No one response email and they hung up the phone

I literally googled where I could give a review for this company because I'm so blown away by them. I ordered my contacts less than a week ago and to my pleasant surprise, they've already arrived. Ordering was super easy, and on top of that I paid less than half of what I paid at my optometrist for a full year supply last year. I'm so grateful I found this site! :)

Ordered on April 22nd. Contacted them via chat April 26 (after sending multiple messages with no response) to find out when contacts would ship. Was told they were shipping that day with expedited shipping. Order status didn't change, so I called April 30, and was told that my order would ship that day... I said I would call back to cancel the next day if they still had not shipped. Order status changed to show shipped, but May 7 tracking still shows they have not been picked up. Trying to find out what is going on... Waited in chat queue for my turn, then got the leave a message form instead of a chat rep. Been on hold 20 minutes, I am number 95 in line! Also back as number 13 in queue for chat rep. So unless you want them to charge your card immediately, then have your order go to nothingness, DON'T order from them!

I ordered contacts on April 23rd and it's My 6th. 5-7 day shopping. Track my order says it's still processing! They charged me as soon as I ordered. I tried online chat and no one was available to help me? It said to email them. I have emailed them. I have not received any response to the 2 emails I sent. Horrible business!

Ordered contacts in Jan, got the correct ones. April I order again. This time I received a - instead of a + power. Called them and had to send pics of my boxes one of which I had already opened. I was asked to ship the remaining unopened box back. But they would not ship the correct ones until they seen I had shipped the other box back. This was last week. I still have no contacts and now they say after they were supposed to be shipping that there is a delay on all proclear contacts. Really... They apparently done care about keeping customer's. Best thing I was offered was next day shipping which is out the window now since there is this apparent hold on all proclear contacts. I just want my contacts and I promise you won't hear from me again.

When you speak with their call center, they will say that the product is available to ship right away, but they are LYING! Over two weeks waiting and order is not even processed. What a joke.

And while waiting?
No email contact, no call, nothing.

I placed an order on April 23,2018 for a pair of glasses. I received an order confirmation but never received a shipping notice. I emailed the company to check the status of my order and received no response. I called and was informed that the warehouse did not have my item in stock. Probably a nice little piece of information to pass along. Anyway, during that call, I was told they would check with their supplier to get an estimate of when the item would be restocked and they would be back in touch within a day or two. Again, I received no follow up. I called again and was told that it would be another 2-4 weeks before they had the item in stock. Ironically, I also received an email stating that they were sorry for not responding to my email sooner but they saw in their system that someone had already spoken to me. So, in short, if you don't NEED what you're ordering and can wait an undetermined amount of time, the price is good, that is assuming the item would eventually come. Me, however, would like to see before then so I will be cancelling this order and will not ever order from this company again.

This is the absolute worst company I have ever dealt with. I remember when the place I had my eyes checked said it would be $350 for a pair of glasses. I laughed about it knowing I could find it cheaper online. Looking back I should have spent the extra money.

Every single thing they have failed on. Their customer service is absolutely horrible. They screwed up one of my orders and it has taken over a month for them to correct the problem. Every time you call they tell you someone will get back with you either by phone or email and NOT ONE SINGLE TIME has anyone ever done so. You ask to speak to a supervisor and they cant do it. You ask to be compensated for your hassle and they have to "submit it to the back office". Nothing gets accomplished and they are set up to not be able give you answers on anything. The whole process is made to make it a hassle for a customer should something go wrong.

I have never in my life been so frustrated with a business as I am right now. I am not the type to leave bad reviews but heed my warning: STAY AWAY FROM THIS DUMPSTER FIRE OF A COMPANY!

Placed the order on 04/23/2018 for contact lenses. Almost 2 weeks are over. They did not even shipped the item. Such a bad service. I called them 5 times and emailed them several times. Received irresponsible response. I am going to order it from another company now. This company should not be in business. Please avoid this company.

I was pleased with my glasses. It did take me at least 3 wks to get them. They were on back order and I was not notified about that. They did however, bump up my shipping for free. The communication to the customer should be better. I would have liked to know they were on back order and an expected date so I knew when to expect them.

The value was good but the wait time was a little longer than expected to actually receive my glasses after ordering. Initially when I ordered it was showing would take 4-5 days to ship. It actually took closer to three weeks. At one point I called customer service and they were quick and helpful but when I tried online customer service it was a different story. The online response time from customer service took a while which is concerning (it took several days to get a response via email and I could never get someone via chat). Once I actually got my glasses, I was happy with the product though. I couldn't have gotten them for that price at my eye doctor's office so the value was good once I got them.

I had no issues with the contacts. My glasses took 5 weeks to come and the they only thing you did was overnight the order when it was completed. I called several times to find out the status, the communication on your part was poor.

They said my frame was available on their website, but after paying and waiting 2 weeks they said it would take another 2 weeks because the manufacturer was shopping new pairs. Then after 2 more weeks they said the same thing, I asked for a discount and they gave me... 8 dollars off... wtf. Why even give me that, what a waste of time. Customer service was Okay at best.

Terrible customer service, the web site says in stock, but not really and could take 15 days to receive. I had a 20 min online chat in which EZ says they will honor a price and when I was instructed to call, I was told no and offered a substantially higher price. Not a pleasure to do business with, please use another seller.

Second time using EZContacts. Both experiences (men's brand name frames+ lenses) were exceptional. Take the time to measure correctly, and enter your prescription properly. Very happy with time-line and product. Price was unbeatable.

Worth the wait.

They provided exceptional service from beginning to end. They offered the best package at the best price for my needs. I selected polycarbonate transitions xtractive and crizal avance for my order. They informed me of a wait but what can I say? They arrived and I love my glasses! Thanks ezcontacts.
