Nice Versace's at a reasonable price ($123), would have thought google wouldn't allow advertising of a scam company like this. Fell for it. Upon unboxing, one of the lenses was out of the frame. Took a video of it in case I needed proof. Thinking that Versace wouldn't have such awful product, I tried to register using the Versace site. No such luck because these aren't really Versaces. I will sue them if I don't get every penny back just to prove a point.

It took a full month after ordering to receive glasses. I called and emailed several times during that month. Communication is not their strong suit. I would not order from this company ever again.

I responded to their promotion for prescription sunglasses and placed an order. The ad stated that grey polarized lenses were included. When i reached checkout the price came to $189 rather than $70 becaused i ordered polarized grey. While filling out the ordered I was forced to choose between polarized grey or clear. These were a birthday gift so I placed the order on May 2nd and immediately complained to them without satisfaction. Contrary to the promised delivery schedule, it took three weeks to receive them. ~

Awesome easy and affordable

Got my designer glasses with prescription at less than half the price I was quoted in retail stores and at my optometrist. Communication on delivery was great and they arrived on the specified date beautifully packaged with a certificate of authenticity. Highly recommend.

[FIRST TIME PURCHASE]

I ordered a frame with lens. Therefore, it took a while because the frame was transfered to the lab to get processed. At first, I thought my order was forgotten and left EZs team a message. They replied to it within 1 day explaining why it took a while.
I really appreciate that and really impressed by their customer service for the first purchase.
I will sure purchase more products from EZContacts.

Poor service, poor quality

It took 5 weeks to receive my order. I wasn't updated on the status - I had to call 3 different times to find out what was going on with it. Once I finally received my glasses, the lens quality was very very poor. A lot of glare and the cut of the lenses makes it so you have to be looking straight on in order to be in full focus.

Initially I was beginning to worry I had been ripped off. I submitted my order but never received a confirmation email from EZ Contacts. I received an email thanking me for subscribing but no confirmation that I had placed an order. Though my initial order was a little iffy, once I received my product I was more than satisfied! My sunglasses are even better than I expected and I now wear them daily.

I called to check on my order because it has been over a week. I just found out the item was discontinued. I never recieved a call or email regarding this. They stated they had a "system problem". I need my glasses and they just wasted my time. Now I have to wait 3-5 days to get my money back, so there goes another week. SMH!

BUYER BEWARE

If I could give this company a (-5) star rating, I would. This company has declined tremendously over the past few years. I ordered a rush delivery for 3 day service for contacts(not a custom product of any kind). It has been 10 days and I just received a UPS "delivery cancellation". UPS confirmed that the label was created but product never left the facility. Classic dupe for failure of order fulfillment. When I called EZ Contactsusa, I am connected to Philippines who show that the product shipped which is a lie and therefore I can't cancel my order. I am now disputing this issue with Paypal. EZ had no problem processing my Payment immediately. EZ disconnect any land line out of their Brooklyn NY offices. DO NOT USE unless you have time to fight with your credit card company.

The glasses ordering process was quite easy. But once they got my payment the process ground to a stop, after two weeks for glasses their website said were in stock I decided to email the customer service department. I received no return email so I decided to call their call center about a week later. The man assisting me was kind, but offered no promises and I still havent received my glasses. Keep in mind I place my order April 21st and its now May 31st! If you have over a month to wait for your glasses, Id recommend EZcontacts. If youre like most folks buying prescription lenses, and would like them within a week or two Id recommend a different site with a sense of urgency.

Disappointed

Took much longer then they said. Emailed twice to check on process and both times they informed me of a time frame to expect, but it took much longer then what they replied to me. When the glasses arrived, they were not accurate, nor looked good. Dissapointed.
