The shipping address had the correct address but the incorrect ZIP Code. The package was sent back to E Z contacts by DHL. The glasses still have not been delivered. Very disappointed.
I ordered my glasses online put my script in got my glasses about a week or so after. Thats how it should be
I ordered 2 Michael Kors glasses. On both occasions I was sent information that the glasses were discontinued. Then on the next day, I'm told that the shipment has been mailed. However, I had already ordered the SAME glasses from Lens Craft at a higher amount. Both glasses were also weeks delayed! Over $600 still not refunded!
I ordered my contacts May 29th. TODAY I FINALLY am told I have a tracking number and my order will be here sometime next week! That is totally unacceptable. I probably sent 10 emails and 6 phone calls trying to figure out what was going on with this order. All I ever heard was "will be shipped in 24-48 hours. This went on for DAYS! So I will believe they show up when they actually do. All I will say, is if you need contacts from this place order them at least a month before you need them because it will take forever to get them. Totally disappointed in this company!
I love my glasses so much! And they came so quick. I will definitely order again. I got designer givenchy glasses for $155 with my prescription! Such an amazing website
All turned out well, although I was nervous ordering glasses on line. I really thought it should be cheaper for an online store.
I placed my order the 19 of April. We finally received my order May 24th. I was not told the frames were on back order. I called and was told they were in and then still nothing. I love the glasses the order took too long to receive
I had to wait three weeks for my glasses. The website advertised 3-5 business days. The company needs to provide its customer with more accurate delivery windows.
This is my 2nd time ordering glasses from EZ contacts; sunglasses and now prescription glasses and both times its been easy breezy! They are my go to now for my glasses. Prices are great and quality is superior.
I ordered my contacts 10 days ago, and still has not been shipped yet, I have called the customer service several times, I am told that the company that sales them has not shipped it yet, and they have no idea when this is going to be shipped, I am not sure why they sale a product they do not have... I will have to cancel and order from other company.
I hasitated with ordering because I read reviews that said it takes too long... Call customer service and they will explain it to you, if they dont have that frame "at hand" it will take more than 7 days, I love my glasses and I will get another pair soon
This was my first online purchase of prescription glasses. I almost saved $300 on designer frame and glasses compared to what I was going to pay at retail store. The website walks you through how to submit your prescription. I was concerned that the glasses might not fit but they fit very nicely. I highly recommend EZcontacts.
This is the 2nd time you have asked for a review. Im not surprised. My whole experience has been terrible from the beginning. I placed my order April 10 and when i didnt hear anything but the order c Nfirmation after 3 weeks, i called. Found out that my frames are on backorder but they would definitely get to me by May 10. Was told shipping would be expedited to overnight once they were ready. I reached back out May 8 and was told they were still on backorder. It was 5/22 that i received an email saying that they were processing and would ship in 5-7 days to ship. I received May 25.
Glasses sent out 5 days after the maximum processing time stated on website. Tried to contact seller multiple times with zero luck. Phones were down. Paid for expedited shipping and received the glasses over 2 weeks after ordered - with expedited shipping and listed processing time should have been 1 week max.
I ordered glasses and it took a month to arrive. I had to call after a couple weeks to see where the order was and the customer service representative under ordered the frames that I ordered and had to purchase more from the vendor to satisfy my request. No one notified me that it would late; I had to call and find out myself. I received the glasses a month after ordering them online which is ridiculous.
I ordered a pair of Kate Spade Sunglasses. When the sunglasses came they were a bit different than ones showing on there site, So i returned them the same day,, in the same box. Exactly the way they came to me. The only fault on my part was that i didnt call ahead to let them know. I used the return address on the box to send back to EZ. I called after sending & explained that i sent back. They said i actually sent them to there wearhouse but not to worry & that they were sure the office would receive them. Acouple of weeks went by & I didnt hear anything so when i reached someone they told me that they HAD been sent to the wearhouse & to be patient & I would receive my credit to my visa. Now on month 4 & after Many many emails Phonecalls they still havent given me my refund. NOW they are saying they never received them! I have never had such horriable, unprofessionable customer service in my life! Im out 80+ $$$There are many other places to get glasses. PLEASE DO NOT SHOP AT EZCONTACTS! Horriable People! I am fighting Leukemia with a huge medical expense, so this was the last thing i needed to fight with & to loose my money to!
They are awful. They don't care about customer at all. I called them but they didnt want to help. It has been almost 3 weeks and I havent received my contact lenses. I called them to send me a new one however they asked me to wait. I have already waited long enough. I need my contact lenses.
When I ordered it they told me it will come in one week so I placed the order knowing that it would come in the week I was leaving the country after that week so when the week was coming to an end I called and they told me it would be more like 2 to 3 weeks so I left the country without the glasses and I still never got them.
This is not fair they told me clearly it will be ready in a week so I spent a lot of money on the glasses! You cant have a company saying one thing and that thing not being accurate I spent money and still didnt get my device!

Great selection of frames. Biggest problem was deciding which pair to buy! These frames are a little heavier than my old glasses so that takes getting used to, but I love the style.
After waiting a month to get frames, they arrived with wrong lenses. They wanted me to pay for return shipping even though they had incorrectly fulfilled my order. Finally I got a return label from them, sent back and now 2 weeks later they still haven't began replacing the correct lenses. By the time I do receive them it will be almost 2 months of waiting. I ordered lenses as they were a "ship in 1-2" day item. Very slow fulfillment time. Poo communication. Customer service agents were as helpful as they could be given the situation. But if they are going to have such severe shipping/stocking issues they should communicate with customer.
Answer: You will wait and wait and wait and maybe have them tell you they are coming and then wait and wait and wait. My advice... don't order from them. There are so many lens companies that are fast and have good follow-up... it isn't worth it!

Answer: None of their frames are authentic, but some people don't seem to care as they are still in business, sad really as companies like this should be shut down.

Answer: You won't get them the next business day. I ordered glasses 3 weeks ago. After 10 days I contacted them for update, they claimed that they are discontinued, no discount or anytghing offered. So I order something else, customer service great, claims glasses will be FedEx shipped next day. Still waiting... it's been 4 days, no update. If you need your glasses fast, order elsewhere.
