I received a case with my Kate Spade franes,. The case looked used, it was all scratched on the bottom and had a small rip. Called EZContscts and after some discussion, they agreed to send m3 a new case. That was about a month ago, and I havent seen a new case yet. Will have to call them again. Nit sure why they thought it was OK to send a damaged case. I ordered another pair with a prescription. I see double out of one lens. I have another pair that I bought elsewhere... same prescription... I see fine. Could I recommend EZCobtscts? Im afraid not.
Frames ordered were good, but my son's lenses are partially blurry. Am in the process of checking with the prescription issuing eye center to see why the lenses don't work. Will get back to EZContacts for exchange request.
I've ordered contacts in the past and had zero issues with the order/delivery/quality. My order was placed, filled and delivered in about a week or two at most. I thought I would try ordering glasses this year instead. The website didn't inform me of the duration glasses would take so I placed the order on March 27th and the glasses arrived 42 days later. I contacted customer service after 30 days and inquired to the status to which they replied that they were still waiting on the frames to be imported.
Again, not bad, just plan in advance.
This was my first time buying glasses. I went to two local retail stores which were both helpful to assist me find frames I like and fit. I would have preferred buying local, but unfortunately the prices at the retail stores were double EZContacts' pricing, so I decided to take a leap of faith and buy glasses online.
The ordering process was simple and customer support was helpful confirming the prescription information that I entered was correct. After I placed the order I was a little nervous because there were a few days where the glasses were at the lab, and I wasn't certain what was going on. I remained patient though and before I knew it I received a shipping notification. When I received my glasses a little over 1 week after placing the order I was satisfied with the frames and lenses. I would recommend and will use EZContacts again in the future.
To make a long story short: My glasses that I paid over a hundred dollars for came two weeks after they were supposed to be delivered, and I recieved bent frames. When I contacted the company requesting a return form so I could send back my item, I was blatantly ignored by the company for over a week. I sent four separate emails regarding my return, and each was ignored. No response at all. I wound up calling customer service, but when I was transferred to the returns line, a woman answered and claimed they were having "technical difficulties, and to please call back at another time" I called back an hour later and instead requested the orders information line. That extension wasn't having any technical issues- no surprise there. The woman there sent me the returns form and I was able to start processing my return. This company does everything it can to get you to be unable to return your items in the given 30 day period. Dishonest, disrespectful, untrustworthy and TERRIBLE business etiquette. Absolutely 100% DO NOT recommend this company to anyone at all. Awful experience.
Firstly, they have the worst customer service and send you automated emails if something goes wrong. I'm also now realizing that the contacts do make your eyes red. I waited over a month for a 5-7 day shipping and they had no explanation other than it being the suppliers fault for not shipping over. I then made a 2nd order because after a month I was desperate to get at least something. I paid $30 for a 1 day shipping before I had to leave town. The UPS person gave it to a random person and I never received it. Its hard to get a hold of the company but finally managed to get a rep. They assured me I would get reimbursed for the 1 day shipping for all the hassle of not receiving a single thing from them and paying so much. (This is almost 2 months in) Never happened and never received the confirmation on this. I still get emails from them on how they are following up with things. Worst customer service ever. Please save yourself the trouble and do not order from them.
I order over a month ago and half of my order has still not arrived. Took very long for the first part of my order and still waiting on another item with no update.
It was a long turnaround between the order placed and the delivery period but satisfied with product!
Ordered contact lenses that arrived fairly quickly. Only problem was the company apparently did not read my doctor's prescription and sent the wrong lenses. I notified the company within minutes of opening the package and was emailed a return label. The order was shipped back on the same day and received by the company two days later. Two days after the return I emailed customer service about the replacement order. No response. Two more days and I emailed again. No response. In my opinion the correct order should have been shipped as soon as the company saw that the wrong order was on its way back to them. Especially since it was THEIR FAULT the order was wrong. After week of no response, I demanded a refund from EZContacts and contacted my bank to dispute the credit card charge. It has now been two weeks since this all began and the issue is still not resolved. I called the company on several occasions and will tell you that I do not think anyone knows what happens to orders. Every call required a complete explanation of my issue, with no apparent notes or comments in their system, referring to my order number and the problem I was experiencing. This has been the most frustrating experience I have ever had with an online company. Stay away!
Your product has all been ready been recommended to family and friends. Great service and great communcation.
On a recent visit to my dermatology office, I noticed a cute pair of glasses on the receptionist and asked her what brand they were. She told me Tory Burch. I found the frame on EzContacts.com for a great price along with a second pair and entered my prescription information. The first package arrived within a week and the second the next week. I was very pleased with the Tory Burch frame and my prescription was perfect but the second frame seemed to be crooked. I contacted customer service who responded promptly with a return label and instructions. Overall, a good experience and I would order from them again.
Ordered two pairs of glasses(one sunglasses). I received one fairly quickly but I got an email AFTER I ordered and paid saying that the second pair will be here between May 9th-20th. Im very disappointed. We wanted them for the baseball season but by the time they get here it will be over. If you dont have enough stock to fulfill the order, dont make them available!
They do not follow their own shipping policy. Contacts ordered over a week ago. Still no contacts or contact from ezcontacts. No shipping information, no reason for the delay. Online chat 'agent not available'.

One of the worst customer service I have seen, After placing an order for 4 weeks I did not hear back from anyone on any delays and or even progress, after I made a call which took 45 minutes to find someone - they said the glasses are in the warehouse - should be shipped within 2 days - after 3 weeks of my call it was finally shipped - I waited forever to get the glasses - PLEASE DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS WEB SITE IF YOU NEED YOUR DELIVERY ON A SHORT NOTICE
I was sent the wrong frames. Well, the wrong color. Ordered brown with orange tips, got black with green tips. Used the online portal to contact customer support. Didn't hear back. Called it in over the phone. Which took a couple of days due to the time difference and call volumes. The customer service agent on the phone was very helpful. I got an RMA and shipping label to return the glasses. They arrived back in Brooklyn last Friday according to the USPS. Hopefully the correct glasses get shipped to me soon.
Customer service says management will be in at lunchtime. If you want to order glasses online DO NOT use EZContacts.com! Its been over a month and I still do not have the correct glasses. However I have ordered through glasses.com before and received my perfect glasses in 3 days!
My glasses took three weeks to get here. I called to cancel and still they shipped them. My glasses.com order came in just a few days! Refund is also taking forever. I buy new glasses every year, never again from ezcontacts
Took almost two months to receive my prescription sunglasses. I wasnt in a rush but I still find it ridiculous that is takes that long
Answer: You will wait and wait and wait and maybe have them tell you they are coming and then wait and wait and wait. My advice... don't order from them. There are so many lens companies that are fast and have good follow-up... it isn't worth it!

Answer: None of their frames are authentic, but some people don't seem to care as they are still in business, sad really as companies like this should be shut down.

Answer: You won't get them the next business day. I ordered glasses 3 weeks ago. After 10 days I contacted them for update, they claimed that they are discontinued, no discount or anytghing offered. So I order something else, customer service great, claims glasses will be FedEx shipped next day. Still waiting... it's been 4 days, no update. If you need your glasses fast, order elsewhere.
