These arent authentic Coach frames, the arms dont close properly. The lenses seem okay but buyer beware.
I read all reviews before my purchase and I saw all delay reviews. So, I called and asked why. I was explained that if they have to order overseas it takes time. I asked to check on my glasses. They told me that they have them in stock and I got them delivered on time with prescription.
I would suggest to call them before you place your order.
I ordered Bebe distance glasses & Polarized sunglasses- COULDN'T BE HAPPIER. They got the prescription perfect & I know for a fact that I would have paid triple the price at one of the "chain stores" for the same frame because I priced them. I found customer service VERY helpful & pleasant. I have recommended many of my friends.
Great experience, would definitely recommend. The only thing that would have been beneficial would have been would have been better communication in terms of delivery time.
I am happy with the glasses I purchased and the price was comparable to similar online retail shops. However, the wait time is very long and no information is provided by the company. After a month of waiting, I sent an e-mail inquiry and received no response. I then called (this is where I should have started) was after a long time on hold was told that the frames were being ordered in and would be a few more days. This turned into another two weeks. So, my experiences were I got decent glasses for less than if I went to a brick and mortar retail shops but it took 6 - 7 weeks. From other reviews, this seems to be common.
Overall great deal price wise for the quality! One of my lenses had a 1-2mm scratch already on it when the package came in. The lenses also have glare on the edges depending on the lighting. Different than my previous lenses. I guess Ill have to get the best lenses they have vs. the standard anti reflective and impact resistant? The cleaner that I recieved in my package doesnt clean very well. Almost smudges it more? The frames also came with one screw stripped, so I have to keep tightening it.
They lure you in with their low prices, but what you don't know is that you will end up waiting nearly 2months to receive your order. They will give you every form of excuse on why it tool them so long for your order to arrive but will not notify you in any form or way. When they realize that they are in the wrong and do not want to compensate you in any way they will tell you that your item is on back order... and to wait for your order or cancel. Do yourself a favor don't waste your time.
Easy ordering process. Received in a timely manner Glasses look great as expected. Only regret is that maybe I should have tried them on prior to purchase. I may have chosen a smaller frame. But not a reflection on EZ Contacts, they are cute nonetheless.
This is the worst internet order I've had in years, got too used to companies like Amazon that have it together I guess. Their site states that if there are any delays, they'll let you know within a couple days. NOPE. My contacts order still hadn't shipped after TEN DAYS, with NO indication that it wasn't in stock when I ordered, and the restock shipment didn't have a firm arrival date. Since I was going out of town, I cancelled even after that wait time to spend an extra $5 at opticontacts where I should have stuck with in the first place.
I ordered glasses for my son to replace pair he lost. Found the exact pair that he lost and thought this was great, we knew he would like them when they came. Waited two weeks, and when we opened the shipping box they were completely bent and crooked on his face. I returned them, ordered a replacement, and second pair also came bent, with right lense popped out of the frame. I'm returning second pair and will not be trying for a third time.
Shipping was longer than stated on their website and it wasn't due to a backorder. Only after I called and inquired was my item shipped. The glasses are also bent. I am going to take them to an optician and hopefully they can be straightened. Would not order from them again.
I really enjoy my new glasses, they were everything I was expecting, except for the minor detail on the lenses. My lenses appear to have small dots on them which cause my lenses to be a bit blurry.
It's a great site to purchases glasses though it might take few week for it to ship (for certain item) i got mine within 2 week. Yes, for glasses it could take that long. Their customer services are very helpful and quick response to my email. Would purchase more from them in the future when my glasses give way. Recommended.
My overall experience with ez contacts was amazing. I love my new eyeglasses mk8007 and sunglasses mk1010! Will be purchasing again! Thank you so much.

It took nearly a month for my order to be completed. Upon receipt I determined the Transitions tinting was not included in the lenses. Calling customer service put me on hold for 30 minutes, twice. My email to customer service got answered after a week delay. Its been a week since I returned my glasses for replacement. I guess I can expect them in another two weeks. The price was great, but customer service, well not so much.
It still has to go through a few steps before it is made so paying for rush shipping didn't really make it worth it. Be patient and you will get great results.
I was told my order would be shipped in 5-7 business days and purchased expedited shipping; however, it took nearly 2 months to arrive. I never received any emails notifying me of these delays and I called customer service multiple times and every time they assured me my package would arrive within 5 days of my call and it never did.
I was a bit apprehensive about ordering glasses online, however this experience was AMAZING! Customer service was pleasant and efficient when I needed to make a correction on my initial order. Glasses were extremely reasonable, I paid less than half price of what they sold for in the optical stores! Most amazing was the timeliness of receiving them! I received my glasses quicker than members of my family who bought from the local optical store! Highly recommend EZContacts!
Amazing prices. Found the same glasses from the eye doctor for $220.00 and got them here. For $80.00. The only downside was 2 days after my order I received an email that said item was on backorder and it took almost a month to receive my glasses. But for the price, it was definitely worth the wait!
Answer: You will wait and wait and wait and maybe have them tell you they are coming and then wait and wait and wait. My advice... don't order from them. There are so many lens companies that are fast and have good follow-up... it isn't worth it!

Answer: None of their frames are authentic, but some people don't seem to care as they are still in business, sad really as companies like this should be shut down.

Answer: You won't get them the next business day. I ordered glasses 3 weeks ago. After 10 days I contacted them for update, they claimed that they are discontinued, no discount or anytghing offered. So I order something else, customer service great, claims glasses will be FedEx shipped next day. Still waiting... it's been 4 days, no update. If you need your glasses fast, order elsewhere.
