Processing time takes way too long and customer service isn't so great. They have no actual email listed. Instead, you have to send them a message from their website that no one seems to reply to. They have two websites, which is kind of confusing and unprofessional. Return policy isn't very good. However, the glasses that I ordered are the ones that I recieved, and the prescription was accurate. I don't think it's worth the wait though, especially if you end up not liking what you order. I won't be buying from EZContacts again.
Although I felt the turnaround time was a bit long, the prescription glasses I ordered are perfect. Way less then Lenscrafters. The lenses are crystal clear! The frames fit perfectly.
Good experience. Item arrived as ordered. The only negative I have is that the company doesnt automatically reach out to you with order updates. Something I had ordered expecting to arrive in 1.5 weeks took a month. After 2.5 weeks, I contacted to learn item was on backorder. Once available, they did send it express mail which was a nice gesture.
I would order from ezcontacts.com again; great deals on stylish frames and contacts.
The sunglasses are alright, but the placement of the pupil isnt perfect. The regular glasses, after waiting 2 weeks for them to be in stock then wait for the week+ long shipping, find out are childrens glasses, though were in the womens glasses, and I have to pay to return them.
Title says it all. I will never buy from these guys again. Dont waste your time unless you have the time to waste

It was very easy to order and my order took about the time they said to get it. The glasses looked just like the picture. I reccomened them.
I was not told that the glasses I ordered were out of stock and had to be ordered from the manufacturer. This delayed me getting my glasses, which would have been nice to know since I need them to see. Communication needs improvement.
Before placing my order I tried online chat and waited and waited, could not find info on if glasses /frames that I was interested in were designed for a woman or a man. Tried to connect again. No response long wait so I sent an email. Order placed, email received a week later. Glasses designed for men. Now I own them, would have selected a different pair had I gotten a timely response.
I received my glasses and contacts at a much more discounted rate compared to other sites. I will continue to make my purchases from EZContacts.
Glasses are very classy and rich looking at such a reasonable price. Also loved the 20percent off coupon.
I went to Pearle Vision Center to have my glasses adjusted and the nose piece snapped off. When I called customer service they told me to send my glasses back and they would replace the frame.
After I posted my initial review, I was contacted by a customer services representative who promised to deliver the items the following day and to send 30 additional strips of contact lenses as compensation for all the troubles. After waiting for 3 days I contacted them again since nothing had been even shipped yet. They said at that point that the specific contact lenses were in back order and that the manufacturer was at fault because they did not inform EZcontacts of that until that very moment. She then promised again the contacts would be delivered 2 days later and promised to waive the next day shipping on my second order since I did not receive them next day as promised. They did not charge me for the next day shipping and the contacts arrive 3 days later, but I never received the 30 additional strips of contact lenses. Also, I had to place an order from another website for double the price given that at that point I could not trust EZcontacts promises. Their product is good and prices are good too, but be prepared to pay the rest of the price on time, calls, frustration and plan with enough time for contingencies because it is guaranty that something will happen with them, I would say order 3 months in advance and take it easy, or order from 1800contacts and save yourself the time and trouble!
Worst Service Ever! Do not buy from this company! They sent the wrong product, refused to send the right product overnight (Only offered 3-5 days), refused to send the right product until they received the wrong one back and only agreed to send it after it was scanned at a usps facility once I talked to a supervisor. I was told that to talk to a supervisor it would take 48 hours, I believe this was an attempt to getting me to pass on this option.
I placed a second order with the fastest shipping (1 business day) on a Wednesday and have not gotten the product yet and today it is Sunday. No response from customer service on this.
This EZ company was anything but easy to deal with. I ordered prescription glasses on April 17th with 2-3 day shipping. The site acknowledged processing was not included in that time frame but insinuated it was a 2-3 day process as well. After not hearing anything from the company after 2 weeks I called and was informed the particular frames I ordered had been back ordered which could take up to an extra 15-30 days. That would have been GREAT information to have received via email or any other form of communication prior to me calling after 2 weeks. Although the representative was polite and courteous and tried to be as helpful as possible. He asked me if I minded to give them at least one more week (I wanted to just cancel order but I agreed to wait because he had been so nice). When I tried to call a week and a half later it was 4:20pm and all three times I called I received a recording saying their hours of operation were 9-5pm. Did I mention I called at 4:20pm? Finally I called the beginning of the next week and spoke with another representative who was also decently helpful. I explained that I had actually totally moved and had a new shipping address since I had originally placed the order. She changed the shipping address and I did receive the glasses, finally, by the end of that week. I did receive my glasses. The entire process took about 5+ weeks. Although I love the look of the glasses they will not stay on my face because they need adjusted which I will have to just find the time to take them somewhere on my own. They also have a slight scratch on one of the lenses. However at least I have them but will never use this company again and will strongly discourage friends and family to use the company as well.
Love the glasses and hey were much cheaper than any stores had them for but be prepared to wait a while because the shipping is very slow. They were much cheaper so for me worth the wait but if you are in a hurry make sure you have time to wait 3-4 weeks. I ordered another pair from the UK a week after I ordered from EZ Contacts and they came at the same time.
I am happy with my glasses but my order took a VERY long time to arrive!

Love the quality, love the amount of time they took from when I placed the order until the moment it arrived, love how they look, love everything about it.
The glassses were as expected and work and look great but the shipping took very long and the website could use some work as well
Have been waiting for a refund/ response on retiring and it has taken an extremely long time! It took the product forever to ship to me to begin with.
I ordered two pair of Nike glasses. One pair of clear and one pair of sunglasses. Both fit perfectly. Prescription was perfect. I love both pair. Very nice, I will definitely purchase again from EZContacts.
Answer: You will wait and wait and wait and maybe have them tell you they are coming and then wait and wait and wait. My advice... don't order from them. There are so many lens companies that are fast and have good follow-up... it isn't worth it!

Answer: None of their frames are authentic, but some people don't seem to care as they are still in business, sad really as companies like this should be shut down.

Answer: You won't get them the next business day. I ordered glasses 3 weeks ago. After 10 days I contacted them for update, they claimed that they are discontinued, no discount or anytghing offered. So I order something else, customer service great, claims glasses will be FedEx shipped next day. Still waiting... it's been 4 days, no update. If you need your glasses fast, order elsewhere.
