Customer service was helpful but very dissatisfied that it was not communicated to me that there was a delay with my order. It took me to call them to figure out what was going on. Its been 3 weeks and they had to do a reorder so Im still having to wait another 2 weeks to get my glasses :/
I knew the glasses I wanted when I went on this site, and quickly found them. Shipping took no time at all and I was impressed with the quality and packaging of both glasses I ordered.
They charged my credit card 2 weeks before they ship my contact lenses. I think they ship my contact lenses only because I filed the dispute on my charge. Otherwise, I don't think they will ever ship the products. Stay away and don't trust their review on google.
Glasses arrived with broken temple, returned without problems, the new pair arrived 3 weeks later in excellent condition,

My prescription took 25 BUSINESS DAYS to just ship. The website says it would take up to 7. When i contacted support they also gave me a false window of time
My order has been in transit for 13 days with no movement! They are opening claim am that takes 20 days! I want my sunglasses!
Placed my order on April 26 and today is May 14. I got part of the order and it is perfect with a good price. Problem is that my sunglasses have still not arrived. No updates from the company and no response to my email request. Called for update today and waited over an hour for phone response with no shipping date. I won't be ordering again.
Recommended to others already! Saved me over $100! This has to be 100 characters but that is all I have to say so I am just filling word count. Other than that great experience with this company
I had been looking for the right pair of glasses for months and I found them on EZ contacts at an unbeatable price! Not only that but the shipping was super fast.

Waited some time to get my glasses, received them broken then sent an message right away, waited 2 days, no reply, then called. They then emailed the return label, I sent the glasses back the next day which is now about 6 days ago. About 5 days after the message i srnt did i finally get a reply. Still waiting on an email and refund now. I would think if a company messed up and sent out an obviously damaged product then they would be willing to at least send a faster shipping label so I can get my refund as soon as possible.
The glasses were nice. I waited 3 weeks before I recieved them. The saving was not enough to warrant the wait.
I made an order on May 2 and ten days later I have not received my order. I have not received any information of estimated arrival date, tracking number, or any other information. The company is non-communicative and very difficult to work with because they are not there.
Online ordering: excellent
Customer service: poor, it took them 5 days to answer an email where I requested a change in my order. It was too late, they answered
Shipping: good, I received my prescription sunglasses 10 business days after order.
Product: excellent
The EZContacts site clearly states processing time for prescription sunglasses as 5-7 business days. When they didn't ship after 7 business days, I contacted customer service twice, before getting a response multiple days later. I was then told by customer service that processing time was 7-10 business days, which contradicts the information provided on their website.
I then showed them their processing policy on their website and they did nothing to rectify the situation. At a minimum they could have done overnight shipping, but failed to do so.
This is the second time I've used EZcontacts and will be my last due to atrocious customer service. I strongly discourage anyone from purchasing from them, they clearly have no regard for their customers.
I want return them. Too big for my face and they fall off my face. And they took for ever to get here I dont like them
The tracking information got messed up so I thought it hadnt even shipped out! I thought it was never gonna arrive And then, right as projected, it arrived within 10 days of the order being made. And all of the sudden I received a delivery confirmation. It was weird.
But the glasses were perfect fit, and $250 cheaper than the SAME exact pair I bought at Vision One in Kansas City.
Answer: You will wait and wait and wait and maybe have them tell you they are coming and then wait and wait and wait. My advice... don't order from them. There are so many lens companies that are fast and have good follow-up... it isn't worth it!
Answer: They are not a trustworthy company. They have lied to me on numerous occasions about an order I placed.
Answer: None of their frames are authentic, but some people don't seem to care as they are still in business, sad really as companies like this should be shut down.
Answer: This company lies, they do not return phone calls or e-mails, they have the worst customer service of any company I have ever dealt with and I too wonder if they are a sham.
Answer: You won't get them the next business day. I ordered glasses 3 weeks ago. After 10 days I contacted them for update, they claimed that they are discontinued, no discount or anytghing offered. So I order something else, customer service great, claims glasses will be FedEx shipped next day. Still waiting... it's been 4 days, no update. If you need your glasses fast, order elsewhere.
