescription was spot on. Wish I picked a larger size from the option, but that's on me. Frames are very beautiful.
I received the glasses outside the quoted window of delivery, and the quality of construction is not what Im used to. Decent glasses, but Im saying that is the frame manufacturer, the lenses and tightness are not what I expected.
Ordered some Burberry glasses in addition to getting great deal, they fit and came in just as ordered.
Glasses were shipped with spare demo lenses in bag in the glasses case with the glasses I purchased. During transit, the bag of extra lenses rubbing against the lenses on the glasses I ordered caused multiple tiny scratches on the lenses. The glasses are wearable, but not the kind of service you what you would expect when paying almost $300.
Answer: You will wait and wait and wait and maybe have them tell you they are coming and then wait and wait and wait. My advice... don't order from them. There are so many lens companies that are fast and have good follow-up... it isn't worth it!
Answer: They are not a trustworthy company. They have lied to me on numerous occasions about an order I placed.
Answer: None of their frames are authentic, but some people don't seem to care as they are still in business, sad really as companies like this should be shut down.
Answer: This company lies, they do not return phone calls or e-mails, they have the worst customer service of any company I have ever dealt with and I too wonder if they are a sham.
Answer: You won't get them the next business day. I ordered glasses 3 weeks ago. After 10 days I contacted them for update, they claimed that they are discontinued, no discount or anytghing offered. So I order something else, customer service great, claims glasses will be FedEx shipped next day. Still waiting... it's been 4 days, no update. If you need your glasses fast, order elsewhere.
