The worse experience ever. I can't even wear the glasses they look ugly and cheap. I couldn't used them since I had to fix them first. Then the glasses look horrible.
This was my first time ordering and will be my last time with ezcontacts. I ordered in March, so I could have my glasses for my birthday. And it took 2 months for me to get some non prescription glasses. I could understand things happen, but their was a lack of communication as to why it was taking so long. Also I wasnt really offered nothing for them taking so long with them saying 5-10days in receving your order, to two months.
I ordered a pair of prescription sunglasses, took a couple days shy of a MONTH to get them and they were wrong! I selected color match and the lenses were black. I sent them back to get them fixed, and its been over a week and still no confirmation that they are being fixed or shipped and they said they would expedite it. Tried to call and their phones were conviently having technical difficult. Dont think Ill ever be ordering from them again.
But the eyeglasses didnt work and I obv didnt read that refund was for only half the price of script lens :( and now I need to rebuy/reorder :(
After I placed my order:
1. I did not get progress update emails
2. After 2 1/2 weeks I called 6 times and their phone kept disconnecting
3. I emailed to cancel the order> They shipped the glasses anyway
4. I sent them back with return RMA # and did not get ANY follow up email that they received the glasses back.
5. I had to call and stay on hold for 20 minutes to speak to someone about my refund. I DO NOT LIKE TO CHASE A REFUND NOR ORDER WHICH IS EXACTLY WHAT I HAD TO DO.
6. The refund takes 10 days/or more to process
7. There is a 'restocking" fee but they don't tell you how much it is.
I WILL NEVER USE THIS COMPANY AGAIN..
When I ordered the Ray-Ban sunglasses, they did not come with the lenses that I had ordered let alone the lenses weren't prescription.
I ordered contacts on April 8,2018. The $ was removed from my checking account on April 10,2018. Today is May 25,2018. I have received no contacts and can not get my order refunded. I have made numerous call dating back to April 23,2018. Numerous times I have had to wait over 30 minutes on hold and twice I was somehow "disconnected" after waiting a long time to talk with someone. This is the worst service I have ever received and I will never order from them again and I will share this information on any social media site possible!
I placed an order for a pair of eyeglasses from EZContacts and they took almost a month to arrive despite being listed as "In Stock." I reached out to customer service via email multiple times and when I finally received a single response, the information was lacking and ended up being inaccurate. I attempted to use the chat line multiple times as well but was always told there were no agents available. When finally speaking to a customer service agent on the phone, she informed me that the glasses I had ordered were not actually in stock and had to be ordered. She was very apologetic and honest about what was happening with my order. As I had purchased expedited shipping and it was way beyond the time frame, she refunded the shipping cost completely and shipped the glasses free of charge. I received the glasses 2 days after. The frames were bent at the hinge and I question their authenticity as they feel like coated plastic as opposed to the titanium they are supposed to be made of and are different than the pair I tried on at my local eye center, despite supposedly being the same exact frames. I will never order from this company again and do not recommend anyone else to either.
Sent me prescription eyeglasses with defective frame. Wouldnt exchange it before sending my only pair of eyeglasses back to them.
I have no received my order due to delivery carrier taking to the wrong address, I need it reshipped. NHL says EZcontacts has received it back but I haven't seen a shipment to me yet.
I seemed to get the same lenses as I always do from my local dr and is what I ordered. The upgraded lenses seem like the cheap ones from my dr. Timely shipping, and great service, just make sure you dont go cheap on there mid range lenses.
Ordered two pairs on the same day. Both arrived over a week apart. Second pair took twice as long to be received AFTER they were shipped. You need to be patient when ordering.
I got my Versace glasses for less than $150 when the frames alone would have been $250. Cant recommend this website enough.
Doesnt fully turn darker as supposed too when in direct sun it slightly change to a light gray tint and not the dark green graphite as I ordered
No communication. I had to keep checking and then the glasses were made wrong and couldnt wear. I would be skeptical to use again.
Never got notified about my order, had to call to find out the frame size wasnt Available but they was available when I placed the order, no one knew where my frames was, horrible customer service will never do business with them again
The glasses were returned the same day I received it at home and until today I have not received back my glasses with the new lenses. I sent several e-mails to supervisor Junry in the email *******@ezcontactsusa.com and until today I received no response. I paid for a product and I did not receive it.
I ordered contacts on May 1 and the supplier still has them on back order. No one contacted me to let me know this. I called last week and was told I would receive them by Tuesday (yesterday) and nothing. I just called again and was told that I need to check back in on Friday. Meanwhile I ordered in plenty of time but am now fixing to be out of contacts. This is the third time I have had a problem with this company. The stress of waiting for my contacts and having to call to find out what is going on is not worth the savings. Not too mention the long hold time exceeding 20 minutes every time I call.
Just a little upset the fact that my order took longer than expected. It seem like it was forgotten until I contacted someone about it, then it was worked on the next day.
I love the glasses, the shipping time was a little more than I expected but I'm still very satisfied with my glasses. I will be shopping for another pair soon and will come right back here to get them.
Answer: You will wait and wait and wait and maybe have them tell you they are coming and then wait and wait and wait. My advice... don't order from them. There are so many lens companies that are fast and have good follow-up... it isn't worth it!
Answer: They are not a trustworthy company. They have lied to me on numerous occasions about an order I placed.
Answer: None of their frames are authentic, but some people don't seem to care as they are still in business, sad really as companies like this should be shut down.
Answer: This company lies, they do not return phone calls or e-mails, they have the worst customer service of any company I have ever dealt with and I too wonder if they are a sham.
Answer: You won't get them the next business day. I ordered glasses 3 weeks ago. After 10 days I contacted them for update, they claimed that they are discontinued, no discount or anytghing offered. So I order something else, customer service great, claims glasses will be FedEx shipped next day. Still waiting... it's been 4 days, no update. If you need your glasses fast, order elsewhere.
