My frames were back ordered, but Im so glad I waited. I love my Kate Spade frame! They look nice, came with fun goodies and a beautiful case, and the prescription is great too.
Buyer beware. My prescription sunglasses took over a month to arrive. I called to check on the order status twice because I received an email from the company telling me that they canceled my order. Very poor customer service!
Bought the glasses on the 04/10 received the item on 04/25. Extremely slow order process. Ordered the glasses with AR coating; only one of the glass has AR coating on!? If they miss on this very obvious specification, let alone the other specs. Send the lenses back on 04/27, received by company 04/31, now 05/10 and no refund yet... what a professional company?!*
Everything came out as it should. Timely delivery of my glasses, product and service as described on website.
This is the second time in a row I have ordered contact lenses, and then 9-10 days later when I've heard nothing and call "customer service" [I use that phrase very loosely], they tell me they don't have them in stock, and will request a "drop shipment" from their supplier and will provide me a tracking number within 24-72 hours. Seriously, it's like they're reading from a script - that's all they'll say, over and over. Can't tell me why it took my phone call for them to realize they didn't have the lenses in stock, can't give me any time estimate at all as to when I'll receive the lenses - but of course the charge for the lenses hit my credit card the same day I ordered them. I reiterate - UNLESS YOU ARE LOOKING FOR A HORRIBLE CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE WHERE ABSOLUTELY NONE OF THEIR PROMISES AND YOUR EXPECTATIONS ARE MET, PLEASE DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE PEOPLE - SAVE YOURSELF THE FRUSTRATION AND ORDER FROM SOMEONE ELSE - YOUR LOCAL OPTOMETRIST, COSTCO, ANYBODY - JUST NOT THEM.

Glasses took forever to show. Called customer service three times and was hung up on after waiting almost an hour on hold.
Loved the glasses, however shipping for 2 of 3 pairs took longer than expected. Ordered items 4/25/18 and was expecting quicker shipping per the website. I received 1 pair very quickly, 2nd pair on 5/8 and hadnt received 3rd pair just yet.
I ordered one pair of designer perscription glasses that were in stock in the first part of February. Supposedly in less than a week I was to have my glasses. Called in March, was told glasses now out of stock but they will let me know when they are back. I said that was strange since you can not order items out of stock, and my order was processed and money paid. Called later and was told I was next to have my glasses shipped. When I asked why mine were not in the first shipment, I was not given a satisfactory answer. Then in March I was told it would take about 30 more days and I won't get my glasses til the end of April. I ordered them in February and Ez contacts advertises next day glasses. Well I waited almost 3 months, unable to see for mine. As compensation I was given $13.00 refund. My glasses were about 250.
My sunglasses were correct, but not tinted at all. The correction process for this is ongoing. They were kind of prompt in getting back to me.
My glasses arrived in perfect condition and the quality was fantastic. The order took a while to process, but once it did it was shipped very quickly.
Ordered contacts two weeks ago. Never received them. Was told they were out of stock, gonna ship direct from warehouse, would take 24-48 hrs. Almost a week later I tried to call to follow up (7 times I tried) and couldn't get through - kept getting disconnected. No answer to my email yet. Finally got through today and asked for a refund after being told the same thing about the warehouse and waiting 24-48 hours. Very disappointed, would never recommend or order from again. This was time sensitive - leaving country in couple of weeks and have no contact lenses. And I can only hope the refund is speedy.
I think I'm on my 3rd or 4th order with EZContacts. Only one was held up because of my prescription. I just placed my latest order yesterday, and today I see 4 boxed of contacts are already en route to my house! Awesome.
Shop around and you'll see they usually have the best out the door price after taxes and such.
Worst experience I have ever had with an online order! Ordered a year's supply of contact lenses on 4/25. Did not hear a word from the company for two weeks. Finally tried to contact them via phone, email and online chat. After more attempts than I care to admit, I finally got a live human on the phone who told me my contacts were on backorder and they would have them shipped directly from the manufacturer the following day. From reading the other reviews, it seems that this is their go-to excuse! Well, that day came and went without any word from them and no promised tracking number. So, I tried calling, emailing and online chat again but got no response whatsoever! On 5/8, I filed a formal complaint with the BBB and with my credit card company. Not 12 hours after doing that, I received a tracking number, a personal phone call AND responses to all of my emails! On Friday, 5/11, I finally got my contacts. I will NEVER order from this company again. This was the most miserable customer service experience! The extra savings is NOT worth the headache you will endure!
I ordered my contacts and 8 days later I contacted them that I had no tracking. Customer service called the manufacturer and ensured me I would have tracking in 24-48 hours. 3 days later, still no tracking. So I'm pissed.
I called them again and told them I'm literally on my last pair of contacts and I need my contacts asap. The last customer service rep said she would call her other manufacturer and get it situated and send me an email. 4 hours later NO EMAIL and the store is closed. What. The. Hell. Literally HELL is what its been dealing with this company. EZ CONTACTS NOT SO EZ THOUGH. I'm done with ez contacts. Will ask for a cancelation.
I placed an order for contact lenses on April 23rd and never received anything other than an order confirmation. Tried calling a few times but only got VM even during their business hours. Finally reached them on May 8th and found out that contacts were back ordered. The person I spoke with knew nothing about anything. I cancelled and hope I get my promised refund and will find a legitimate company to order from.
This place is a scam! They took my money, too. I have been given the run around for a week now. Ordered on 4/30, was told 2 different stories by "customer service". Friday, I was told it would ship yesterday (5/7). Needless to say, it didn't. When you call the 800 number, during office hours, it states that they are closed. I am beyond furious. Check out Google maps... their building is $#*!. I wish I had trusted my gut instinct and kept scrolling. Cheaper isn't always better... NOT A REPUTABLE COMPANY.
I don't think this is even a legitimate business. Orders don't get processed and they lie about what they have or don't have in stock.
Simple, They will take your money fast. What ever it is on the website they will say they have. THEY DO NOT HAVE IT! All Items I ordered magically back ordered like all other reviews on here and BBB. Your money is as good as gone! STAY AWAY!
Answer: You will wait and wait and wait and maybe have them tell you they are coming and then wait and wait and wait. My advice... don't order from them. There are so many lens companies that are fast and have good follow-up... it isn't worth it!

Answer: None of their frames are authentic, but some people don't seem to care as they are still in business, sad really as companies like this should be shut down.

Answer: You won't get them the next business day. I ordered glasses 3 weeks ago. After 10 days I contacted them for update, they claimed that they are discontinued, no discount or anytghing offered. So I order something else, customer service great, claims glasses will be FedEx shipped next day. Still waiting... it's been 4 days, no update. If you need your glasses fast, order elsewhere.
