Order was placed and confirmed for 3 days to process and 5-7 days shipping (transit time). Took almost 3 weeks to ship and when asked about the order (chat or email) no one would respond.
Product finally got delivered and it was perfect. No complains there.
Would order from them again, but would just suggest more attention to Customer Service.
Was not informed of the original frame discontinued, was not notified if my $27 refund applies to my debit card, or refund mailed to me. Need more?
I will be making all of my future purchases at EZContacts.
Their price and quality are equal to most big name designer shops without the long drive or the negative Mall experience.
Glasses are so cheap looking, took several weeks to deliver when website said they were available in 2-3 days.
Still have not received my proscribed glasses! Nor have i received a refund. Contact the carrier dhl and USPS And also ezcontact and no one was able to locate my package! Never received it and every time i call they say they send me a new pair and they never arrive nor do i get my refund!
I recently ordered prescription glasses and contacts from EZContacts. Contacts were shipped fast and the prescription glasses took about 2 weeks which customer service mentioned. Good products and good communication

I have bought from EZContacts on more than one occasion. I have always been completely satisfied until this order. When I received my glasses, I opened the package, and noticed a few scratches on the bottom of the left frame. Usually this wouldnt be a huge deal, but the frames were solid black and the scratches were white. The scratches were quite noticeable. I reached out to customer service (through their website contact form) the next day. I didnt hear back. So, a few days later, I submitted another contact form.
A few days later, I finally heard back. The email said theyd gladly process my exchange, but when I downloaded the form I saw that I would have to pay shipping both ways to get replacement frames. Since the scratches were on the frames when I received them, I found this to be unacceptable. I do not think it is right, nor am I willing to pay another ~$20 to replace a defect that was there when I received the glasses from the factory. Again, I have never had a problem with EZContacts prior to this order, and everything about this order (lenses, speed of shipping, etc.) was great except for the flawed frames that I was expected to pay to replace.
I have ordered from them twice. Both times, the order processing has taken weeks longer than is stated (said 2-3 days, took 2-3 weeks) and tey are very hard to reach. When you do, their customer service is great, but they don't reply to emails for days or even a week.
Love my specs and they were cheaper than if Id gotten them at my local eyewear store! Shipping was pretty fast. Id definitely order from them again.
Every step of the way this company made the order experience extremely horrible. From false advertisement all the way to customer service straight lying in multiple occasions. I would never recommend this site and will find ways to get this message out there.
The lensframes I ordered does not appear to be authentic as I have an original frame and can easily tell the differences. Lensframe cracked after 2nd use.
The timeline stated on the website was 3-4 days. I received my glasses 2 weeks later after a call to the customer service department and a conversation with a very nonchalant rep who seemed like she couldnt care less.

I have now placed 2 separate orders for glasses that stated they were in stock and available. After placing the order I was notified the products weren't available. The first order was for a pair of Rayban prescription frames/lenses. $152. My card was charged then I was informed that they no longer carried that frame. I had to email them for the refund. The same thing happened with the next pair (different brand). Was charged $140 then notified the frames weren't available. At that point I had 2 charges on my card and no glasses on the way! They did refund me my money back 5-6 business days each time, AFTER I had to contact customer service and ask them to process my refund. Its still just irritating to keep ordering glasses and getting charged. Just to be notified they don't have the product and I have to cross my fingers with the next order HOPING I can get some dang glasses. Guess my advice if using this company is inquire first to see if the glasses or whatever product is in stock before placing your order to avoid all this. That is what I will be doing next time.
The glasses arrived in a beautiful box, fit perfectly and are beautiful at a third of the price I would pay at a local store.
I am very pleased with the glasses. However, the customer service and delivery time was awful. I was not informed that what I ordered was on back order, so it took nearly a month to ship. It would have taken longer had I not called and voiced my displeasure. After talking to 2 different representatives for over an hour, they at least offered expedited shipping once they got the glasses.
Love the glasses they just dont fit arms are too short dont go behind my ears I dont know where to get fixed or if I can get refunded
So today 4-24-2018 after calling 3 times and being in a que of 30+ callers, I am now again on the line with an 'un' EZ contacts rep (Mike) to request a refund and am being told I have to wait for the 'Redo' department to respond reference my refund. 12:56 pm I was assured that I will here from someone today. No sense of urgency or regard for customer care. Negative 100
I had to constantly follow up. Was never contacted to say there would be a delay. Very disappointed. Use them before but will consider other companies going forward. Additionally, customer service hours aren't conducive to people who work.
Answer: You will wait and wait and wait and maybe have them tell you they are coming and then wait and wait and wait. My advice... don't order from them. There are so many lens companies that are fast and have good follow-up... it isn't worth it!

Answer: None of their frames are authentic, but some people don't seem to care as they are still in business, sad really as companies like this should be shut down.
Answer: This company lies, they do not return phone calls or e-mails, they have the worst customer service of any company I have ever dealt with and I too wonder if they are a sham.
Answer: You won't get them the next business day. I ordered glasses 3 weeks ago. After 10 days I contacted them for update, they claimed that they are discontinued, no discount or anytghing offered. So I order something else, customer service great, claims glasses will be FedEx shipped next day. Still waiting... it's been 4 days, no update. If you need your glasses fast, order elsewhere.
